The stay was very beautiful, 3 friends came and we all agreed on the same thing, we would return to this place if we return to Arraial. We went in 10 people and loved the apartment. We stayed for 10 days and did not have any problems with the stay. It all went smoothly. Two bathrooms with good showers. Large and clear apartment with three bedrooms, being a suite with air-conditioning. The others with ceiling fans and also in the living room, which has smart tv with several streaming installed. Wi-Fi met enough. The large rooftop pool divided with other guests with a beautiful view. The region is agitated throughout the day by the movement of bathers who go to Prainha and very quiet at night. We like it very much and intend to go back.

Beautiful apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need. The rooms have a TV and ceiling fans, a balcony overlooking the sea, and a kitchen with a working oven. Refrigerator with freezer. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Very spacious and comfortable. The apartment's location is strategic, 5 steps from the best beach in Arraial in my opinion (La Prainha). And with a double garage!! The code entry adds comfort and practicality. Monique is super charming and friendly. She was attentive to all our requests and even lent us the beach chairs to go to the beach. Highly recommended The only thing to keep in mind is that it is on the second floor, and you have to use the stairs, there is no elevator, so it is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

The apartment has a family, a couple and up to three children well. It has a mattress, in case it is necessary to house anyone else. Pleasant condominium. It is very close to the beach and there are nearby food options, for those who do not want to go to the Búzios Center. I recommend it!

The apartment is excellent, with amazing coverage! My whole family loved it. The roof area has barbecue, shower and a great space for get-togethers. All rooms have fans, which makes a big difference in the city's warm climate. Juliana welcomed us very well and was super flexible in arranging check-in and check-out times.

Carlos is a great host. Always very kind and answered the messages to me very clearly and quickly. Very well located apartment. I hope to come back again and again.

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial gate so that his collaborator could give us the key. We did, but our message didn't reach Mirtes, and he didn't answer our call. We called his colleague, who also didn't answer us, until at one point the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the condominium reception called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension, as it was the first time we rented from Mirtes, who responded to us after receiving the keys. We were practically sleep-deprived from the trip and with three children who were also tired. Everything else was great! The apartment is very well maintained, very nicely decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the promenade. Spectacular! Go back

Definitely the best host I've ever had! Super helpful, polite and attentive! He anticipates any possible need! He made us totally comfortable! The apartment is great, very nice, it was super clean, cozy. The condominium is very organized, very clean pool! Very quiet for walking to both the beach and local shops. Easy access to other locations such as Rua dos Biquínis, Canal and Praia do Forte. For families, Peró is a great option, calmer sea for children, the beach is beautiful, and there is also Conchas beach, which is also close. We varied the tours between car and walking very easily. Spacious apartment,all very clean and organized. Very well assembled tbm, we do not cook ,but who wants to make food at home,has everything necessary. The location is perfect and the parking spaces are very spacious. The very considerate host,we will return to another opportunity for sure.

It was my first time in Arraial do Cabo with my family, and I was lucky to have found this accommodation from Thiago and Renata, it made my experience the best possible, amazing people, they answer questions and respond quickly to messages. And the impeccable apartment fulfills what it promises, cold water filter, household items, games for leisure, beach chair, sun guard among others… I will certainly return more often.

The apartment is well located, is next to the bus station and there are many ways to get around the city, access to the main beaches is very easy, using a car, Uber or public transportation. The stay was very good and Val is very attentive to the needs of the tenants, a very good experience. Some details in the kitchen Like the freezer with a lot of ice and the pots and pans needed to be washed a little better, as they were a little greasy. Overall a very good experience.

It was so nice to stay at Raphael and Célia's apartment! Cozy apartment, quality items, bed and bath linens, kitchen and etc... The apartment is in the block in front of the pool, facilitating access to the leisure area and the entrance and exit of the condominium and speaking of condominium, which wonderful structure, very nice pool, a private beach, exuberant view and everything at hand.... we'll be back for sure!!!
