Large space, good rooms, cleaning, utensils and small appliances, direct access to walk, friendliness and readiness of the owner. The house is elevated, on top of commercial space.

It is a lovely place in a quiet part of town but close to restaurants etc. very helpful.

Location - slightly out of town, in a beautiful valley. 1 hour from Porto in the car. Supermarket 5 mins away in the car. Facilities - pool was great, barbecue area was good. Each apartment has an outdoor area to sit in, with a clothes horse to dry your things on. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer. There was enough parking for 1 car per property. Apartment- clean, great air con. Quirky but functional furniture. Host - responsive and friendly. The woman that met us at the property was very very helpful.

Our stay was joyful and relaxing. We were warmly welcomed by the host with delicious traditional bread. The area is beautiful and tranquil, surrounded by mountains and lush greenery, with the soothing sounds of nature. The garden, filled with citrus trees, was a delight, and the jacuzzi and barbecue area made our evenings perfect. Inside, the building was cozy and well-heated, with clean, comfortable beds and fresh linens. We enjoyed sunny days in the garden and even on the rainy night, the spacious kitchen was ideal for gathering. The host was flexible with check in/out and very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Graça is a fantastic host: friendly, attentive, nearby… Her house is a haven of tranquility, in a huge estate with beautiful details. The natural pool, in particular, is a luxury. However, I would say that it was best to heed his recommendation to go to dinner at the Zé de Ver. How well we eat, please!!!

We stayed for one night while traveling through to Spain. The apartment has the luxurious feel of a hotel room, however it is much more spacious and has some authentic touches. A well-equipped kitchen included. The apartment was spotless, a very good experience.

Everything was PERFRCT! Beautiful spacious and well-designed loft in the heart of Porto, very close to the river and all the interesting places. Mariana is the best host, she was super responsive and helped us in everything. Would defiantly come again and recommend!

The room was just so so beautiful...from the view from its balcony to the room itself with immaculate and clean bedroom and bathroom. The check in was simple and easy, the host was always quick in response. Super kind and they allowed us early check in. Everything was just beautiful and the location is just second to none. Walkable to anywhere in the city and the view was simply breathtaking. I would definitely want to come back and stay here! Thank you so so much for your hospitality.

Location! Location!Location! The place was great, we had seven guests and everyone enjoyed the amenities. However, by far the location was better than advertised. This place was worth the price of admission!

Awesome stay close to the River walk restaurants and bars!

We can't imagine a nicer place to stay in Porto! Everything is easy walking from the apartment, and public transport is right there too. The apartment itself is cleverly designed to fit all that you need into a small space. It has lovely little balconies overlooking the pedestrianised street where you can sit and watch the people stroll by. At the same time, it is remarkably quiet. The bed is super-comfortable and the bathroom is very good. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. We have already recommended it to friends!

Pedro is an amazing host. So friendly and responsive. He really cares and want to help. As he is a chauffeur he was able to pick us up from the airport which made it really easy for us as we had an elderly person in our group. He dropped us right outside the flat. The view from the flat is incredible. The flat is simple but comfortable and clean with good beds and really good value for us in April. The Luis 1 bridge is 5 mins walk away and from there you can walk or take the metro (1 stop to Sao Bento station) into Porto. But if you are after port wine tasting then all the caves are on this side of the Douro river with lots of restaurants. So walking is easy. We would definitely return to Pedro’s apartment and happily recommend it. We felt that 3/4 days in Porto was enough time to do all the attractions. Charming city :) Thank you Pedro

I hadn’t researched the area well when I booked this home and didn’t realize that we’d be on the other side of the river from Porto. I’m so glad that I didn’t know as I might not have booked and we were thrilled with the location and the home. Being on the river was like watching a movie at all hours of the day and night. We loved the walks across the bridge to Porto and enjoyed the riverside restaurants and activities on both sides. The apartment is quiet and has very comfortable beds which is more important the older we get. There are stairs with the apartment on three levels. We enjoyed our brief times on the terrace and would have spent more time there in better weather. Isa responded quickly when we had a challenge with the washing machine and it was fixed the next day. She also showed me how to use the coffee machine, which produces fabulous coffee. It wasn’t difficult but I needed help. The place has everything needed for a great visit and we highly recommend it.

It was a very nice place and I felt at home, clean, spacious, has a washing machine and kitchen two bathrooms and 5 min from the center on foot. I'd come back a thousand times.

A very well-organized, hotel-style managed apartment that we all loved during our five-day stay. It was great to find such a reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable apartment in a bustling area. Location is perfect. The variety of entertainment facilities provided was a huge bonus. Every time we waited for an Uber, we enjoyed playing games in the pool room downstairs, which was a lot of fun. The hot water, which we were initially worried about, was never an issue. The apartment is also spacious with the high-quality furnitures. The kitchen was well-equipped and beautifully designed, though you need to provide your own laundry detergent and paper towels. Worth mentioning is that this apartment doesn’t require keys at all—it’s entirely controlled via smartphone for opening and locking doors, which is incredibly convenient. One minor drawback was that both bathrooms had some water leakage, leaving the floor wet after showers. However, it wasn’t a major issue for us.
