Vacation rentals with a patio in Aviemore

Me and my parents booked this place for a night on the way to isle of skye and had the most amazing experience. The airbnb itself was way bigger than expected and was extremely clean. And then the grounds around it were even nicer. I was initially drawn in by the pool but we ended up spending the whole night in the billiard room that’s in the old refractory. The staff at the club is super nice and gives you a tour explaining all the history of the place while showing you to the room. Fort Augustus is also a really cute town to explore. overall the best place I’ve stayed so far in Scotland!!

This was my second stay at Evelyn's place, and it was just as fantastic as I remember it! It feels luxurious, comfortable, and homey all at once. Evelyn and Chris are so quick to respond, and they love the Pitlochry area so they have lots of recommendations. Bed is very comfy, the TV is huge and easy to stream Netflix on, kitchen is fully stocked and very clearly labeled, instruction manual is clear and organized... I could go on. As for the neighborhood and location, Pitlochry is a charming town with lovely shops and restaurants and a train station within minutes' walk of Evelyn's place, and it's an amazing base from which to explore the Scottish Highlands! Very centrally located. You cannot go wrong with Pitlochry or with Evelyn's place.

We travel often and use Airbnb frequently and this place is by far the best we have ever enjoyed! Every single thing one might want is 5 star worthy! The apartment is spacious, clean, warm and lovely. The location is on the third floor on the waterfront, which is absolutely beautiful. The host is truly the most welcoming and helpful we have ever experienced. Perfect!!

Fabulous place to stay - very comfortable with everything you need (especially in the kitchen). Toasty and warm for a cool autumn weekend. Big spacious bedrooms and fantastic shower. We’d love to go back - Ballater is such a lovely place. Thank you Josephine and Stephen!

The property was exactly as described. It was lovely and clean , warm and had such a comfortable bed . Just a couple of minutes walk down stairs up the town so handy for shops , cafes restaurants etc and the opposite direction for walking along the riverside . Would absolutely stay again .

We stayed whilst visiting family and the flat was perfect. It was cosy in the cold weather, clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach and local cafes. Would recommend.

Our stay at Salisbury House went beyond our expectations. It was very comfortable and well appointed. The views from the home were fantastic and proximity to restaurants and hiking trails very accessible. We felt at home and will definitely return! Thanks for such lovely accommodations.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Excellent communication from the hosts and the place was very clean. We had our baby with us and the temperature outside was very cold and due to it being an older property the bedroom felt a bit chilly in the early hours of the morning. This was fine with the cosy duvet however it was a bit cold for the baby, the hosts were very accommodating in putting the heating back on for him which was much appreciated. The only very slight negative was there was a smell of possibly wet dog as you entered the air bnb however I know this sometimes can’t be helped with the wet weather and it being dog friendly accommodation. All in all a good stay and will return again

This place is fantastic. The house is mega, and can’t beat the location. Jack and Guadalupe were top notch hosts. Will hope to have this place again next time we’re in the highlands.

Great little house for us, a couple and a wee dog. Spotlessly clean and would stay again if we return to the area.

Just WOW! The house was perfect. Anna was lovely. The area was stunning. We stayed for 11 nights over Christmas and New Year. The house had everything we needed and more, including a decorated tree waiting for us when we arrived. The free wood to keep stove going was much appreciated! The walks directly from the house were beautiful, waterfalls and enchanting forests. The drive to various other exciting places was easy. Dingwall for SPL football, Loch Ness, Isle of Skye and Glen Coe to name a few! A must is visiting Emily’s Byre at Rokeby Manor for food…. Utterly delicious. We’ll be back for sure! This is a fantastic house for a short stay in Inverness. The house is very clean and has everything we needed. It is situated in front of a charming river, and very close to the city centre. Andrew has also suggested some good places to eat! To our surprise, the food at the next-door restaurant “The Waterfront” was amazingly good. We enjoyed very much in staying at Andrew’s house and will definitely visit again for future trip. Highly recommended!

We loved our long weekend at Number 5 lodge. Great location with stunning views down the valley of autumnal trees to the snow topped mountains. A great base with lots of activities close by in Aberfeldy and the wider area. The lodge itself was very new and modern, kitted out well, comfy, cozy fire and grest kitchen and dining area. would definitely recommend and visit again.

We had a lovely stay. An ideal location for exploring Inverness and a cosy comfortable base for enjoying a relaxing evening in. Netflix etc was a bonus. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and the theatre so no worries about parking. Highly recommended

Just had a restful few nights with our Labrador at Grants place. Appreciate being able to take our dog too! Some wonderful walking areas a few minutes stroll away - beautiful views and sunsets seen. Delightful little coffee shop next door kept us going with some hot drinks and food before heading further afield for the day. Cosy bed and mattress to sink into at the end of the night also - thank you:)

We had a brilliant stay at this charming home in birnam, the photos don’t do it justice. The home was sparkling clean, hosts were great at communicating, check in was super easy and the home was filled with so many homely touches and everything you need in the kitchen. Welcome basket and birthday card waiting for us on arrival was a very sweet touch. We would definitely return. Thank you

Margys flat was a lovely surprise to walk into. Spotlessly clean and well appointed. We felt very welcomed and felt right at home. I highly recommend Margys abode.

The annex is exactly as shown in the pictures, super cozy and warm. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking at home but, should you need anything (like scales for baking), David and Lisa gladly and quickly provide it. The living room/bedroom was spacious for us not to be in each other's way, it kept warm (heating had to be on the lower settings!), and the views are amazing. The spacious bathroom was super clean, and the shower is the best one I have found in years! The place is so quiet, you barely hear the rain! The nearest bus stop is about 30/40 minutes' walk away if you are comfortable walking on country roads with no lighting (headtorch, a must). You might get lucky and be stopped on your tracks by some deer crossing the road right in front of you like we did on our way back from Inverness :) If you are after a place to hibernate and hide from the crowds, this is the one!

Fabulous, comfy, clean, well equipped place with stunning views, surrounding area great to explore, we did the coastal walk to the lighthouse, a long walk, but one of the best we've ever done! Responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. would definitely recommend, we had an awesome time!!

Two relaxing days and comfy nights, left in peace to chill out and enjoy the space. Warm, clean, and comfy with tasteful furnishings and everything one needs for a few nights break. Evelyn met us on arrival, gave us a heads up for five minutes and left us to our break. Very welcoming and highly recommended.

It's a great place to stay! House have all the necessary stuff and hosts are quite responsive and nice. I love that they thought every detail. One little negative is that house is not as big as it seems at pictures but it's not a big deal.
