Very clean 3 bedroom (4 beds), 2 full bathroom non smoking home in beautiful country setting on an acre. Just a 10 minute drive to Uptown Athens & Ohio University. House comfortably sleeps 4-6 people (3 queen beds & a full size futon). Enjoy a self serve breakfast, wrap around deck and easy access to Hwy 33.
