Great location, easy to check in, host was helpful, clean home, had a great coffee machine, sofa and beds were comfortable. It was great experience, I recommend the property highly.

It was a little bit noisy at night cause lively avenue is near. The hosts were very flexible with check in and check out time and reacted to all requests with great understanding. Everything was great! The only thing is that we either didn't understand how to turn it on or some of the lights didn't turn on and there wasn't enough light in the apartment in the evening but these are trifles. Very nice atmospheric apartment, we were very pleased!

I was happy to stay at Amalya’s apartment! Everything was great. The location isn’t in the city center, but it’s very quiet and surrounded by many food stores. It takes just 15–20 minutes to get downtown by taxi. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely fantastic! It had everything I needed and more - spotlessly clean, beautiful lighting, air conditioning, heated floors, and all the necessary appliances. The host was incredibly kind and responsive. The location is perfect, very close to the city center, with a supermarket and pharmacy right in the building. There’s also a 24/7 concierge, which made me feel super safe - 10/10! One of the best stays I’ve had in Yerevan. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My family and I (a group of six) had a great stay at Ara’s place. Ara is a responsive and great host. The flat is modern and spacious, and very close to the city attractions. The only thing that we missed was the pool and barbecue place. We weren't allowed to use the swimming pool and barbecue place in the backyards even though the description says it's available from January to October. In general, I would strongly recommend Ara and his amazing place for staying. 😊

Thank you so much for this apartment! The apartment is completely worth the money, and I can safely recommend it to others. We rented it for 10 days with a girl. For two, this is the best option. Apartment has everything you need for amazing stay. Everything is done at a high level. Host Arpi is a wonderful person: responsive and always ready to help. We had to stay another night due to the flight rescheduling, but it wasn't a problem for Arpi. Thank you so much!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

The location is perfect—it's close to a shopping center, several great restaurants, and a grocery store, making everything I needed easily accessible. The apartment was spotless, and the bathroom was especially nice, featuring all the comforts I could ask for. Everything was exactly as described in the listing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Andranik was a fantastic host, always replying promptly to any questions I had. We stayed at Sona's apartment over New Year and had a lovely time! It's clean, fresh, comfortable and definitely has everything for a pleasurable stay. The check in experience was smooth, thanks to Sona's sister. Inside the apartment is fully furnished, it even has an oven, which is rare for Airbnbs, the kitchen has all the tools we needed, as well as the appliances. The bed is comfortable, great pillows and enough blankets, towels and spre sheets. The balcony is definitely a lovely addition, because of winter we couldn't stay out for too long but it was great to go out and look at the city. The location is central, close to two main streets and sights, different supermarkets around (we especially recommend Yerevan City, it's huge and has all the souvenirs). The flat is close to a bus stop, which was convenient to move around the city. We had a great stay and would definitely like to return again!

Excellent location! Near tons of cafes and restaurants with loads to do! Do not follow google maps (it brings you to an empty lot) and instead check carefully the detailed guidance listed on Mane’s page on how to reach the place (my bad i didn’t check that part before). Mane is a great host always available to support. Recommended stay!

Great place to stay in Yerevan. Lovely balcony, excellent host (good communication in English), working air conditioner. 10 minute safe walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Lilith's (Artaks sister) apartment! The place was spotless and spacious, just as shown in the pictures. The location is also perfect, being close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Lilith is an amazing host—friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

It is conveniently located in the heart of Elevan, making it convenient to get anywhere.I stayed in the cold winter, but the heating was good and it was warm.Recommended for longer stays.
