We had a very good experience, the family was very happy with the accommodation we chose, the house has everything to spend quiet days and enjoy its amenities. We really liked that the house counts all the inputs thought about the comfort of the guest. Widely recommended for a good vacation.

Excellent place to go with the family. Super located, 10 minutes by car to downtown and bay of Valle. Impeccable, very clean. Had everything you need. Excellent attention by the staff (Juan). The only one but is that it has no total view of the lake, as it says in the description, it has a very limited view.

What a world-class stay at the cottage! Thank you Michel for making everything so great, we loved the place and we felt extremely well received and treated. The cottage is very well-equipped and had everything we needed for the 9 days we stayed, we visited the supermarket on day 1 and had all sorted. Michel's attention to detail can be seen in each corner of the cottage. Wi-Fi was super stable and fast, we were both able to work without any issues. The centre of Valle de Bravo is just a few minutes drive away, with its restaurants and other activities. Congratulations on the well-tended garden, it is beautiful. And watching the lake at a distance was also nice. We would have loved our cat to make friends with el Güero, but she was not that much into dogs! And Güero was so nice and gentle with her...

They were always attentive, quickly resolving any questions and providing detailed information to make our stay perfect. The villa is beautiful, in excellent condition, very clean and well-equipped, which allowed us to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. We also loved the location, as it is close to downtown Valle de Bravo, which allowed us to easily explore the town. Tere even shared very useful recommendations to make the most of the area, from places to walk to options for eating and outdoor activities. Juan and Irma's service was also impeccable, helping us with our luggage and making sure everything was ready for our arrival. Even though we asked to arrive early, they did their best to accommodate our schedule.

We went to celebrate my children's birthday and everything was amazing. The wonderful employees, Vero and Bea's food was fantastic. Pablo was always attentive to all our needs. Wonderful beds and pillows. We loved that it's a place that makes it easy for you to be with young people, as they have lots of activities to do. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the house immensely.

The house is beautiful, you can see the love they have put in the house, it feels and it conveys a very nice family vibe. The very friendly service staff allowed us a lot. Angelina is a very kind and attentive person. Anything we needed, she was attentive. We were happy, we were in cuatrimoto, we did hikes, campfire, hot tub, we played pool. It has a variety of activities and also many options of how to relax. I am extremely happy with my experience and hope I wholeheartedly can have the opportunity to be there again someday. If you have the opportunity to go, don't miss out.

Everything is excellent! The house is perfect, the people who help you are the best, very attentive. There's everything in the house, you don't have to go out at all. It's a bit far from everything, but for us it was perfect because that was the idea. Much bigger than the pictures.

Amazing place! The photos don't do it justice, we were super comfortable all weekend. Sara and Clemente welcomed us super friendly, delicious and always helpful breakfasts. Axel always had excellent communication. The place was spotless, the property is very large and beautiful. It has a nice view, very quiet, close enough to downtown. We paid extra for heating the pool and jacuzzi and it was totally worth it.

The place is amazing to get away from the City. There is privacy, no noise is heard, more than the birds and the running water. They have many amenities that made our stay super pleasant. The hot Jacuzzi, the best. There was no need to go out to look for any activities, the space and areas of the house were enough for a great trip.
