Great stay, nice ocean view. Frederic have a lot of extras stocked which was nice. Would stay again if visiting Miami!

This place was very nice. Saw reviews about the beds being hard, but I slept like a baby!! Kitchen was well equipped. Nice view from the balcony, enjoyed watching the sunrise, easy access to the beach. I would recommend updating parking prices, noted $75 on listing but was $100 upon arrival and $20 cash deposit for parking pass hanger. Also parking was not an issue at all. Will def consider staying on next visit to Fl.

The room is very nice, fully equipped and clean. There is a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. The check-in process is very easy. We stayed here with two small children and everything was perfectly fine and nothing was missing. It was very nice after arriving to find a bottle of wine for welcome and obcerstveni. Thank you so much for that. The communication with the host was always 100%. And I appreciate that very much. You'll be really happy with it.

One of the best AirBnB experiences I have had - it's a lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment, walkably close to the bustling parts of Miami Beach but in a quiet corner near the beach.

She answered all my questions, and there were too many. The place is beautiful. It had everything for my daughters to spend unforgettable days. Definitely the best place for a beautiful vacation.

We’ve stayed in this building many times, in other units. But this is the best unit we’ve ever stayed in. Great penthouse views of the ocean, and some intracoastal views too. There is plenty of space in the unit and it’s also very well appointed, even in the kitchen. The WiFi is fast. The building has great amenities, including 2 pools. The hosts were also very pleasant and worked with us on check in time which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended this condo rental in Fort Lauderdale. We’ll be back!

It was the perfect place for our family for these few days. It’s a timeshare resort. The room is very spacious, the amenities and activities at the resort were great to enjoy together, and the people were friendly and helpful. Overall a great day.

This is my new favorite Airbnb. The condo is gorgeous and the location is absolutely perfect. I’d walk across the street to the best coffee shop (seriously skip Starbucks and go to Pasión del Cielo) then right over to the park every morning with my son, I miss it already! Very gracious hosts as well. I’d definitely book again and again.

The location and apartment was great. Everything was within walking distance which was a great plus. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Had a great time staying here.

I just absolutely loved staying here. Its spacious, clean and the beds are super comfortable where you can even recline. I loved how the host provides everything you need to stay here. I can't think of anything that was missing. AC worked great, the kitchen had everything you need to cook. I also loved the private balcony.

Beatrix and Carlos were simply brilliant super hosts - always available and informative. The apartment has probably one of the best views in Miami for its variety. The shower view is a world beater ! Super apartment layout, clean and great quality furniture and kitchen. Parking is easy and the condo amenities are great. They made me feel at home immediately on arrival with some home comforts. I highly Recommend this apartment.

The place was great. There was lots to do in and outside the resort. I enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants or the beach with ease. The space was exactly as shown in the pictures. I was very satisfied with my visit.

The apartment is very comfortable for the days we were. Easy access and had everything you need for a family stay. It is a bit far from the beach to walk but the rest was perfect.

I highly recommend this apartment for the location, for its cleanliness, the ease of access, and the parking lot it has.

Dmitry was a phenomenal host. The apartment was gorgeous and extremely clean. You could tell that everything was freshly washed, from the bedding to the towels. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully loaded with everything we needed to make breakfast, etc. He also had beach chairs, an umbrella and a waterproof blanket to take to the beach. Great attention to detail. The condo complex is located in a beautiful part of Aventura. There is a gym, a tennis court, a lovely pool and there are iguanas everywhere you look. We looked forward to seeing them every morning when we woke up! The only thing that I felt was missing/could be improved was the curtains in both bedrooms. My family is used to sleeping in mostly total darkness and unfortunately the curtains let all the light in. Don’t forget to pack an eye mask if that bothers you at all. Otherwise, it was a really pleasant stay and we will absolutely go back to Dmitry’s condo next time we’re in Miami. Thanks!!

There's sooo many good things to say about Tamara's place. Absolutely love the private parking in the back, gives a sense of security. The condo was very spacious, clean and has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect. Close to many restaurants, banks, the beach and highway. Couldn't ask for a better spot! The host is always responsive and very helpful. Thank you Tamara for being so awesome! :)

Had a very nice week at Tolga’s condo in Pompano. The location is within walking distance to many good restaurants and to the beach. (We walked to the beach every day). Publix grocery store is only a block away. The condo is very spacious and well equipped with kitchen items as well as beach chairs, umbrellas, and fresh smelling beach towels. The pool is really nice with lots of lounge chairs to relax on. This area felt like a very safe area to walk around at night too . Tolga was a great host! Definitely will be coming back!

David and Stephan will absolutely see me any time I am in FL! Their space is like a private resort. So aesthetically pleasing! The pool is amazing for swimming, and if you’d like to get great photos, the property is great for that as well! We were walking distance from anything we’d need (supermarket, stores etc.) The space was cleaned to perfection, and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. 10/10 highly recommend!
