Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Atotonilco

Great house located between centro and City Market/La Comer grocery stores. Was able to walk these areas without need of a car. Easy access to many resturants and several parks. Nice size bedrooms. Views from terraces were wonderful.

Our stay in Casa Lucia was very pleasant, the house was very well equipped and it’s exactly as described. Ana since I nooked the house was very attentive, however I’d always in contact with Ziul Lopez, the Concierge, who was beyond helpful. He was very diligently, answering on time all my questions and give us recommendations on what activities to do because we had in the group two kids, so any suggestion was more than welcome. He’s very knowledgeable about San Miguel, best places to visit and best restaurants. He also helped us with the transportation company from the airport. Casa Lucia as well have a unique service with breakfast and meals at home (chef included!) and off course we took advantage of this, as a result we enjoyed a delicious Mexican breakfast every mornong and a wonderful dinner one night at home. The only thing to have in account is the complex is still under construction so of course there is noise around and a lot of workers but it was not issue for us.

This is a beautiful home and the owners have thought of everything. The style is of old SMA yet built with modern construction. You will feel so comfortable here that you won’t want to leave. All of the central historic city is a short walk away

Stayed at Laura’s place for a few nights and it was great! Looked just like the photos, spacious, great kitchen, mini splits in both bedrooms for heat/air, and Laura was very responsive. The neighborhood is super quiet, very centrally located with about a 15 minute drive wherever you need to go. Highly recommend to any other travelers.

WOW!! WOW!!! WOW!!! From the time of booking until the time we had to leave (We did not want to), the experience was amazing. Isela and Alfonso hosted us in the most beautiful and comfortable home in San Miguel. The house was perfect for th 6 of us with enough space to vacation together, but for each couple to have their own space in the house. The team that arrived to cook breakfast every morning was amazing and great food was fresh made and enjoyed by all. From the fruit, coffee, juices, eggs, and enchiladas it was a great way to start your day. The house is decorated very well and the sun deck on the top floor is where wee found ourselves spending most of the time. We enjoyed the breeze, sunsets, and hot tub all while relaxing with drinks and snacks. We will stay with them again and are already looking at when we can return later this year. San Miguel is a great city and Casa Huertas 22 takes it to the ultimate stay. Thank you

We had a fabulous stay at Gingers place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. We thought the location was perfect, walking distance to everything in town with some cute local restaurants nearby. It was especially great for the 4 of us because each couple had their own floor. We had a few questions for Ginger before and during our stay and she quickly responded to help us. Overall beautiful, clean, and convenient stay in San Miguel!

We recently stayed at this rental and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—situated in a charming neighborhood with easy access to all the main attractions. Whether I wanted to explore the local shops, visit nearby landmarks, or simply enjoy a walk, everything was within a short distance. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast.We were treated to a delightful spread of fresh, delicious food. The variety was impressive, and the quality was top-notch. It was the perfect way to start our day and fueled our adventures around the city. The host was also incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this rental!

I stayed at Carla's home for two full months. The months of December and January. The holidays were amazing in San Miguel de Allende. Throughout my time there I had family members come to stay with me from time to time. We all agreed the home was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. Their recommendations were always great and the requests for the few small issues I encountered were met with quick resolutions. The home was cleaned weekly and the housekeeper was professional. Lili was thorough and she left the place sparkling and comfortable. The location was perfect and very safe. During my two month stay, I was there alone for 4 weeks. I never felt afraid. I walked into town and took an Uber back because the unit is up on a hill. The city of San Miguel coupled with the outstanding lodging accommodations have already convinced me to scheduled my next stay. I will return to this fantastic unit in March 2025. Can't wait!

The condominium la Luminaria is very beautiful, has large green areas, walking and circular walkways with stroller as we did, the amenities are very beautiful, and the accommodation is excellent, very clean, good taste and very comfortable. It is a very quiet area but at the same time very easy to get to downtown. Very good accommodation

Ivett’s place is a lovely large studio with lots of storage for longer stays. It is close to Centro and even though it’s in a noisy area the unit is far enough back from the street that it is quiet and peaceful with a rooftop patio. We recommend it.

