Villa vacation rentals in Augusta

Our holiday with three families was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space of villa Sofia: beautiful swimmingpool (though cold water end of October), a huge outdoor kitchen with possibility to cook on a gas stove or a lava stone, romantic setting of the outdoor table around the old olive tree. The extra entertainment tent is great for spending evenings together, having table tennis contests, as wel as playing pool or darts or table football. We also used the karaoke, it was a lot of fun. The (teenage) children could stay in the chalets with basic furnishings and the adults had three bedrooms in the ground floor apartment (sharing one bathroom). The parents of Benedetta stay on the property, but are very discrete. There are 2 small friendly dogs and some cats on the property. Benedetta received us on arrival and was extremely friendly. This is agriturismo at its best!

This is the most beautiful villa: well maintained, wonderful hosts, fully stocked with most everything you would need. The location is very good for exploring this part of the island and the views of the sea on one side, and Etna on the other is really remarkable. The hot tub and pool are amazing and the space is very well organized with large rooms and plenty of common areas.

We had a great week in early April at Loredana's house. The garden with a pool is really beautiful ! Since it was still the low season, it was nice and lonely and quiet. Just right for us! If you are looking for hustle and bustle around the time, you may want to go somewhere else. A car on site for shopping etc. makes very sense. Then you can discover many great things even with little driving time ( depending on the excursion destination, an insensitive car is recommended, as the roads are partly adventurous.. Fully recommended ) Loredana was available to us at all times and very friendly and helpful. Communication via translator was very straightforward! We fully recommend the property for families with younger children . The beds for the children are rather small and our teenager with 1.80 m we relocated to the sofa. But it did, too. We will be happy to come back!

What an incredible place! Communication was excellent and upon arrival we were greeted by Carmelo who explained everything we needed to know about the property. The house itself is stunning, we enjoyed the swimming pool, ping pong, table football and all of the games! The house is very well equipped with most things you would possibly need which made everything so much easier Location was great and everything accessible by car, complete with STUNNING views from each balcony! The villa more than met our expectations. It is a beautiful villa, quiet, with spacious rooms, a large pool and spectacular view of mount Etna. Vera and her team were always available to help and suggest things to do or see in the area (restaurants, boat trips, excursions to the Etna, etc.). I definitely hope to come back. We were with a small group of old friends and spent most of our time at the table next to the pool.

The house is in the middle of a beautiful orchard. It is quiet, and the terrace is large and comfortable. With an outdoor shower. Within walking distance of the sea, along the boulevard. With more secluded beaches down the coast, so beautiful! Santo gave us tips for nice and good restaurants around. We had a top week!

This is a wonderful relaxing location with access down street to walking along water and swimming. Pool is wonderful, stargazing in the evening and overall a very relaxing place to be! No public transportation which host was very clear about so make sure to plan for shuttle, food, etc if you do not have a vehicle!

It’s a beautiful, modern villa with an infinity pool and gorgeous terrace, 10 minutes by car from Siracusa. You most definitely need your own transport but if you do, it’s easy to find restaurants etc that are a short car drive away. Would recommend Cava Grande, which is about 45 minutes away (Carrubella hike) and the beautiful nature reserve on the Southern coast. Definitely worth the trip to Mount Etna as well (a couple of hours in the car)

Had a lovely stay at Noto Villa. The villa is spacious, with two cosy double bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a large living room. The pool area is fantastic, with palm trees providing natural shade, but you can still catch plenty of sun if you want. We were warmly welcomed by Livia, who was very kind and even allowed us to check in a bit earlier. There was also some food and champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The owners live above, so while they were respectful of privacy, we did notice a bit of noise here and there. We also had an unannounced visit from the gardener one day. The bathrooms are modern with good water pressure, and there were lots of towels, including for the pool. You’ll need a car (ideally 4x4) as there aren’t any attractions within walking distance from the villa. Noto city centre is about 12 min away by car, and parking is convenient near the city centre. Ragusa is about 1h drive via E45. Overall, a great stay with just a couple of minor things to keep in mind!

