We had a great stay at this apartment! While it's situated behind some businesses—making the location a bit unconventional—it offers a private and quiet retreat. Inside, the space is modern and beautifully designed. The kitchen and living room are particularly impressive, and all the rooms, including the bathroom, are comfortable and well-appointed. One minor suggestion: adding a shelf in the shower for toiletries would be helpful. The location is convenient for exploring downtown San Luis Obispo. We enjoyed dining at local favorites like Lure, which offers amazing seafood and sushi and has a great wine list, and High Street Market & Deli, known for its delicious sandwiches . For activities, we visited the Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa, explored the quirky Bubblegum Alley, and strolled through the vibrant Thursday Night Farmers' Market . Overall, this apartment provided a comfortable and stylish base for our visit. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

We had the most amazing stay at this picture-perfect little home in San Luis Obispo! Everything was immaculate, with fresh towels, delicious lemon cakes, and Smartwaters thoughtfully set out to welcome us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home's beautiful design made it so cozy and inviting. The location couldn't have been better. I am all about walkability. The home was just a 10-minute walk to downtown, yet so peaceful and quiet at night. The large TV and the ability to make the space perfectly dark for sleeping were both big bonuses. The hosts were incredible. Super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They even lent us a charcuterie board and some olive oil as we forgot to get some from the store! We got engaged during our trip, and they shared in our excitement, making the experience even more special. This serene spot holds such a meaningful place in our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much for having us in your home!

Private Ocean View Hideaway!

We had a very restful time at Guys place. The huge bed was very comfortable and the TV in the bedroom made taking in a movie very chill. There is a balcony that overlooks the ocean with great views and the sound of the waves was an added bonus. Don't hesitate to stay at Guy's apartment for your next trip, he is a great host.
