This place was cozy and private. Everything you would need is there. If I had to be nit-picky I would say I wish the shower head was higher pressure but otherwise everything was perfect.

I stayed here to visit my family in Toronto. My parents really loved the place and had a comfortable stay. The bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom were all well-maintained and clean. The host was friendly and responded quickly. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay! Crazy views from the balcony! Responsive hosts and matched the description; clean place. There’s 1 dedicated bedroom and another bed in the living room hallway - but this worked well for our purposes! Friendly hosts and very good location!

Jimmy was friendly; as I pulled up the same time as him at check in. The location made it easy for me to get around. He was proactive around snow removal and salting the steps. My daughters and I felt right at home, he always responded quickly. I needed to extend my stay and Jimmy was very flexible and understanding

While the antiques and decor are beautiful, if you need panoramic views or loft-like minimalist spaces, this might not be for you. The guest guide has the voice of the hosts (you never meet) and manages to be both helpful and entertaining. Unlike boilerplate rental-guide, it serves as your personal concierge, anticipating and solving common problems - like pairing your phone with blue-tooth to where to empty compost if you stay a month. We learned to trust it completely. A cozy space to cook and live like a local. Highlights: exceptional shower, chemical-free cleaners and environment & air filter, firm mattress, windows that open, well-equipped kitchen with proper exhaust, firm mattress but not overly firm. Extra linens. no blender but copper pots. Ideal for travelers valuing character over corporate polish.

Definitely look forward to booking again. Super friendly hosts, very accommodating. Super helpful. Very relaxing atmosphere a please to escape and unwind from day to day crazy lives . Sauna and the hot tub will definitely knock you out for the night . Leaving you waking up completely rested and ready to tackle whatever comes your way.

It was my first time staying in an air bnb and Emelda’s place was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed, everything was perfect. the place just felt like home. She’s very friendly, easy to communicate with and often checked on us if we needed anything, I recommend Emelda’s place to everyone looking to rent an air bnb in the area.
