Jose is a great guy — friendly, responsive, organized. The location is on a main road but it was quiet. It is about 5 minute walk to Praça da Republica, maybe 7 minutes to the town beach. There’s a big supermarket nearby. Great stay in a modern apartment in a beautiful town. Thanks Jose!

We had a wonderful time in Sofia's apartment! The description and photos matched the apartment perfectly! The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. The washer/dryer was very convenient. Sofia had great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. There was a market close to the apartment and also many restaurants. We walked up and down the hilly streets to many of the beautiful sights in Lisbon. A lot of fun. We would definitely recommend Sofia's apartment and would come back to her our apartment on our next visit!

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

We loved our stay at Gonçalo's place. Beautiful, tranquil and chic, the space was the perfect hideaway for our vacation in Comporta. Close to all the beaches, restaurants and everything the area has to offer. The large, lofty and airy space is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork, lovely furniture and small touches. The large eating and many sitting areas inside and out offered lots of options to lounge, relax, read a book or nap. Notably, Gonçalo is a cool and interesting guy. He gave us insider recommendations for hidden beaches we would have never discovered on our own. A special treat was Gonçalo's assistant Inês who made our stay incredible. She welcomed us warmly, took care of small requests, offered advice on local restaurants, and even hand picked fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Thank you Inês for making us feel at home! Highly recommend staying here if your looking for a chic and designer space in Comporta.

If you want to discover the area around Nazare and Peniche, this is the place to be on the Atlantic. Foz do Arelho is a few minutes away and we loved it. The Távola Lagoa restaurant is top notch. Best cuisine for seafood and very warm welcome. Unfortunately, the way to Lisbon is a bit far as we also had great bad luck with the weather. As a result, the smell due to the septic tank was quite strong and the pool was not very inviting, as it was also quite heavily stained. Since the weather didn't allow it to be used anyway, it wasn't tragic for us. Otherwise, the house is also easy to use for six people due to the many bathrooms.

The best AirBnb we've ever stayed in. Max's place is incredible. It's in the most beautiful part of Portugal, it's quiet, peaceful and the house is so beautiful. The garden is perfectly done, the views are epic from so many different spots around the house. The design and architecture is great. It really feels like a home. Really is the best AirBnb I have stayed in and we've stayed in quite a lot.

Antonio is a very kind person and the house is just as advertised. It is spacious and has a nice outdoor area to spend time in. The kitchen is well-equipped. My friends found the matresses in the "kids bedroom" and the bed upstaris very hard but this is certainly a matter of personal taste. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Also there is no door to the upper level so the person sleeping there has to deal with noise coming from downstairs. The house is a 20-25 min walk away from the city center. All in all the house was as we expected it to be. Antonio was certainly very nice and helpul even though we did not meet in person. I can recommend his place.

Great location and super clean home! It provided everything we needed. The rain shower was great after a long day. Lots of wonderful restaurants a short walk away, as well as the ocean and the fun of the Chiado neighborhood. It felt super safe and secure, and Maria was very helpful and communicative. Our only qualms were that the bathroom sink didn't drain well, and the washer ruined some of my clothes (could have been the detergent or setting though.. or user error!!) Would absolutely stay again!
