We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

Beautiful neighborhood, beautiful views, clean tidy apartment. Private and calm neighborhood. Tanya is very kind and flexible, she was waiting for us with a Christmas cookie and a complimentary breakfast. I recommend the nearby homemade bread that you can ask for. We'll definitely be back for a winter break in the future. 10/5 stars :))

Great apartment in a beautiful location. Helpful and friendly hosts

The apartment was even better than the pictures or description listed. We walked inside and were shocked by how nice the apartment was. The apartment is basically brand new and in perfect condition. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the necessary pots, pans, dishes, etc. Everything was basically brand new and in great condition. Very very easy connections to two different ski busses (Mayrhofen and Zillertal Arena). Both within 100 meters of the apartment. The views of the mountains were also incredible. I would have wished for flexible check-out times, and a few more essentials in the apartment like dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, a few spices, etc. We were provided towels and bed sheets free of charge, but the small little items would have been a nice extra as the apartment is not cheap and the cost of those items is relatively small. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and could definitely come back in the future! Great place to stay in Zillertal!

I had two great experiences to stay in Rene's place. After my first stay, I went back for the second time. My second visit was particularly impressive for his acrobatic response. I arrived earlier than the time for check-in. Luckily the guest before mine left the apartment earlier than the check-out time. I arrived after a long and exhausting travel, thinking just to deposit my heavy suitcase in an empty not-yet cleaned room (at past 9:00am). To my total surprise, Rene made it possible to prepare an immaculate clean room in time for my arrival just in a space of one hour or so! I am so grateful for his kind hospitality to welcome a tired guest. It was a bliss to be able to unpack and rest before starting my day. You will love Rene's place for the cleanness of the apartment, for all amenities, and above all for the owner's kind consideration to welcome you. I fully recommend Rene's place for all those who travel to Innsbruck. You will love it. I will definitively go back to his place.

The location of this place could not be better. Everything is right outside the door and short walk to sites, restaurants, shops. Easy check in, clean, comfortable apartment, quick communication. One note, there was a very noisy family upstairs. Lots of screaming kids and stomping on the floor. Not sure if they are permanent residents but worth mentioning because it may be annoying if you don't have a tolerance for it.

The place is actually way better than in pictures, it's very spacious and has tons of space for luggage, ski equipment etc. Great connection to ski resorts, ski-bus stop is right by the street. Very friendly owners, helpful & cheerful

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a very quiet location with great connection to the city center through the adjacent bus stop. Kitchen super equipped, bathroom as well. A view of the Nordkette is also great. For Innsbruck also a strong price-performance ratio.

The apartment is a real gem. It is very clean, the kitchen is super equipped. From the balcony you have a great view of the mountains. The pool invites you to swim after a day of hiking. Ideal as a starting point for activities. Claudia and Jochen were very quick to respond and respond to questions. We can only recommend the apartment. We had a super nice time.

Our family of two adults, two kids, and grandparents had the luxury of staying in Karl’s beautiful home. It’s in a fabulous location and offers all of the amenities for a fantastic holiday. Karl is very kind and responsive. We definitely hope to return.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the surroundings near Lake Chiemsee are also an ideal starting point for many activities. The apartment is very clean and well maintained and there is everything you need. For our three-year-old daughter, the goats, rabbits, horses and the playground were the highlight. We can definitely recommend the appartment!

Great location to go skiing with larger groups. There's no official bus stop, but the ski bus still stops right in front of the house. Annemarie is always responsive and proactive. The bread service was perfect. Would definitely visit again!

We had a very nice few days at this place. The place is not very big, but for the two of us with a dog that was great. The highlight was the hot tub for relaxing evenings after long hikes. In addition, it was very clean and in order. We would come back! 😊

Stunning views, location is good near frequent buses to city centre (20m). Tasty pizzeria right next door, and fresh farm products nearby. You will want to turn on the hot tub when you arrive as takes a few hours to heat up, Sauna heats up much faster. Very cosey and comfortable apartment.

Theresa and Armin are very friendly, the apartment is located in a small town with great views of the mountains, 14 min away from downtown Innsbruck by car. The hot tub is available year round, and just needs to be opened since it’s well insulated to avoid energy loss. A private cozy apartment ideal for a quiet stay, would recommend.

It is very nice to be here for a while, the room conditions are very good, the surroundings are tranquil, the small town where you are located is also convenient for shopping.The house is fully equipped, the host provided a very large amount of kitchen equipment and seasonings, of course it is not very convenient to make Chinese meals, there is no rice cooker, this is not a drawback, just a heads up to the treasures in the future.The living conditions were also nice, just that the heater in the first room was not too hot, of course it was okay, it wouldn't be very cold, it was the best house we encountered this time around, and I hope to come again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay with Sanny & Luis. They were friendly and helpful. The apartment was airy, bright, modern, well renovated and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. The coffee machine was well stocked and was such a treat! Thank you. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for three teenagers, two adults and two dogs. The balcony, spa and sauna were really nice for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Danny & Luis had two friendly dogs and two cats. They got on well with our dogs. We will definitely come back next time!
