Everything is optimal. Super clean. Communication is great and very fast. Good area. Public transportation at a short distance.

We had a really nice time at this flat and spent every morning and evening on the terrace, which was undoubtedly our favorite spot. The view is absolutely stunning—you can actually see the Acropolis from there! It was the perfect place to relax, although we did miss having an umbrella during the day, as it would have made it more comfortable in the sun. The host was incredibly responsive, and we felt very welcomed and accommodated throughout our stay. The double bed in the bedroom was super comfy, providing us with great sleep. However, the sofa bed wasn’t ideal for two people—it’s better suited for just one. Overall, we would highly recommend this place!

Very authentic and nice Greek place! Not in a very touristy neighborhood but very close to the subway station. Even if not mentioned there is AC in the living room which was highly appreciated! Theodoris was a super host, I highly recommend.

We spent 3 nights, and were very satisfied with our stay. The location was ideal due to its proximity to the National Garden, Acropolis and Plaka. There were also quite a few decent restaurants in immediate vicinity, several of which have vegan items in the menu, and one that is completely vegan. Nasos is a very responsive and proactive host. For instance: he quickly informed us when there appeared to be an issue with the front door, and ensured us that it would be looked at first thing in the morning. We can confirm it was as we met the service man as we were heading out the next morning (for the record, I'm pretty sure the door was fine all along and one of the other tenants may have just been confused).

The check-In worked smoothly, no waiting since Eleftherios always quickly responded to any inquiry. The flat was nice and clean, I really appreciated the good air conditioning in Athens' August. I can truly recommend it.

Top notch! The apartment is fully renovated with top class materials, equipment, and aesthetics! The location is superb, with easy and quick access to everything, yet in a quiet small street (in a classy residential building). The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive! I wish I could find this apartment available every time I visit Athens!

Beautiful terrace and large apartment in a residential yet super central location! Areas of improvement: the WiFi doesn’t work well so working from home can be tricky. A neighbor complained in a quite rude way for having on music on Saturday at 11pm… However, the place is beautiful and totally worthy!

Excellent accomodation, very big apartment, very clean, very close to the metro line. Handy that there are two bathrooms! Even though the hosts have no power over this, I hope they will think it is fair of me to say as possible downside for future guests that it is a pretty shady area, and fairly noisy.

Kleio and her loft-style home were both amazing - top marks in all categories! Kleio was so responsive, attentive and generous in spirit with every detail, including snacks, breakfast items and a fully stocked kitchen. She also gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations which were walking distance. The home looks and feels brand new with beautiful design choices and top end finishes throughout. This stay at Kleio’s home has been frankly the best I’ve experienced on Airbnb!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

This apartment was the best. The host partner was at the airport during our arrival to check-in. It was in a great location of Athens and the team accommodated us with everything we needed including a couple extra hours after check-out for luggage storage. Thank you so much!!

We had a fantastic week in Greece. Villa Dryas has everything you need and the outside space is what really makes it special. Our 14 and 7 year old were fully entertained with indoor and outdoor activities at the Villa. The swimming pool is great. The location is just outside of Athens (only 20 mins from the airport) and we would recommend a car as there was lots to see and do in the surrounding area. Thanos is a great host and responded very quickly to any queries we had. We would recommend Villa Dryas! :-)

The property is so beautiful, very well appointed, quiet and private. It has everything that you need and has a beautiful outdoor space to enjoy a wine at the end of the day or a coffee in the morning marvelling at the base of the Acropolis and the church outside the property. The property was pristine, clean and every detail in the property has been thought of to make your stay very comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting a very special host Akrivi ❤️ who went above and beyond any Airbnb host we have met! We can’t thank you enough Akrivi for your kindness and help when we needed it and being available throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this beautiful property and we look forward to staying here next year when we return to Athens.

We were generally satisfied. Very pleasant communication with the hosts, unfortunately we did not meet them in person, but the co-host. And he showed us everything important in and around the apartment. Only downside, the apartment is on Riviera street and it was very noisy. If you don't want to close the windows and want to do without the air conditioning, then there will be restless nights. Everything else was great, bus, tram and beach as well as supermarkets are very close. The city center can be easily reached by bus and train. For a short city trip, this apartment and its owners are absolutely recommended.

A very friendly, responsive and flexible host. Check in info was received in advance of my check in, with clear instructions. Through out my stay I received a message to make sure everything was OK, which was very nice. Check out was easy, with no issues at all. It was a great stay

We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.
