Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Arvada

Would most definitely stay here again. Extremely clean, instructions were extremely detailed, owners take pride in the place they provide for out of town travelers. Outside of the occasional footsteps, this place did not feel like a basement. Huge bonus to have every light with a dimmer. Owners went above and beyond during a recent snowstorm, taking the preventative measures and even making sure the walkways were clear of snow. Easy to find. Excellent location. One of, if not, my favorite stays.

An amazing place to stay. Walkable distance to many great coffee shops and restaurants. Also an easy uber to anywhere in downtown. The location was great, being quiet and private but yet so close to downtown. I appreciate the proactiveness of our host sending detailed written and video instructions on how to access the place and its parking. If you are looking for a place to stay in DT Denver, this is the one.

This was our second year staying with Atomic and we love the place! The amenities are amazing and we loved having a movie night! Atomic is very responsive if and when you need anything. Their place is clean and quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—we didn’t want to leave! The space was beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out for larger groups. On our first night, we had a small issue with the WiFi after a friend accidentally unplugged the router to charge his phone. I reached out to Atomic around midnight after trying to resolve it ourselves for a couple of hours, and they responded immediately—even at that late hour. I was initially concerned that guests playing pool in the basement might disturb those staying in the downstairs bedrooms, but the layout provided excellent sound separation. One bedroom is well-insulated with two doors and a laundry room in between, and the other is set deep enough that noise was never an issue. Everyone slept great, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. I would absolutely love to book this place again!

This is a really great (and very clean) house with pretty much everything you need in it. It looks exactly like the pictures. The basement has fun games that the whole family had a blast playing, as well as a big TV and huge comfy couch for everyone to hang out on. The area itself is a little bland, but for a family trip, it worked just fine. Everything we did in the Denver area was about a 15-20 minute drive like it says, which no one minded, but definitely something to factor in. Alissa was also a super responsive and accommodating host. She gave easy directions on how to enter/close up, and she was always there to answer any questions. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Had a great stay. Great for hosting a group. Plenty of space for everyone. Easy to find, clean and lots of fun.

The house was spacious and very comfortable. On premise parking was abundant.

We were very comfortable at the house. The location was convenient to hiking and central to where we wanted to go. The views from the deck on the house are beautiful and we saw lots of wildlife there. We will definitely go back.