This villa is not a modern hotel but a grand estate reminiscent of the aristocracy of Italy; private, but living within the culture of the surrounding area. The grounds are lush and gated with a very large swimming pool. A car is necessary to get to other cities and/or bus stops/train stations. The GPS on our personal phones was excellent and useful in traveling around Sicily. Our hosts, Francesco and Maria, were warm and genteel. They live on the premises next to the villa so access to their assistance and advice was always available via phone, AirBNB and What's App. The beds are antique and amazingly comfortable - a recommendation would be to have additional pillows available for those who may not be back sleepers. We had 7 women from our bookclub back home and it sleeps 13 so there is plenty of space for a larger group. We would stay at the villa again if we do go back to Sicily. We had a great time!!!!

Incredible hospitality and view! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and our 8 month old baby girl was made to be so comfortable. A great jumping off point for exploring and even better for days spent lounging by the pool. Thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The balcony is a wonderful space to recharge, and the sea is accessible and secluded. Also received some food recommendations on the local amenities - we certainly made good use of the local pastry shop!

Noto to be missed. The house was recently built & has been constructed & furnished to a 5 star hotel standard. The setting is also perfect, very peaceful with a beautiful view over olive groves & out to the ocean yet only 10mins drive to Noto As you might expect with a brand new property there were some teething problems but these were quickly rectified by the team. Roberto the owner was a pleasure to deal with and owning several properties in the area has assembled a great team to look after them. Lucky the property manager and Sonia who both cleaned and did some cooking for us were both lovely and very helpful as was Daniel who drove us out to restaurants. Highly recommend having Sonia cook for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here but would note if planning to work from here the WiFi is through a wireless router and as such speeds vary significantly during the day. Also the pool is unheated so by mid-Sept was too cold for our baby but refreshing for the grown ups.

Beautiful, peaceful villa situated amongst the lemon groves, within five minutes drive of Noto. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely visit again in the future. Ivan and Dino were great hosts. Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommended on all fronts. Thank you x

Very nice and huge villa in a countryside with complete privacy, a large garden (3 cats at disposal) and perfectly looking swimming pool. Well-equipped kitchen, two big bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Every room has air conditioner that can be used also for heating during cold days. Communication with Antonino was perfect, he helped us several times and was always in touch. Approximately 20 minutes from Syracusa and 45 minutes from Catania airport by car, flexible check-in and checkout possible

wow wow wow. it was just beautiful. like in the photos or even better. you have space, the pool is large ..... it is as described. pietro as well as riccardo are helpful and nice. riccardo is always available when something is needed. we were once unsure because there was a fire nearby and he came to check immediately. we will be happy to come back and can recommend it to everyone.

We had a really nice time in Pozzallo. The Airbnb was nice and clean, and the host was very friendly. The host was very friendly and always responsive and had some nice suggestions for restaurants and activities. Overall a really nice experience!!

Mara’s place is one of the most beautiful Air BNB settings I have stayed in. The gardens, pool, patio area - it’s absolutely majestic! We did a family trip with 11 people and it was the perfect amount of space (4 couples and 3 teenagers). My parents were able to have their own separate quarters (an old pool house?) that was adorable! The house was clean and comfortable. When we had questions or needed something Mara would be there in 5 min. Our last night, we felt the rumbles of Mt Etna and sat by the pool as we watched her lava flow! We had the best trip and stay and highly recommend staying in one of Mara’s beautiful homes!

Matteo was a helpful and amazing host. The house had everything you can wish for. The location is excellent with proximity to several beaches and many cozy cities. Best in Sicily! Highly recommended for family, we were three children and two adults.

We stayed at Villa Francesca for 5 nights. It’s a lovely spacious villa with a good sized pool in a great location. Perfect spot, close to beach and local amenities. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Marta's house is very comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. Marta's parents, who hosted us, are very considerate and available. The garden is huge and beautiful. You can even see Mount Etna! We would highly recommend it!

A wonderful, kind family own this property. The property is beautiful, with a stunning view of the sea and a lovely terrace and pool area. The house is spacious and stylish and very well appointed. So many thoughtful touches around the property. Air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and kitchen area, mean the place is nice and cool. The busy road outside takes a little bit of getting used to, but it is fine when you have adapted. You just need to take care on the road outside the house. In terms of location, Acireale is excellent for sightseeing anywhere on the island, so the property is very well positioned. Gaetano, Carola, Francesco and Grazia were just the most wonderful, generous and helpful hosts. It was a privilege to get to know them. This is a special property and highly recommended. We absolutely loved it and had a magical holiday!!
