Beautiful place! Beautiful area! We had a great time with plenty of room at this spacious clean house!! Loved our stay!

Rachel's place was very nice and I felt like I could ask questions if they came up! I recommend the stay if you're thinking about it. It is not far from Athens or Lancaster, so you can make trips to check out what is going on elsewhere.

We recently stayed at Bryans location. It was a perfect spot for 3 couples to enjoy Athens. The home was very clean, the king beds in the bedrooms were very comfy and the twin beds in 3rd room were perfect! The basement party room was a perfect location for us to celebrate our Bobcat Senior with his friends and their parents, large enough so we could celebrate together with plenty of tables for card playing and tons of room for food and snacks. The home has updated bathrooms with all the amenities - like toothbrush, paste etc. The kitchen was fully stocked. Again, very nice attention to detail with coffees, sweeteners, and even coffee creamer in the fridge!! Those little touches go a long way when you are traveling for a weekend and we really appreciated them. It was quiet at night and is a safe, secure home. The pool area would be wonderful during the summer. We will def be back to enjoy the pool next time. I would recommend this airbnb to anyone traveling to Athens.

If you want you a space that has plenty of space for a large group to spread out, this is a wonderful choice in the scenic hills of Athens County. Indoor and outdoor areas for all kinds of activities.

We showed up at nighttime the lights were on ! The place was spotless! Felt like being at home ! Drive way was spacious with plenty of room . Riding trails with 1 mile of drive and the town 5 minutes away for food and fuel. Thanks James

Home was super clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities (pans, pots, utensils, etc.) for preparing dinner. Very open floor plan, and great for large families. Home is very quiet and private...lots of deer and other animals spotted on the way. Cell service was a little spotty sometimes, so make sure to look at your driving directions before you leave. Homeowner was very responsive to messages, and information given was accurate. We were lucky to book last minute and have the family together over the Holiday. Looking to book again for next stay in Athens area.

We had an amazing time staying here! The location was exactly what we were looking for - quiet and secluded but close enough to town. The house was perfect for the two of us!! Beautifully decorated with all the essentials. We will definitely be staying here again!

This was a charming stay! We weren't sure what to expect from Nelsonville but the town did not disappoint nor did the house. If you have a large gathering, this would be an ideal home as it sleeps 6 (three beds total) and you get the entire house to yourself. The home is centrally located. Once we parked, we walked to the brewery by the train station and then enoyed dinner at Rhapsody. Everyone we met was super friendly and it felt like we took a step into another universe (think Stars Hollow or Mayberry). It seems like the college infuses a lot of business into the town (brewing classes, students working at the restaurant) and the Opera House brings the arts to the forefront. Unfortunately it rained the morning we left so we couldn't experience the biking trail but we'd love to come back and enjoy the town and this house further!

Ms. Aysha was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and provided top-notch support throughout the stay. Her prompt responses made all the difference in making our stay seamless and stress-free. I can't thank her enough for the hospitality! I'm now a huge fan of this apartment and Ms. Aysha! This was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway with my daughter. The cabin was tidy & peaceful, and we loved exploring their land across the road. We also hiked at Stroud’s Run and spent time in Athens, and it was an easy drive back and forth. Would stay here again!

The house is beautiful and incredibly clean with well appointed notes for frequently asked questions (which was so perfect and comforting for a worry wart with lots of questions, like me). And the scenery around the location was just stunning! We saw so much wildlife while here! Can’t recommend enough!!

This location was awesome. It was definitely worth it. Easy access both walking and driving to campus. Growing up in Athens and familiarity of the motels and hotels, you have more options to cook food and not spend all your money eating out. Definitely saving a couple hundred a night with an excellent host and great vibes. A great place for parents to stay or alumni. Best bet for the money and being active all day going out and about.

Awesome place to stay in Athens! We did a trip to check out the wineries during the day and in town the location of the apartment allowed us to walk to great places for breakfast and dinner. We were also able to check out a few of the local bars without having to drive. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Host was quick to respond to questions. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to the area!

Kristi's place was fantastic for a visit to Athens. Clean, comfortable and close to everything!

The place is nice and spacious, just perfect for a group of friends to stay and hang out. The Keurig coffee makers also come with various coffee choices.

Our family stayed in the upper unit that has a pretty view from the porch, and it provided a nice backdrop for pictures we took on my daughter’s graduation day from OU. The location to the University is perfect and the house is spacious and clean. We also enjoyed shopping at the store next door that is charming. Communication with Angie was great and I highly recommend booking here.

Mill House B was perfect for our weekend stay to attend our son's graduation and moving him out of his apartment. The location was excellent and close by to the convocation center, his apartment, and places to eat. I am a repeat guest and would definately recommend it to others. I beleive there is a new or newer mattress in the master bedroom that was so very comfortable! We all enjoyed our stay and it is way better than a hotel!! Sharon

We came down to Athens to celebrate our kids and their friends. Ashley was spot on about everything advertised in this apartment. She provided everything that we needed and then some. The place was clean, updated, and really comfortable. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Court Street, and it's so close to campus. We'll definitely stay here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stay here when we come down to Athens for every Thanksgiving with my girlfriend's son and daughter-in-law. Never been disappointed. Very comfortable with all the amenities you'd want.

We came to Athens to watch my grandson march with the OU Marching 110 during the football game. We chose this location because it was Halloween weekend in Athens and we preferred a location away from the party area. (We are too old to party and go to bed early!) This was the perfect spot for us. We were able to walk the bike trail back and forth to the stadium, it took about 30 minutes and the fall view was beautiful along the river. The apartment is very nice inside. Everything was very clean and we had all we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Ashley’s place was perfect for Dad’s weekend. Walkable to Court Street, clean, and the perfect place to stay for a few days. We’ll be back!
