A beautiful traditional stone house - with everything you could ask for in Selçuk. Stylish cosy decor and the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Hosts incredibly welcoming. I had an amazing experience staying at this property! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The location was ideal – close to everything yet quiet and peaceful. The attention to detail in the decor and overall setup made it feel like a home away from home. I can’t recommend this place enough and would gladly stay here again in the future. A truly memorable experience!

Fantastic location, could not be more central to all the best spots to eat and also sites to visit. Despite being so central, the gated courtyard made it quiet and private. We loved it.

İlkay’s place was wonderful. It is on the top of a hill, in a nice residential neighbourhood. It is a 10' walk from the train station, with a nice view over the valley and the town below. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, there is a washing machine and a dryer! The bed is very comfortable, the water pressure great, and water hot. The kitchen has everything one may need. İlkay is very friendly and responsive. She gave us advice whenever we needed, and assisted us throughout the visit. Selçuk itself is a beautiful town with lots to see and do. People are very friendly and helpful, specially if you hike a little into the olive groves. It is easily reached by izban light rail from Izmir, and frequent trains continue on to Pamukkale.

Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

If you want a great stay, you can choose this place! Everything was very nice, Ms. Eser and Ms. İpek responded to our questions quickly and hosted very well. The place was quite clean and tidy. The house is within walking distance to supermarkets, cafes and the sea. Everything is thought out in the house and very well organized, tidy.. Thank you so much for everything, we would like to stay here again if we come back.

First of all, we were a great host. We got very quick answers from him, he was very helpful in all kinds of things. Everywhere and everything in the house was very clean. It was a very well-equipped apartment. Although it seemed like a downside to being a basement, it was a light and, most importantly, a cool apartment. It was a relief that there was air conditioning. Mr. Hakan responded quickly to questions and was solution oriented. Thank you.

What a wonderful place to stay! Just a 10-15 minute walk from Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque & other Old City spots to see. Safe & walkable day and night - was wonderful to experience the Old City attractions easily at all times. Comfortable, simple space with everything you need to serve as your base in this amazing city. Nice views from outdoor patio - even a slice of the Bosphorus. Host is so welcoming and helpful - we felt like we had a brother looking out for us on our first visit to Istanbul. His rug shop is right downstairs, so we had nice interactions, including his initial welcome with tea served in his beautiful shop. This place is on a street that's busy and fun morning through midnight - restaurants right across the street made good meals easy to find. Highly recommend.

Mr. Hasan is very friendly and welcomed us very nicely. When we entered the house, he showed and explained everything in detail. We felt like we were at home. Kitchen items were complete and clean. Likewise, the pillow comforters were spotless. We were very pleased. Thank you to Mr. Hasan for his hospitality and approach. A place to trust and stay with your eyes closed. It will be the first address we will visit on our next trip to Kusadasi.

Husnu is great host that is always ready to help you, location has a great view with restaurants and the harbour nearby.

The view of the sea and the sunset from the balcony is absolutely beautiful! It feels like home away from home. There is everything available that you need. If you have trouble finding the place ask someone on the street. The host is very friendly and helpful

The apartment we stayed in was really beautiful with its view, my favorite is the sea view and pleasure, let's not forget the pool of course 😉 we had a very comfortable holiday. And we had a very good sleep, because the bed was chosen very well. We did not have any difficulty as it was the area we knew. I need a house like this too 😉 Thanks for everything Suzie. We were very comfortable in this lovely spacious apartment. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary things, air conditioners in every room, very clean. It was quiet and at the same time close to the beach. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We first booked through Airbnb. I have to say there were no problems. The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures. It was very clean and it has everything you need. There is also a pool which was also very well maintained and clean. A clear 10 of 10 :)

It was a very nice place you stay. I went there with my family and we enjoyed a lot. Only negative thing is there was a bad smell which I think because of moisture. In general the place is very good.
