Wow! I have never been in such a thoughtful Airbnb. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Every single thing you could possibly need they had and more. They even have their own coffee they make! (spoiler: it’s delicious and I will be ordering more from them!) The off-street parking, little outdoor area, and full kitchen were all wonderful perks as well. We had a little hiccup in our plans and needed to extend and Jessica made that so seamless for us. She’s so responsive and proactively communicated to make sure we were all good. We will be sending all our favorite people here :) thank you Jessica!

Had a wonderful comfortable stay here, nice area felt very safe no problems whatsoever. Parking was super accessible and was nearby lots of nice places. Wonderful apartment would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to colorado to visit. Adi was so friendly and helpful and very communicative.

This was a great Airbnb to stay at! Stephanie was always very responsive when we reached out with questions. The decor of the house was beautiful and felt clean and homey! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very good location and great place to stay when visiting Denver!

Stayed for three weeks total and enjoyed every minute. Great location, very walkable to old town Arvada. Easy access to a lot of great restaurants, bars, and local shops. Also very close to the old town light rail station for quick trips into downtown Denver, or if you’d like to take public transportation to and from the airport. Would definitely stay again!

Sonja's basement apartment worked really well for my purposes. I stayed for a week and it felt like home! It's situated in a comfortable neighborhood and although you're in the basement of a house, it felt private. I did not hear any noises above me like some previous reviews stated. Everything was peaceful and quiet for the entire time I was there. Having a fully functional kitchen and laundry machines was great. When I had a question, Sonja called me back almost immediately to answer it. I'd highly recommend!

David's place was perfect the spot for our Denver stay. We had an event at the Colorado Convention Center and it was a 15 minute walk. The people who ran the lobby were great and gave great recommendations, they also made check-in extremely easy. David was a great host and communicator, will book again next time I'm in Denver.

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs for the past 18 months, and Kathryn’s place was the very best place I have stayed. Not only is it beautiful inside, but everything about the place is top notch. The furnishings and bedding are high quality. It doesn’t feel like a rental. Kathryn and Martin are delightful hosts. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make you feel welcome and right at home. You will love this spot in Boulder.❤️

Great location, No car needed to get around and see Denver. Hosts were extremely helpful.

Had a great stay. Building is incredible with great amenities and helpful concierge on the ground floor. Everything was comfortable and convenient. Tips: best coffee (better than what the building provides) just inside Union Station at Pigtail Coffee, and parking requires some coordination with the front desk people but is actually pretty seamless. Whole Foods downstairs super convenient. Had a great time and looking forward to returning!

Max’s place is like a hidden secret. He is absolutely walking distance to 90% of the things downtown offers. Literally best location. This place is great for a weekend get away with your spouse. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here! It was so welcoming coming back to the puppies everyday🫶🏼 we’ll definitely be back here for our next Denver visit! The owners are so sweet!

Damon was a fantastic host! We drove up from Texas for New years and this is the perfect spot in Aurora close to a bunch of neighborhood grocers, food options & parks/ hiking. Even though on the listing you are informed that you might hear them upstairs (& their dog) we didn’t really hear anything the duration of our trip (5 days). We were also happy with the beds super super comfy and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The furniture was really comfy as well & the appliances were all as listed. Damon responded super quickly anytime I messaged. Highly recommend for a group of friends or family.

I enjoyed my stay here was very comfortable in the living room and bedroom area. The patio area was nice to had the seating area next to the hot tub which is a sweet addition. I had everything I could need Christopher is a great host and was very attentive if needed. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Dana’s Airbnb. We feel so grateful to have found such a lovely space and kind host. The bnb was exactly what we had hoped for — spacious, comfortable, great natural lighting, a supremely well stocked kitchen, a huge shower and tub, great heating which made our wintery stay so cozy and soft king size beds. Dana went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. She stopped by to help us figure out how to use an appliance and replied promptly and compassionately to any questions we had. Her timely communication put us at ease and helped our trip run smoothly. If we’re back in Denver we would happily stay at Dana’s lovely Airbnb again. Many thanks, Evan & June

Lovely, quiet, private apartment in a beautiful Victorian mansion, located just a quick walk to Cheeseman Park and to the Denver Botanical Gardens. The space was clean, cozy and very well maintained. We did not cook in, but the kitchen is well stocked if you do plan to prepare meals (grocery shop is a short walk away), plenty of extra towels and face cloths, bed was super comfy. Josh provided clear instructions for check in and the process was easy. The walk way and entrance to the apartment was well lit at night. The only thing that could be a problem if you plan to have a rental car, which we did not, is the parking. It is a busy residential area with street parking. We have stayed at several locations in that immediate area when visiting our daughter and son-in-law and we have firmly decided that for all future stays, Josh's place will definately be our first choice.

Very responsive host. Clear instructions for entry and for check out. Cozy spot. I was there for 8 days, so it was perfect for one person for that long period of time. I could see staying there as a couple for a few nights.

Cute place in scenic location near mountains with easy access to Boulder and highways. Very clean and it had everything that we needed during our stay. Will return in future if staying in Boulder area.

Rebekah place was great! I mean it was very small but I am 6'4 so yeah that place made me a giant lol all in all it was a great place to stay! I will definitely have to book another stay at this place in the future!

Katie's place is a perfect home in a calm neighborhood, with easy access to public transport. We had an excellent stay in Denver, and the accommodation provided everything we needed to feel at home. Katie was always available to help with our questions and was incredibly accommodating. We highly recommend her place for anyone visiting Denver and looking for a great place to stay.
