Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Armenia

This place was incredibly peaceful and pretty. Beautiful nature around you and a fun spacious house. I recommend for sure!

Karen's house is a very tranquil spot, perfect after a few fruitless days of looking for an apartment in the city! The walled garden gives the house a feeling of sanctuary and the veranda offers the perfect place for eating outside and lazing on a sunny afternoon. Karen was extremely helpful and an excellent host. Thank you.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

The place, the comfort of the house, the neighbors, the hospitality of the person who met and accommodated us were simply brilliant! You feel immediately at home and every detail in the house is well thought out so that you can have the perfect holiday! If you want to enjoy your holiday at your best it is though highly recommended that you go there by your own car.

I’m happy we’ve found such a beautiful and perfectly located apartment in Yerevan. It’s nice and clean, looks just like in the pictures. Straight away we felt like home. The area is lively with some nice cafes and restaurants around. The owner Valentina was friendly and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again 😊

Great location, nice clean spacious apartment with nice furniture, great wifi, nice television, close to shopping, opera, great food. Armenia had some of the best food we've enjoyed on our European tour.

The place was even better than the pictures—truly a dream house! We were a group of 8 and had an amazing weekend. Every detail at the villa is well thought out, nicely decorated, clean, neat, and organized. The team was incredibly hospitable, helping us plan other activities and always quick to respond. They were responsive and highly professional. I would definitely recommend both the host and the villa. We would love to come back for sure!

We loved our stay, the house is truly unique - especially the location by the lake and the views. There was a lot of flies in the evening and morning, so we had to be inside, but the fireplace made it really cosy. We haven’t met Mariam, but we met her father, who was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, maybe next time!

I’ve never met such a hospitality as it was provided by Hasmik. Firstly she was very flexible, we arrived of a group of 11 men in the very morning and we left at 3am in the morning. Hasmik, even if it was such a terrible timing welcomed us and was bidding good bye to us, before we left she provided sandwiches and fruits for a journey. During our stay she served amazing breakfasts and was helping us with planning our journey around Armenia, arranged transport and was taking care if all is fine during the trip. She served us beautiful Armenian style dinner and drank a wine with us. House is equipped fully with whatever you need to have your stay pleasant and even if something is missing it will be arranged by a host. It has beautiful garden with swimming pool and bbq area. It’s really hard to express how grateful and thankful we are that we stayed at your place with you as a host ( even that there were some small issues with loudness of our group. Hasmik - you are a shining star!

Excellent house, very cozy, and you have everything you could possibly need! Barbecue area, kitchen, bedrooms - everything is even better than in the pictures! The check-in went smoothly and the communication was really nice! And what is great - the hiking routes start right there, so you can enjoy Dilijan's beautiful nature!

We enjoyed our stay at Syuzanna's place. Great house for a short and long vacations. Very-very clean, which was #1 requirement for us. They provide everything one may need. The yard was wonderful. If you like having outside parties, that's the place you need. It's not far from the city center where there are a lot of great restaurants. I would definitely recommend the house. The property was beautiful and exactly how it was described. Our only issue was on arrival as the address on airbnb were different. It was extremely easy to communicate with Anahit, and we had so much fun at the peoperty.
