The location of the house is very ideal for a calm and relaxing family holiday. It was an advantage to have the sea within walking distance, being in a calm and peaceful compound, and having all the basic necessities in the house. We were very pleased.

It was a pleasant stay. We had a family stay experience in a calm, peaceful and immaculate house for three days. The house was warm even though we went in the rain. The host is very caring, and someone wholeheartedly asked if we needed anything. In terms of location, both in the middle of the places to visit, the beach and the markets are a five-minute walk away. If I go to Akçay again, this will be the place to stay.

In a great location in the Kaz mountains, the farm offers a very peaceful living and working space. Food in meals is made from local crops, with friendly and cultured employees. The toilet, beds and kitchen are extremely clean and cozy. The host, Mr. Erdem, is very caring and knowledgeable, you can see that he is innovative, loves to work together, has a nature lover and vision with his projects that are still under construction. There is a magnificent infrastructure here to regulate spirit, mind, and body rehabilitations.

The pictures don’t lie. This was one of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed at. And the price was incredible compared to what we normally pay in the US for comparable properties. This property is actually part of a hotel and the service was incredible. We had beautiful and bountiful breakfasts delivered to our patio each morning. The staff answered our questions and odd requests quickly and kindly. I can’t wait to come back and swim in that private pool with the most incredible view! A rental car is a must though. It’s not really a walkable distance to anything. Plus it’s so fun to explore the island!

The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it.
