Vacation rentals with beach access in Portimão

A clean, modern, well-equipped home. Nice beach. Grocery stores and laundry services nearby. Parking in the upper yard behind the boom felt safe. Fast Wi-Fi. It's good to consider when traveling in the winter: lots of renovations, facade renovations, etc. can be underway in the house and around the house, as renovations in the summertime are prohibited.

Very comfortable villa, well equipped, with a private terrace, in a quiet environment, with sea view. Minutes walk to a tranquil beach and trails that run along the cliffs offering magnificent viewpoints! Our host, Patricia, had shared all the required information and welcomed us warmly. Communication was very easy. A very nice stay!

Great apartment and facilities with excelent access to the beach. The exterior and interior swimming pools were really nice, always clean and chairs available. Our host, David, was always very available and responsive to ensure our staying would be the best. We loved it and will be back.

Lovely apartment. Fantastic balcony and sea view (also visible from the bed). Great location, with bars and restaurants (open in December) just a short distance away. Miguel very kindly let us enter the apartment just over an hour before the official check in time. And then was even more generous in letting us stay well after the official check out time (as we had an evening flight).

We had a great stay at Sofia and Pedro’s place. Sofia was very welcoming and always available to assist with any issues. It’s a lovely apartment in a great location right next to the beach. We’d definitely stay again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a lovely apartment in Quarteria, Portugal, for nine days, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The apartment was not only super nice but also offered stunning views that truly enhanced my stay. Everything was exactly as described, and I appreciated how well-maintained and clean the space was. Set back off the promenade with a perfect view of the beach. Ideal location with most amenities close by.

Mariana's place was exceptional. Living directly on the beach. The only disadvantage of the place is that it doesn't encourage to go further than long walks on your own territory :)

We had a great stay. Perfect accommodation and cozy town. The hosting was great - easy and smooth communication and it was really clean and tidy. Accommodation is close to the local surf spot.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house. Very comfortable and well located. We felt very home. There are beautiful hikes from Luz to Lagos and Burgau, and the village was very cosy. There were a few minor issues, but this is nothing compared to the amazing stay we had here. We would come again!

You feel good at Carlos and Monica's. Carlos is very friendly, very responsive and very attentive to the needs of his guests. The hot tub is a real treat. We were in Albufeira for Christmas and enjoyed it. There's everything nearby. In short, recommend. Thank you to Carlos and Monica for their welcome to whom we wish a very happy year 2025.

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Our stay at this beautiful beachfront apartment was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better – right by the sea, offering breathtaking views of the beach and spectacular sunsets that became the highlight of every evening. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the terrace with its ocean view was simply a dream. We especially appreciated the warm hospitality of the hosts. Check-in was seamless, and they were always available for any questions, while still respecting our privacy. We truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and were able to unwind completely. For beach lovers and anyone seeking relaxation, this apartment is a true hidden gem. We will definitely be back! Conclusion: 5/5 Stars – It doesn’t get any better! We enjoyed our stay at this authentic small Portuguese home on a quaint tiny street within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. 4 stories tall with 3rd and 4th floors open to the outside providing incredible views of the city and the ocean. Bedrooms on the second floor, bathroom on first floor and on third floor. Incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floors. Marina was wonderful to work with and responded promptly to our questions.

This place is a gem. It's peaceful, spotless, and just a short walk to the Meia Praia. Miguel was an excellent host and we felt right at home. Absolutely loved our stay!

The apartment itself is so lovely, very clean and great amenities. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the space. The host was also very helpful with recommendations and very prompt when answering our messages. It’s about a 15 min walk to the closest grocery store and 30 min walk into town. But very close to the beach, where there are 2 restaurants. It’s easy to get an uber if you didn’t want to walk into town. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Our check in was easy & loved being greeted! Place was easy to find, clean, kitchen was very well supplied! Location was in a quiet location but super close - all walking distance to all restaurants, the boardwalk, bars & grocery stores. Parking was great! You won’t be disappointed!

The apartment has a nice view over the sea if you think of the roofs of the houses for a while. It is perfectly equipped in terms of kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom. The large terrace offers the opportunity to relax there, except when it rains because then the rain strikes half of the terrace inside. Breakfast, lunch and /or dinner are done on the terrace, because there is no space inside the living room, only a folding table in the kitchen. A manual and some guidelines regarding the use of appliances and house rules, where, for example, the waste has to go, would be convenient. The commissioning of the apartment happened excellently. Guidelines were given by phone and upon arrival there was someone who let us in and provided all the necessary explanations. A plus is also the underground garage where you can safely park your car. Excellent wifi, which was important to me.

We (couple with a daughter of 1,5 years) had a pleasant stay in the apartment of Ingmar. The instruction was really clear to find it and enter for the first time as well as all other recommendations. The house is equipped with everything you need, the kitchen had everything to prepare a good meal after a sunny day at the beach. As the apartment includes a cot and high chair we can recommend it for others as well with children.

We visited friends who live in Carvoeiro for new years - this was an excellent stay for us and for such good value! An easy 5 mins walk down the hill into the main part of town which made everything accessible for us. The accommodation itself was perfect for 3 guests with sufficient space and facilities. Having a car parking space was also a bonus considering we rented a car for our stay. The host communicated regularly and made everything very clear for us and make the experience easy and enjoyable. We have nothing bad to say and have actually shared the link to friends who are looking to stay in the area for an upcoming trip. I very highly recommend and we’ll be using the same again for future trips.
