A big thank you to Åke for his kindness and availability . The house is superb , by the lake , identical to the photos . We had a great time discovering ockelbo and its surroundings . Hiking , swimming , sightseeing , boat ride and indulgence , everything for a good time . The house is superb and lacks nothing , lots of games also so that our children aged 2 and 4 can enjoy during the times at home . Everything is there for a great stay here . The bedding is perfect , the kitchen is functional . We didn't lack for anything . Åke is lovely and responded to us very easily and advised us throughout our stay . Thank you for a beautiful Swedish adventure thanks to you! 4 French to discover Sweden for the first time but not the last!

Every day we enjoyed the uniquely beautiful view of the wintry lake and the long sunrises and sunsets. On most days, we were able to slide across the smooth ice, skate and go sledging. Then it snowed and we were able to walk into the untouched snowy landscape. There were lots of animal tracks to see (deer, stags, foxes, a moose and even the tracks of a lynx in the forest). The sauna with a view of the lake was also great. The communication with Mattias was excellent, fast, very helpful, with lots of concrete tips and suggestions. A thousand thanks. We can only recommend the house for Sweden fans.

Kalle is a top notch landlord! Staying at his house was fantastic. He made us aware of the aurora lights to be expected. Amenities and laundry were top notch. We had a uniquely beautiful week in ice and snow! We will definitely recommend the house.

No photo can do this place justice. Absolutely stunning surroundings and hands down the most beautiful Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The kindness of the hosts and their animals were just another highlight.

I have visited many airbnbs and cabins in Sweden and I can definitely say that Ola's house was the best one having all the standards that you could meet on a 5-star hotel! Very clean and tidy and better than the pics with all the facilities that you could imagine to a guest house in a very calm area far away from a big city. They provided us everything and they were very fast and polite! We will come back for sure! Highly recommended!

Frida's place is perfect for getting together for families or groups of friends. Everything you need to have a good stay is at your disposal. The house is true to the photos and Frida and very pleasant and responsive. We recommend this listing

Nice Apartment, Pro Active Host

Recommended! We looked up this home carefully and read previous feedback before we booked. It's beyond our expectation! Beautiful surroundings with a great location in the vicinity of Orbaden's sandy beach. The kitchen had all the equipment you could wish for and more. Beds were wonderfully comfortable! We will definitely come back when we go to Hälsingland next time!

Everything was like in description. We had three guys staying there, and it was very nice from host, that he offered a little house in the same area, that all three of them would have there own bedrooms. Highest recomendations. Definetly will be back if we will have projects in this area of Sweden.

I really enjoyed my stay in this charming seaside cottage! The amenities were excellent – I didn't miss anything. The bed was extra comfortable and made for restful nights. The highlight was definitely the view from the living room. From there I had a breathtaking view over the sea and were able to relax and watch the waves for hours. The location is perfect to unwind. I highly recommend this cottage and I'll come back for sure!
