This was our first experience with Airbnb, and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The cottage was meticulously clean, spacious, and equipped with all essential amenities. As a family of four, we appreciated the ample space and the prime location in close proximity to local attractions. Our children had a wonderful time. Tracy was very friendly and provided excellent recommendations for activities and points of interest. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful cottage situated in a picturesque part of Scotland. Great stay at this fantastic house. Party of nine with dog. Three generations all enjoyed the space and the beautiful surroundings. Perfect that each room has an en-suite. Plenty of room for cooking in kitchen and two fridges. Selection of spaces to socialise or have time to yourself. Everyone found the house very relaxing and great to be able to bring dog.

Such an amazing place. Beds super comfortable which is so important and often not the case with holiday rentals. Mimi was gorgeous and so welcoming. You must stay here. We will return.

This place is a real gem with stunning views ! Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and well equipped! And there was clear and great instructions for everything.

Plain and simple, this was THE best air b’n’b we have ever stayed in. Everything about it. The location and the club and grounds are just beyond stunning. Breathtaking views. Between the back view of the highland club facing Loch Ness to looking over your shoulder to see Loch Ness, just amazing. The cottage itself while not a part of the main building was perfect. All the amenities needed and plenty of space for the four of us. Waking up to the snow on the lawn outside was beautiful. The hamper on arrival was so helpful for our 3 nights there. The board games, fire place and sporting equipment was great. The games room and especially heated pool inside was amazing to relax and look out to the snowy mountains. Honestly, was sad to leave and could have stayed there another week! Worth every cent. Our two kids were in heaven.

Beautiful cottage in a lovely location. The cottage was well kept and very homely. It was ideal for our family with everything we needed. The location was fantastic. Great walks for the dogs, both at the cottage and nearby (some recommended by the owner). As well as close to a number of child friendly locations and activities for our 7 year old. A large Tesco was nearby as well as some great restaurants. We found it very relaxing and enjoyed watching the garden birds, red squirrel, and local deer. The owner was very helpful, with quick responses, and all relevant information provided in advance. The only point we have to note was the limited water pressure for the shower. The owner did make us aware of this in advance of the visit. Although low pressure, it was also still sufficient, clean, and worked so we could have a shower. Thanks again to Ashley for all her support throughout and her beautiful holiday home.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s caravan. The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Jennifer was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

Great 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We recently stayed for three fantastic nights at Erigmore Spa Cottage in Birnam, Dunkeld. The Cottage had cosy feel, sunny bright spacious rooms, private back yard with a large hot tub! Located in a quiet park, with plenty walks around the area. We came away feeling relaxed and refreshed. We hope to return sometime in near future.

Amazing cottage that is well equipped with everything you would need. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the additional access to the facilities in the Abbey is such a delight. Everything is close by and for outdoor adventures you cannot have a better base. We loved it!

Jessamine, a hidden pearl Certainly one of the most beautiful cottages we have had over the years in different countries and continents. We were lucky to meet Shuna personally, a warm welcome. Very clean and fully high quality equipped, everything you could possibly need is there. It is very quiet and is completed by a beautiful garden. Highly recommended!

Spent a great week here with family, and we all felt at home. The property feels nice and secluded but is only a 10 minute drive from everything you need. loads of options for days out with or without kids and walks within reasonable driving distance. Bea was always easy to contact and very nice to communicate with if needed. highly recommend

Stayed for 3 nights with my dog. Holmhead exceeded my expectations and I felt instantly at home. The location is superb and perfect for exploring the Cairngorms or even just stepping outside the front door and being in the forest. The cottage is extremely well equipped for its size and I found a few things, for guests use, that I wasn't quite expecting, (hot water bottles :) ). The brand new electric heating is very effective and the log burner is 'ferocious', but definitely a must when temperatures were below freezing. Cat is a very gracious, accommodating and genial host. I would definitely stay here again and recommend thoroughly.

We had such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. I requested some robes for us arriving and the person I spoke to on the phone was lovely and sorted it all for us. It was so peaceful and all secure for our dog and little boy to run around. The hot tub was a great bonus as well! Thank you so much!

Another fantastic stay here and just as amazing as we remembered it to be from our last stay. So central to all of the great things to see and do in the area and great walks. Close to town and amenities. We had all of comforts of home and had a great break, we will definitely be back again 🥰

Amazing little place, just right outside the town centre and walking distance to train station. Host was hospitable, friendly and always responsive to any questions or queries. Would definitely visit again.
