Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Atascocita

Monique's apartment was exactly what we needed for what we came into town for. My wife and I were there for a concert at the House of Blues and it was just a nice, short walk to the venue. You cannot beat the location for the price. The apartment itself was beautiful and the city view from the balcony was superb. Monique was very helpful, patient and kind. The perfect host. The area felt very safe and we had a great time. Thank you, Monique for allowing us to stay in your place!

The space was exactly what I was expecting and I liked the ease of a “front desk” check in. Neither of the televisions worked the first night but they were responsive and able to get one of the tvs working for my second night. Easy parking. Good access to toll road/highways.

Markeith was very nice and pleasant, Great Communication, everything was exactly how it looked and Spacey. Instructions was very clear and I would definitely be using the luxury luxury properties again. I will recommend this place to anyone who's coming to Houston to stay.

Zenobia's place was truly modern and beautiful! The location in the Galleria area is fantastic—right in the middle of everything. The apartment itself was cozy and inviting. Zenobia was an incredibly accommodating host; I had a little trouble getting into the garage, but she arrived within 10 minutes to help me out and ensured everything was set up properly to avoid future issues. I would definitely stay here again! 5 stars all the way!

This apartment is close to downtown, only around 0.7 miles from the Hyatt regency and a nice walk. The apartment is within a fairly large residential apartment area close to downtown. It worked extremely well for my needs. Chris is extremely responsive and proactive, and willing to help visitors and be flexible when needed. I was there for a scientific conference and it worked extremely well for me.

We're actually going back in a week!

Our visit was very comfortable. The unit is very cozy and a perfect stay for a couple. The owner is very sweet and quick to respond to questions. The view to the pool was a plus for us. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked well. The decor makes the unit very cozy. We felt safe and private. Did not experience any noise from neighbors. This will be a favorite for us and will look to book again when we’re back in the area.

They went up and beyond for us. Hit in town several hours earlier and they let us get in house. We thank you for everything making our stay terrific.

Cody's place was excellent! The house is beautiful and fully renovated! The area is close to an HEB and close to midtown ... and if you like old houses, the whole neighborhood has it! all the reviews you see before this one has been resolved, there we enough towels for everyone (and even a couple to spare), we had everything we needed on the shower (body wash, shampoo, conditioner), we had no issue with the water pressure or the temperature (it took like a minute to get hot). We had a question about the trash and Cody answered quick and clear!

My husband and I had a two week stay at Tammy’s house and everything was very nice. Tammy was responsive and flexible leading up to our trip and while we were there. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen isn’t really set up for much cooking, but worked well for breakfasts and leftovers. There was some “city noise” on the weekends because we were right off Washington, by all the bars, but earplugs helped. All in all it was great; we would definitely stay there again!

This home was exactly as advertised! Pictures are exact and the home was amazing! Close to the airport! Jose was very accommodating with an early check in. A++

I booked this place at the last minute for the Thanksgiving weekend and was very pleased with the house. Christina was responsive and quick to provide guidance when we need. She accommodate our request to extend check in and check out time with a good price. The house was super clean with full kitchen located in a quiet neighborhood. She even provided us the alarm code for easy access and safety purpose. There was a broken pipe happened outside of the house (somewhere in the neighborhood) which led to water outage one morning, around 9am, right on our checkout day, Christina again was responsive. She requested a plumber to come over immediately, around 11am. Luckily, the water came back on around the same time. She was very kind to extend the checkout time even more to make up for the time loss in the morning. I will definitely book her again when I visit Houston in the future. Thank you so so much for the pleasant stay!!

The place is so very cozy and beautiful! We felt right at home as soon as we opened the door! It was very comfortable, clean and spacious! Close to all needed amenities and in a very quiet and well kept neighborhood! Khoa was very helpful and responsive! We definitely need recommend this place if in the Richmond area!

Phi is very nice and super responsive. She wants to make sure that everything is great for the guest. She followed up with every question I had and always offered to help more. She just seems like a really good person. And the place is like it is posted in a nice area.

Me and my family drove in from Albuquerque to visit family and spend the new years! The Condo was beautiful and spacious. The amenities were just as mentioned, match with a perfect location. The kids loved the Post fireworks show from the balcony. 10/10

Lea was amazing to work with, very responsive, and friendly. We loved the place. Fairly quiet, gated neighborhood. Bed was comfy and the view was pretty.

John was a great host! He was responsive, helpful, and provided nearby restaurant recommendations. I appreciated his help and patience when providing instructions.

Very good and peaceful location in busy Houston. Lovely communal gardens and outdoor swimming pool. Very comfortable beds and bed linen. Quick and helpful response from the host on all occasions. Initially surprised that the apartment had more of the hosts possessions and more locked cupboards and drawers than we had previously experienced in airbnbs, but once we got used to this we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the lovely gardens.
