The house is as described, it is also more spacious for three people to use.It is also very close to the station, so it is easy to play in Hakone and Odawara ^ ^

Great place close to the beach and town. Clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment, private parking, great communication from the host and easy check-in / check-out.

It's a cozy house. Even in winter, the heating worked well, so it wasn't cold. It's near the station, so the location is nice, and I recommend it.

Great place, right across the street from a beach! Pictures were accurate. Beds were firm. Comforters were warm and cozy. Refrigerator/freezer had plenty of space. We didn’t have any trouble finding parking during our stay in October, but I wonder if this would be true during peak season. We enjoyed our time and may stay here again on our next trip to Shimoda.

It was very cheap, but very clean. It was also a few minutes' walk to the sea and delicious shops, but it was attractive.

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

We had an awesome time at this beautiful place with it’s stunning view! Maybe even the most beautiful place we ever stayed. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and making some bbq, the calm atmosphere and the short walks to the beach. Thanks for having us!

It was nice that the room was also very clean. My wife was very popular with the fact that there was a washing machine. I would like to stay again when I come to Ito.

I visited in mid-January, and I wanted to read while feeling the nature for about 3 nights, but there was also a sauna, which was perfect. There were few insects, and it was helpful for me who didn't like insects. It is very quiet, rich in nature and a nice place.Anyway, the view from the room was amazing.

The environment is very beautiful, there is a sea out the window, and there are barbecue equipment on the terrace, you can look at the starry sky while barbecuing, that is, there are many supermarkets nearby where you can buy ingredients to come back to the barbecue, the host also prepared a lot of materials for us, the small episode is that I left a bottle for me in the room, they helped me to leave it and wash it, so I can find it as soon as I return.

The room is very stylish and has a fun notepad.
