Waterfront vacation rentals in Artondale

My girlfriend and I decided to stay in downtown Seattle for our trip and we found this perfect location that was only a 5-10 minute walk from the Space needle. What I loved most about this location was that it was a beautiful area to walk in with cafe's, restaurants, and bars nearby. While we didn't go to the Climate Pledge Arena for an event were shocked on how close it was and made a plan to stay here again when we go to a future event there. If you're staying here you NEED to go to is the Fuji Bakery. This bakery is walkable but we decided to drive and we couldn't recommend this bakery enough! They have amazing food and drinks there. Evalyne was an amazing host! Throughout our stay she was accommodating and flexible! Our host checked in with us daily in the morning and made sure we had everything we needed for our comfortable stay. The place itself was beautiful, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed for our weekend stay. We will for sure stay here again.

This was our 2nd time staying there. Jerry & Sara are excellent hosts. The property is lovely and the views are gorgeous. Very clean. We had a wonderful stay. We are hoping to return again soon and will definitely stay there again.

Spacious for a 1 bedroom, located 1 minute from the beach, yet very private. Good restaurants short walk away, and gorgeous sunsets. Very clean, has a great vibe as soon as you step in. Kim is very responsive. Good WiFi, for those who can’t get away from work. Not too many stairs. I have already booked a return trip.

We got to Linda’s place a day after a storm hit the neighborhood and knocked out power She took couple lanterns for us to use luckily the power got restored three hours later her place was just as described clean and comfortable with great views..

This is our third reservation. Jia was a fantastic host. She went out of her way to assure that we had a very pleasant and relaxing time! We would highly recommend staying here.

This place is magical! I truly felt like I was on a vacation where I could just stay put and not leave the property whatsoever. The views are to die for and the marine life was sublime! Hope to come back again. I took my 20 something daughters and they both felt the same way. They kayaked and were kids again examining all the seashells, crabs, etc.

Great place to stay for families. Several bedrooms and beds provide a number of sleeping options. View is incredible. Thanks Dave for sharing your property.

The cabin was even more impressive in person. I don't think the pictures give it justice! GPS led us to a road that is no longer in service but it was easy to turn around and figure it out. There are neighbors but they were very friendly. There were fresh flowers and a hand written thank you card!! The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of options for dishes, cookware, and spices. My kids and I enjoyed the nicely stocked coffee/cocoa station! We took the row boats out with the life jackets and paddles. Jay even had extra pairs of rubber boots and outerwear in the garage in case you forgot to bring yours! He left us with plenty of firewood and his yard was very spacious for my kids to enjoy when the tide was in. Tons of oysters and crabs and im sure clams. Great spot with great views!! I definitely recommend!!!

Celia, thank you for a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful outside and in, while also being comfortable. We were able to find what we needed fairly easily, and spend time with our friends. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (Please add a bottle opener!). There were instructions to get down into the boathouse and dock, door keys, etc. Loved soaking up the views!

Our group of four moms and our four teenage boys rented the Holly House for our annual three day getaway. Even before booking, Paige was exceptionally communicative and helped to clarify questions that I had about bedroom layout. The house itself is *absolutely* stunning and the location on Hood Canal with a gorgeous view of the beloved Olympic Mountains, made this annual trip all the more special. Paige was incredibly responsive on the occasions where questions came up and was a delight to interact with. As a group who loves the cook, the big open kitchen looking out onto the water was so perfect. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. The upstairs bunk “great room” was like a palace for our boys and they indicated that this was their favorite place we’ve stayed locally (we all live in Kitsap). Definitely hope to return again soon!

Fantastic choice. Condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. The Target is super handy but also check out H Mart for groceries. The staff at the Concierge desk are lovely. Location is perfect. Very close to the light rail from the airport (get off at Symphony stop). We walked to the Space Needle. Couldn't stop looking at the views!! Definitely recommend.

We stayed in Bindu’s charming condo for three weeks in December. Loved every minute and look forward to another visit. The place is well decorated, very comfortable and the views over Elliot Bay are spectacular. Enjoyed the new Pier 62 waterfront park and the proximity to the new aquarium exhibits. Bindu is an amazing hostess and unbelievably responsive. Both she and her place are special.

Sean’s place could not be better situated! It’s “down the hill” from Pike Place Market. Within the last two years, Seattle has created a wonderful access bridge from Pike Place down to the waterfront, making Sean’s place ideal for walking the waterfront to restaurants and activities and getting to Pike Place Market. It’s also an easy drive to the Space Needle and Chihuly gardens and museum. While small, Sean’s place was perfect for two of us. I loved the fireplace and the view of Elliott Bay!

Fantastic location, steps away from the waterfront and Pikes Place Market. There is a new hiking and biking trail under construction right out front! Can’t wait to return. Jeri was a delightful and responsive host.

Everything was AMAZING! House was fully stocked, super clean, beds were comfy and nice corner view of the water. A greeter was outside waiting when we arrived and helped us get all checked in. Location couldn’t get much better, walking distance to just about everything. Building itself felt very safe for being in downtown. On the note about downtown it is very loud, but that is to be expected. We had such a pleasant time. Gale was very responsive and helpful in every way. We would recommend to everyone!

Larisa was a very accommodating host, and the condo is in a great Neighborhood! The view of the harbor is nice too. Go to Buckley’s up the street for a close, friendly bar/restaurant with good food and drinks.

The location could not have been better! Unbelievably quiet with view of a small harbor, the ferries, and water! Extra everything and even a few cooking ingredients! Snacks!
