I spent a weekend with my family at the house, it was amazing! The house is beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos! The kitchen and laundry are super equipped, everything we needed was there, we didn't miss anything. The bed linen and towels were clean and did not smell musty. I highly recommend the stay, access to the condominium is also easy.

What a wonderful place, I recommend it to anyone... I'll be back, because I was well received and everything was in order.... The house has everything... you have to go and see....

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

The house is just like the pictures! Everything was clean, air-conditioned in every room, TV and other items working perfectly. The street is quiet, and the Almir and Brunno were super attentive from start to finish. I recommend it!

Good space to park. The ideal and take off by car to the beaches and supermarket is 5 minutes by car.

Karin responds to everything quickly and kindly. She is an excellent host, so much so that this is the second time I've been to the house and I loved the experience again. It is a very special place, with a delightful backyard, barbecue, hammock for resting, all excellent utensils for use. Several other things like salt, sugar, cleaning products, cloths, mop, bedding, great pillows, fans, even medicine to ward off mosquitoes. Wonderful shower, the beach is my favorite place, very safe, my children are free! The water was delicious, warm, super clean. It's a paradise! Thank you Karin again for the great experience. The stay at Benquerer House could not have wished for better. Since the arrival, super easy due to the excellent communication with Henrique and Ciça (always available, good tips, super friendly), it has already been possible to see that we were in a privileged location. The integration with nature, especially with the river, makes this house a true refuge. If you seek peace and contact with nature but without giving up the comfort of a cozy house (fireplaces until you want no more!), well-equipped (the kitchen stands out) and charming, you have found the right place. We will undoubtedly return at another opportunity!

The house is beautiful. Everything tidy and clean. Katia is very polite and responds quickly. The photos show three bedrooms inside the house, but there is another bedroom with a double bed in the annex, which is great. It's good to bring food to prepare, as it's a little far from everything. If you forget something, there's a mini market in the condominium. At the reception, they are well educated too. To get there, the road is good and quiet. It's a place to relax and enjoy. I loved everything. I recommend it, for sure.

The house's outdoor space is excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped with pans, crockery and food storage pots. The house is close to the beach, to walk. It also has nearby bakery, pharmacy and other shops. We like it a lot.
