I had a wonderful stay in Ortona with family and friends, in an apartment immersed in the Abruzzo countryside. The area is really quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature, perfect for those looking for relaxation and serenity. The beauty of the hilly landscape and the silence around make this place a true oasis of peace. The apartment was well cared for and clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spaces were spacious and bright, and the view of the surroundings offered a real spectacle, especially at sunset. The host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ready to respond to any needs or concerns. He also gave us great tips on what to visit nearby, helping us discover some of the most characteristic places in the area. The location of the apartment is strategic: in a few minutes by car you can reach the main points of interest, from the beaches of the Trabocchi coast, to the historic villages! Definitely recommended!

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the view is breathtaking. Franco is a discreet host but extremely available and responsive. Communication was excellent before we arrived and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many more wonderful walks than the other. One thing is for sure: if we can come back to this place, we will not hesitate for a second!

We traveled with family, and this getaway proved to be the ideal space for bonding and relaxation. Whether it was enjoying morning coffee with the mountain view, exploring the surroundings, or simply unwinding in the cozy atmosphere, we cherished every moment. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and memorable escape. We would absolutely love to visit again.

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

The house is in a very quiet place. It has everything you need, I found the mattress very comfortable. Great bathroom. The street behind the house leads to the veneer, in 15 minutes you can get very comfortable. Great paved and large roads, which is not discounted in the mountains. Nadia is very present in recommending areas to visit, parties and more. We had a great rest. All I can do is recommend the place. No problem with our dog, too. There is a small grill outside that does its job. Where I live, the road is a lot, but if I want to come back I will definitely stay here. Thank you for everything

This was a beautiful part of Abruzzo to stay. It was close to everything and each day we saw something new. Daniel’s father, Gino was onsite twice a day to ensure the pool was in tip top shape. The highlight was being invited to share lunch with Gino & Theresa on our last day. An interesting event with neither of us speaking any of each other’s language. (Google translate prevailed) it was a beautiful lunch together.

Very nice and very functional apartment, within walking distance of the sea. Parking spot on your doorstep. Extremely recommended.

Jacopo was a great host and communicator. I arrived by train and he was gracious enough to pick me up at the station as well as making arrangements for my pick up at the end of my stay. the apartment is like new and freshly done on the inside. Best of all is a great and spacious outdoor deck where you can enjoy the evening overlooking the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants and a great supermarket within a short walking distance. And accessing the ocean along which is a dedicated walk and bike lane is within about 5’ walking distance. Great place!!!

My husband and I stayed for two nights in Aurora's apartment that is perfectly described and matched to the listing. New and very clean, perfectly organized and equipped for me too, who always bring my desire to cook on vacation! The area is quiet and peaceful although not very central but Aurora is well organized with bikes, it is also easy to park in front of the house. Aurora is an impeccable host, she welcomed us upon arrival and provided us with every useful indication for our stay, she was helpful, kind and present. Great stay!

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

Thank you for your stay. Everything was very well organized, and the connections to the vineyards and experiences were great. A good apartment for autumn, with great heating and you can feel at home with all the amenities. I have a request for my next visit - there are no grappa glasses that taste better in the fall:)

We had an amazing time staying in Nereto. It’s a small and quiet town with a friendly atmosphere. There are many nice cafes and you can take beautiful walks up the hills. We didn’t have a car but it was easy to get to other towns by bus and Luciano also offered to give us a ride many times. He’s hospitality really made this an authentic italian experience. He made it easy to discover the town and showed us many recipes for italian food. He always replied fast and helped us whenever we had a problem. We will definitely come back and keep in touch with our wonderful host! Linn & Anna

The apartment and the terrace were very nice. Just a stone's throw from the sea. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back again and again.

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

Apparently in great condition, super clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Very functional for 4 people. A very peaceful area but close to the beaches. Definitely recommend.

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, empathetic and super helpful sunny people, what to say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, a very nice place, a very clean house with all the comforts! They recommended very good places to visit, clubs and very good restaurants in the area! Amedeo and Simona were very responsive and a pleasure. The kitchen was well equiped for our long-term stay. The only comment would be, the train is close by and frequent with vehicle traffic on the other side, not an issue for us but is not very quiet. We loved the view from the balcony of Silvi Paese during the day and night. The bus stops are close by and the the train is less than 1 km.
