I stayed with my family for 11 days and we had an amazing experience. The house is wonderful. Super-equipped, impeccably comfortable and close to downtown, literally around the corner from the condominium, and all the activities that could be done in Buzios. The place is quiet and safe. Afonso and Leda are super friendly and very helpful. You can walk to the most important beaches. We'll be back for sure.

The stay was very good and Val is very attentive to the needs of the tenants, a very good experience. Some details in the kitchen Like the freezer with a lot of ice and the pots and pans needed to be washed a little better, as they were a little greasy. Overall a very good experience.

We spent wonderful family days in the apartment. Great location, Extra market next to the building, a few minutes from the beach of Forte and Shopping. Very clean, smelly, well-kept and comfortable apartment. Bed and tow linen, clean and smelling. All kitchen utensils available, cozy balcony. Pool with always very clean water, gym with various equipment. Host always very attentive. Very satisfied with the hosting! I highly recommend it!

The stay was very beautiful, 3 friends came and we all agreed on the same thing, we would return to this place if we return to Arraial. Spacious apartment, very well located, being able to walk to Praia dos Anjos (800m), Praia do Forno and Praia Grande (1.2km). The communication with Rosania was excellent, she took care to call me 2 days before to know if I had any questions and passed check-in instructions with more details. The one who welcomed us was Débora, who was also very attentive and responded to messages promptly. I recommend it.

We love our stay. The apartment has a great location and the condo is wonderful. Some details suggest an improvement : the coffee maker is not working very well, in the kitchen there are many tingles and the pillows/bedding could be better by the standard of the stay.

We went in 10 people and loved the apartment. We stayed for 10 days and did not have any problems with the stay. It all went smoothly. Two bathrooms with good showers. Large and clear apartment with three bedrooms, being a suite with air-conditioning. The others with ceiling fans and also in the living room, which has smart tv with several streaming installed. Wi-Fi met enough. The large rooftop pool divided with other guests with a beautiful view. The region is agitated throughout the day by the movement of bathers who go to Prainha and very quiet at night. We like it very much and intend to go back.

From the beginning Danielle communicated with us. The place is very nice, it has everything you need and the best that is a few meters from the beach. Danielle and her mom are very loving when we were greeted and when we left. All spectacular. Thank you Danielle. Super recommended

We were very happy with the Easter treat we received, a special touch that made all the difference. In addition, the cake we ordered for my wife's birthday was wonderful, a real treat. The accommodation matched exactly what was advertised, with all the necessary amenities. The condominium was very quiet and the pool was excellent. We recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-kept place to stay.

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial gate so that his collaborator could give us the key. We did, but our message didn't reach Mirtes, and he didn't answer our call. We called his colleague, who also didn't answer us, until at one point the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the condominium reception called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension, as it was the first time we rented from Mirtes, who responded to us after receiving the keys. We were practically sleep-deprived from the trip and with three children who were also tired. Everything else was great! The apartment is very well maintained, very nicely decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the promenade. Spectacular! Go back

The apartment is well located, is next to the bus station and there are many ways to get around the city, access to the main beaches is very easy, using a car, Uber or public transportation.
