We had a wonderful week with the best weather for the time. The apartment is very spacious, bright and well equipped. A beautiful large kitchen with large fridge, large shower and very nice terrace with the best views. Everything very modern and new. We personally did not get along so well with the mattresses, but that is individually different. The location was super quiet and therefore very relaxing. The place is very cozy with supermarket and bakery. We highly recommend!

The apartments are very nice, modern and well located. We were there for a ski vacation and enjoyed the time very much.

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Super nice, spacious and comfy apartment in a quiet and walkable neighborhood in Innsbruck. Valerie has been very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend the place and would return ourselves :-)

Great stay, very private - this place was perfect for a stop off for our road trip. Mayrhofen is a lovely place not far away too :) … This place is full of character- a lot different to other places we have stayed, would highly recommend!

We stayed at this property for the 2nd time and it was all great again. It is cuddly warm, immaculately clean, pictures correspond exactly to reality. Tanya and her husband are very likeable hosts. And we got raisin bread baked, very delicious! You can quickly walk to the Rofangebirge, a few minutes by car to the Pertisau ski and hiking area or Achenkirch. We like the central location. - I'm sure we'll be back! -

Super apartment, spacious bedrooms. If you are more than enough space with only adults, with two children, the living room is slightly on the smaller side. But all the furniture is new and super tidy, beds are really lovely!

The place is actually way better than in pictures, it's very spacious and has tons of space for luggage, ski equipment etc. Great connection to ski resorts, ski-bus stop is right by the street. Very friendly owners, helpful & cheerful

We felt very comfortable. Klara was always available and everything was as described. Towels were also provided that were not in the listing. Clear recommendation!

The apartment is in a perfect location, very walkable to the village center and many restaurants and bars. The apartment was very large and comfortable with beautiful light and views of the ski slopes. It was actually much larger than we anticipated; having two floors was very Nice. Karl was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying in his apartment!

We had a really lovely stay at Heinz's place. The place was nice, clean and cozy. We were well received, and Heinz was helpful and quick to communicate with. We give Heinz our best recommendation.

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

We had a wonderful time here. It was perfect for our ski trip. Easy access to ski shuttle bus. Lovely town and really spacious and clean apartment. Park Hotel were so helpful and responsive at all times. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed it very much !!! The toboggan run, shopping, skiing if needed is all right around the corner. The apartment is very nice and modernly furnished, easy to find, private parking and very easy check in. We would come back back 😊

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

The place was even nicer than the pictures. Kitchen well equipped and everything was very clean. The bathroom looks like new and was also super clean. The hot tub is perfectly heated at 38 degrees and there is nothing missing in this property. We will be happy to come back!

This place is great! The hot tub really made our vacation - it’s totally private. A little hard to get to this airbnb via public transit. The bus comes once an hour and you have to change buses before you go into Innsbruck. Very doable though. Uber was very easy and good option. Gorgeous scenery. Host stays above you in the house, which was no problem. Very attentive in case you have questions. 10/10 would stay here again - the scenery and the tranquility were great! Very good value for what you pay.

This place was absolutely amazing! The views, the private sauna and private hot tub, the comfortable bed, the nice clean bathroom, even the decor. Everything was very well done and nicely put together. You will want to spend more time in this apartment than out of it with all of its amenities. Only negative is that the parking was difficult to find, and the instructions could be more helpful and specific. Hint: there is a restaurant on the left right before the entrance to the parking, which is up a small side street. Look closely for a sign on a tree (or post or building?) that says Inn Above. Also, this is a good place if you have a car, As it is a bit of a hike from downtown-- totally worth it for the amazing views you get. We can't wait to come back- one weekend wasn't long enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were excellent and the AirBNB was clean and cozy. The Armin and Theresa go above and beyond to provide information about the best local spots for food/drink and any activities there are to do in the area. Additionally, they helped us immensely with transportation information as well. The hot tub and the mountainous views were an incredible and unique feature of the Airbnb and the welcome package was most appreciated after over 20hours of travel from Canada by Plane and Train. Thank you for being so kind and Hospitable, I would most certainly recommend this place and even come back again.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning we could enjoy the sun right in the property, and the garden offered the perfect way to soak up the warm rays of the sun in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: the place was clean, the beds were comfortable and stocked with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you need. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great space and amazing hosts.

An immaculate, charming apartment in Tirol with thoughtful amenities and comforts. Beautiful location, easy walk to Fulpmes. Sanny & Luis were wonderful hosts. Very helpful and responsive. They live onsite so are readily available although their online guestbook has all the information you need.
