I booked the roof terrace apartment very spontaneously over New Year's Eve and was completely delighted! Communication with the hosts was excellent – quick, friendly and straightforward. The apartment is large, modern and completely new. Everything has been thought of here. I would also like to highlight my own garage parking space, especially on New Year's Eve. Absolute highlight is the huge roof terrace, where I could also enjoy breathtaking sunsets. A clear recommendation!

The communication with the host was friendly and useful. It was great to be able to wash clothes in the apartment. There is no A/C but closing the curtains during the day helped.

Absolutely lovely place. Quite small but perfect for our family. Host was very nice and when we arrived generously provided us with a lot of regional information. Unit also had a few boxes of toy cars and a board game which the children were able to enjoy.

I was urgently looking for a place to stay for a spontaneous city trip and came across Adrian's listing. What do I say? Everything worked out well, Adrian was very friendly and the apartment was just as you expect. You came in and felt right at home! Everything you need can also be found there! Our stay at the cabin was just amazing! The place is simple and charming, perfect for those looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The wood stove creates a cozy atmosphere, and the cabin is ideally located in an incredibly quiet area – just right for unwinding. We were particularly enthusiastic about the animals on the farm, which was a real highlight for our children. They had so much pleasure to feed the animals and experience a bit of farm life. We enjoyed the time here and can highly recommend this place.

The house is well furnished, and everything is thought of. The highlight is the fireplace, which creates a great ambiance, especially in winter. The house is really fully equipped and cozy. Excursion destinations such as the great Arber and much more is easily accessible. The Czech Republic is also within easy reach. The location is a good starting point for all kinds of activities. We are considering coming back and experiencing the summer in the area.

The guests on site were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back if they are on site again. The contact was also very pleasant. Although the landlady was on vacation, a contact person was always available.

They were wonderful, cozy days at the Neidlingerberg. We thank you for a cozy home, a bit like grandma's back then - really great! Especially the tiled stove in the cozy room made the difference. We had a wonderful host in a quiet, beautiful setting. Thank you very much Hans!

We (4 couples) stayed at Ferdinand's house for three nights and had a wonderful time. We were positively surprised when we got into the place, as the photos do not reflect the charm, warmth and generosity of the spaces so well. The bedrooms were cozy and clean and the kitchen also had everything your heart desires. We enjoyed cooking there for 8 and then enjoyed eating together at the large table. Also our concerns about the cold outside temperatures were free, as the heating on site works really very well and the old house heats up neatly. The three toilets were also optimal for us and prevented our own little "Game of Thrones". As far as the location is concerned, the accommodation is ideal for those who like to just go for a walk and enjoy nature.

The name 'Paradise‘ fits very very well. We felt very, very comfortable in the small cottage from the beginning. If it snows outside and you sit in the cozy room by the oven and the fire crackles you are just happy and satisfied. We will be back! Maybe in the summer to explore the hiking trails extensively.

We have experienced more than 100 airbnb homes over the years and we are pleased to say this is the best home we have ever stayed! We enjoyed every day during our 27-day stay at Daniela and Stefan’s.

Thanks to Sophie for a great start with airbnb. The place is really great, a huge garden and a total of 4 bedrooms. The highlight is the hot tub. From the accommodation you are everywhere very quickly in the Bavarian forest. A real secret. We'll be back for sure

Very cozy and pleasant stay. A very large apartment sufficient for 5 guests. Equally very nice apartment. The bath is worth an eye-catcher.

Great location of the apartment - next to the ski slope, hiking trails, forest. Several restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is clean, tastefully equipped with branded appliances including a sofa bed that can be folded or folded by one movement, plus a perfect mattress that sleeps really well on. The apartment is such a full-fledged accommodation for 4 adults. A big plus is also a private patio with a garden, equipped with a barbecue and a seating area. Host Alena is very welcoming and has tried to accommodate us. We were very pleased with her interest in our satisfaction.

We were very satisfied with the place! The center is within walking distance in 10-15 minutes. You have everything it needs, we would come back anytime! The information before arrival was also easy and easy to understand.

The apartment was perfectly clean and beautifully furnished. We didn't miss anything here, and we were very pleased with how the dog friendly was. There were also dog bowls in two sizes. I also have to point out that although it is a larger building with a large number of apartments/apartments, there is absolute silence and peace. The parking spot right in front of the house is also great.
