the second time I stayed at this location, Santos's best neighborhood and great apartment. I'll go back for sure.

My experience with his Sidnei was very good,he let me and my family in the day before and leave at the best time for me,as we got before we cleaned the place, the people who were there before us were not very hygienic, but it didn't get in the way because we cleaned up,I found the excellent location, calm place and close to the beach,just a hint bring a vebtilator,because the fans that have there do not carry the value, it ends up being very difficult to sleep , it is the only negative of the place, in the rest only good things!!!

Luiz is an extremely kind person as well as all the members and staff of Caravelle 3, from the beach service to the cleaning of the building!!! The impeccable apartment, great location, only use the car if you really need it, since from pharmacy to the surrounding markets it finally has everything exactly as it is described in the ad!!! I highly recommend and we will be back soon!!!

Amazing experience! Staying in Marinete's apartment was simply wonderful! The space is impeccable, extremely clean, organized and beautifully decorated, making the stay cozy and comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to everything we need, and the environment conveys peace and security. But the great differential was undoubtedly the service of Marinete! An attentive host, kind and always willing to help, making us feel truly at home. From check-in to the smallest detail, she took care of everything with great care and professionalism. My words will be few to describe what we live , Cristiane one, another exceptional host, we answered with an unusual accuracy, and very clear in the accommodations and their respective guidelines according to the progress of the condominium.Qto to the apto , I only have to thank for so much comfort and organization, as it was thought of in every detail of a house as if it were ours, of such comfort I was interested in acquiring a property in the msm condominium, it does not leave to be desired to any hotel at the top, and no accommodations outside of Brazil, I always recommend and we will return with the greatest pleasure, thanks a lot to Cristiane and his collaborators who welcomed us very well thank you.

Christina's apartment has a great location, the photos are very faithful to the apartment, it is very cozy and complete, the concierge staff are polite and kind we feel very comfortable, we stayed 5 days and we enjoyed a lot the praía was great. I will definitely stay at Christina's apartment again.

Lilian was kind, she gave all the information clearly, immovable, organized, I didn't miss anything. Near the market, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. Very quiet street, quiet and safe condominium. I definitely recommend it and will be back.

My stay was execlent at all points. Very well located apartment, close to the beach, the commerce and restaurants. Building with many amenities such as a gym and swimming pool. I recommend this location and in future opportunities, I will choose again.

Our stay at Claudia’s was perfect! Everything was great, the beach within a walk distance, grocery store close by. The apartment was clean and with a great view. And vary safe.The staff was friendly and kind . Claudia was very communicative and friendly. We for sure will come back when opportunity come up again.

Andressa's space is great! It meets all the needs to stay with the family with peace of mind. Super clean apartment, good bed and bath linens. Great shower, bed, and well-equipped kitchen. The location is excellent, and the condominium has many leisure options. We will definitely be coming back!

Apto is great, clean, organized. For 3 people 👥 👥 or 4 people is perfect. . Very quiet location, really in front of the beach, (we have been more to choose where to stay than to get to the beach on the first day) . I went weekdays, Wednesday and Friday, for me it was great. I prefer tranquility, so it was perfect. . Building, layout and dynamic for bathing requires attention to the concierge's guidelines. parking, is super tight, requires attention not to cause accidents. . I recommend if you search at Praia Grande, with tranquility, and calmness, . obs (if you want restaurants, and bustle, you'll find it in the neighbourhood next door). *****

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

Excellent, very clean and organized apartment, beautiful view over the sea, educated and helpful condominium employees, the priority Daniela very good people, responds very quickly and answered all our doubts. Great location, we don't use a car for anything, close to supermarkets and restaurants. Anyway, we had a excellent time.

We loved our stay at Lissa’s place. Easy walking to the beach (just cross a street), has stores and restaurants near by. The condominium is great with and impressive and very nice/friendly people working there. The apartment has an external area in front of the pool, excellent in our perspective (we could see the pool and enjoy also the cozy night lights from the internal space during the night). Good to have 02 bathrooms.

The apartment is great, close to all commerce and easy access to the beach. The balcony has a beautiful view of the whole waterfront, very good for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The apto is well assembled and met our needs. Vinícius was always attentive and met us higher than expected. Whenever requested, he responded immediately. We only have to thank the hosting!