We loved Mary’s place! While we didn’t utilize the kitchen, besides the coffee maker (which coffee was supplied), it is certainly a well equipped kitchen. Bed was comfortable, sheets were nice as well. As others have commented the loft patio was just a beautiful place to unwind with a view that was amazing. The location was great as well! Mary’s communication was great and while we didn’t get a chance to meet her, her sister Mary greeted us. We arrived a few hours early, left our luggage while we started exploring. We were able to get the place as soon as it was ready for us which was earlier than the mentioned check in time. If we find ourselves back in the beautiful city of San Miguel, we will certainly stay here again! Thank you Mary for hosting us!!

I had an incredible time staying here. It was comfortable and I felt safe in the neighborhood. The city center is about 15 minutes away walking, I enjoyed the stroll through the neighborhood. I felt safe walking at day and night. There are a lot of great places nearby, wish I could’ve explored longer but I’ll definitely be back. Lastly I really appreciated Cynthia’s ability to accommodate an early check in so I could work. Wi-Fi was great and allowed me to work during the day without any issues. Don’t forget to check out the rooftop, the view was beautiful.

Great place to stay & would do it again! The place looks just like the pictures. Although close to Centro, the windows kept out all the sound of the fireworks at night. I slept like a baby. Aidee is a super host and addressed all my wants and needs immediately. Book this place now!

We were all happy. The place is nice and very friendly to enjoy… I just suggest they change to the living room sofa bed mattress that was very uncomfortable for the person who had to stay there!!! As for everything else, it's a place we'll go back to without hesitation.

Beautiful, spacious apartment home in a private, safe, serene complex close to all the excitement of SMA but quiet enough to recharge and relax when not exploring the town. We loved our stay! The location is perfect for walking to the main parts of town but on a quiet street off the main drag. We never took a taxi except to and from the house with our luggage. The house is walkable to tons of great sightseeing, restaurants, galleries, venues, and shopping. The house itself is well stocked, comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. They even had a starter kits of basics in the fridge for us including milk, butter, eggs, fruit, beer, coffee, and gallons upon gallons of fresh drinking water (and ice). Excellent hospitality! The host was kind enough to meet us at arrival and show us around, then checked in on us daily over text to see if we needed anything. Overall, we would definitely stay at Cris's house again and enjoyed our stay!

Delightful experience. Larger place than we expected. Adequately furnished. We're an older couple so the stairs down from the parking area and back up every day was not ideal, but we made our month-long stay, work anyway. The adjacent large, enclosed, heated, lap pool was noisy at first, but we got used to it quickly. It was an easy 20 feet from the condo door to the pool which was a delight. Walking to centro was easy through the back gate. All downhill. We took Uber and Taxis back up. Peggy's Condo is highly recommended as long as you can handle the steps to get to and from it. The subdivision is very beautiful, pleasant to walk and the apartment is very nice, cozy and pleasant. We had an excellent stay.

First the positive. We loved the location. The view from the balcony was awesome and a great place to spend the morning reading a book and having a cup of coffee as the sun was rising. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equiped. The development is modern and pleasing and safe to walk about. There was a charcoal BBQ on the roof patio which was great. Judith and Eduardo are wonderful hosts. 10 out of 10. They were attentive, proactive, and very responsive to any questions we had. Now for the n not so positive. Bit of work walking the steeper portions of the roads if coming in from Centro but manageable if you have a bit of stamina. We did it daily for 6 weeks. Some of the neighbors like to party into the wee hours on a few weekend. Lastly, there is no TV in the living room. If we were short stay it wouldn't have been an issue. For our longer stay heading for the bedroom to watch TV after dinner was odd for us.

The apartment is beautiful full of details, the beds, sheets, tableware, decor and the view are great. We enjoyed our stay, I have a real pleasure to enjoy this place. Thank you so much!
