Pictures don’t do enough credit to this beautiful gîte. We really had a great time there. We really loved that all bedrooms are master bedrooms and have aircon. We used the BBQ everyday. Loved the swimming pool area which is well thought of and cosy. There were 7 of us and we invited family and friends over to spend time with us at the pool and for BBQ. There are plenty of nature walks to do around in the village in the wine yards or at the Abbaye nearby. The place is in close proximity of everything. Very easy to park several cars in the private yard. For more water fun - Buy some flottables to the pool and bring a leather ball as the Yuccas around the pool would otherwise pierce the plastic. As it’s a gîte there is no shower gel or soap available so bring your own. Unlike typical airbnbs there is also no food supply except salt pepper oil and vinegar some sugar and coffee to get you started on the first night. Kathleen is available throughout the stay to assist if anything :)

A more than perfect welcome. a very clean accommodation in every way as advertised. The pool is very large. in short we had a dream stay with really charming and accessible hosts who are never hungry for advice, stories of their rich travel lives, jokes... in short we can only recommend this place to 200%

Isabelle and her husband are very welcoming. The cottage located in a beautiful and quiet environment, is comfortable and well equipped. A place I highly recommend.

Our second stay at le cabanon, very nicely situated, easy going environment and lots of villages within a short drive. Christine and Herve are very welcoming.

Brigitte and Jean-Baptiste are lovely hosts. Good communication and very welcoming. During our 2 week stay they were available if we needed anything, but apart from that we could come and go through separate entrances without disturbing each other. The appartment is in a beautiful house. It is comfortable, clean and spacious. Parking in Fabrezan is easy. The only thing to consider is the busy street outside - light sleepers may need to pack earplugs. We hope to return.

It was our second stay in Odile's house, it is a peaceful location very close to beach. From reservation to check out, the commutation was excellent. The house is well equipped and furnished. We are looking forward to returning next year. I real gem and a delightful stay, thank you.

Very pleasant stay in Marta's cottage, off-center but close to other stations, shops. Easy to park, easy to access. The accommodation is very well equipped. The only small negative point is that there is no network so some difficulty to get organized but apart from that a great stay, very nice to recharge your batteries! We had a great time with the family. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive. I would recommend this property 5 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne.

Very nice house in the center of a very lively village, which borders the Canal du Midi. Friendly restaurants and shops in the village square. The house is pretty, cozy, and clean. Anna Isabel is very welcoming, available and with good advice to visit the surroundings of Capestang (which is close to Carcassonne, Béziers, Narbonne, Minerve and the sea...). We really enjoyed our stay at her place.

Excellent stay in this accommodation, clean, very equipped and functional. We highly recommend it.

The pool is really pretty and the water is 29 degrees away, all you have to do is enjoy when going out buoys and pink flamingos! The children were also delighted with the games that was available in the apartment (board games, PS2 console), they were not bored for a second and on our side, we enjoyed the calmness of the place. The garden is very large and bordered by very pretty trees and flowers. The apartment is very well arranged with a decor that is both clean but warm. The bedding is comfortable, the bunk bed is very cute. If there were one thing to improve, it would be a fan for the room or a screen to open the window at night. Many thanks to the owners for their friendly welcome. We are very happy with our stay, thank you!

All good. Despite being a house more thought out for the summer, we were there well enough in the winter.

We had a wonderful week at 16. The space and outdoor spaces are well designed so that no one gets in the way. Pool, hot tub, ping pong and games in the boulodrome have delighted 3 generations.

This gîte is well worth a stay. We were greeted by Sabine when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the gîte, and even offered us a nice bottle of red wine. the gîte was spotless, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The gîte was the highlight of our trip. Thank you again Sabine!

The accommodation is great and matches the photos! Chantal who gave us an excellent welcome is simply charming. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool and its beautiful landscaped environment with its splendid view of Béziers Cathedral. We had all the necessary amenities at our disposal: BBQ, summer bar, terrace, garden furniture. Thanks again!

Great welcome. Perfect house to welcome our family who come from afar during the holiday season. I did not occupy the accommodation myself since I live a few hundred yards away (!), but my family was delighted. Do it again!
