Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Avante

We stayed at the Airbnb in Mexico City during the Christmas week thru New Years. Communication and access was seamless. The location was perfect to many restaurants, the city park and importantly breakfast nooks. Easy communication and entrance to the building, felt very safe. For my family of 4, the accommodation was perfect for us. Clean kitchen with appliances. Bathrooms were clean, hot water was an issue but infrequent. Water pressure drops as other people use the water. Not a big issue. The bedrooms were spacious. The comfort of the beds were suffice. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Mexico City.

Good: It is a big apartment with two rooms and nice size living room and kitchen with high ceiling. It has a nice view of the city and it gets direct sun lights. 24-hour security is nice to have, very close to the metro station. Easy access to multiple Oxxos and plazas. Walkable distance to Polanco, restaurants and malls. Paola was always responsive and took actions quickly when I need something. Thank you for your flexibility for check-in and check-out. Washing machine was life saver. Gym was convenient. Quiet neighbors. Needs improvement: Bathrooms and couches need deep cleaning, at least before/after long term stays. Cooking pans need replacement. Recommend for short or long stay. Thank you for hosting.

Excellent place, very comfortable to sleep. True to the listing and it looks great. The hosts are always attentive and very friendly. Just to consider the location a little, walk with caution during very night. But everything is excellent

Carla was very responsive and clear. The place was just as described and the photos accurately depicted the place. We spent most of our time taking in the city and really didn’t spend anytime in the apt but we could have easily done so and enjoyed it. It was nice having a terrace to enjoy. The location was convenient and an easy walk to the Hipódromo and Parque Mexico, our favorite hangout.

Have stayed here on several occasions and ALWAYS had a great experience from booking to communication with host.

Good location and beautiful depa

Everything was great. Good location, great amenities, most tourist attractions within decent walking distance. The building male concierge made our days. He went above and beyond with his service and always had a positive attitude. The only thing i would suggest is changing the street address to the entrance of the building when getting food service delivery.

We stayed for 3 days with a group of 5 friends. Salvador was always responsive and provided all the details that we were interested in. The place look exactly like on the pictures and feels cozy.

We had a great experience at the villa. It was perfect for our group of 12 and had plenty of space for cooking together, gathering, and so many bedrooms/bathrooms to make everyone comfortable. The outdoor spaces were lovely too, we enjoyed the rooftop and outdoor patio. Would definitely recommend for a group trip!

Our stay was super, we had a great time. Very nice house. The comfortable and spacious rooms, the cleanliness is excellent. The communication with the host very well always in contact and on the lookout for our stay.

Ricardo’s place was perfect for our family of 5. There was plenty of space for everyone, it was clean and Ricardo was very responsive and helpful with questions. The location was perfect, we especially loved that it was a quiet neighborhood with cafes and restaurants and parks nearby. I highly recommend Ricardo’s place.

Overall, a great place for our trip to Mexico City! Important to note that one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is actually off of the roof deck so you need to go upstairs and outside to access it, which was unexpected. Some plumbing issues and one of the showers didn’t put out hot water. Good location. Can hear traffic from the nearby main streets all night. Roof deck is amazing! Plenty of space to hang out in the whole house.

If you are looking for a comfortable and safe place to stay in Mexico City in the vibrant Condesa neighborhood, this is the place for you! We were three friends who spent three comfortable nights at this lovely airbnb that spans 3 floors (so be prepared for some stairs!). We loved the beautiful patio on the top floor to enjoy coffee in the mornings, and it was an easy walk to the busier neighborhoods. The airbnb bedrooms are fairly open (one per floor basically), which was fine for us!! We received excellent recommendations from the hosts, and slept extremely well on the comfy beds!! Would recommend considering bringing ear plugs though if some light street noise would wake you. Would absolutely recommend this gem to others!

This apartment is just as described. It also was very safe with a guarded front door. The people in the building were all very nice. The beds were comfortable and the linens clean. Ample amount of hot water for showers. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint and professionally cleaned couch but is very clean and spacious.

We have stayed here twice now and plan to continue to do so for all future trips. Location cannot be beat. Host is extremely responsive and there is a doorman always on duty if needed.

Angus was a great host and his apartment was clean, convenient, and well worth the price we paid. Located in the condesa neighborhood and next to walkable amenities like restaurants and bars and next to a rapid transit line and a bunch of bike share stations. We rarely had to get into a car. The place itself was clean, bright, and came stocked with the expected essentials. The rooftop has a pool and clubroom area which we used to watch the new years fireworks. A wonderful stay!

This apartment is amazing! The space is vast, the views incredible and the bedrooms are sizeable and very comfortable (especially the master with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite) . The amenities too are fantastic - a well equipped fitness centre, lengths pool (not for sunbathing) and a rooftop upon which we got to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from. A washing machine and a dryer were a massive perk also. We’d recommend to friends and stay again!

Loved the place, great location with lots of things to do nearby. Lots of room for everyone, easy walk to grocery store, shops, restaraunts, and bars. Note there's no heating or AC, but that was expected and really not an issue. I would also note it's a walk-up apartment, so if you have large bags keep in mind you will need to get them upstairs. I would definitley recommmend and return! Thanks again!

This place is great. I love the Condesa area, and I usually visit twice a year after having toddlers took me 2 years to come back. This place was a great stay, just as described. Fantastic host, and stay. Everything you need is in this area.

Alma’s place was perfect for us! The place was spacious with beautiful natural light and TWO patios! The (heated) pool and rooftop were extremely well kept and offered a full service cafe and gym. The guards at the lobby door were always welcoming to us upon arrival and leave each day and the location is walkable to beautiful parks and delicious cafes. Highly recommend!
