Just as described. Fantastic location walking distance to many restaurants and sites. Perfect home base for Climate Pledge Arena activities. Parking in the building was a breeze and spacious (at least for a Mazda cx-30). And the rooftop has the same view as Kerry Park within the hike up the hill. Reviews note the building is older and the apartment is near the lobby- if you’re looking for silence, it’s probably not the right choice. But excellent location and space for our needs.

Great place to stay in Seattle. Close to downtown area/public market, and very close to the Capitol Hill area. Location is top notch especially with the beautiful surrounding. Overall, would definitely stay here if I'm back in the area. Also Madrona village is a block away, beautiful area.

This is a great spot-well appointed, very clean, quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed, and excellent coffee was provided. Everything was spotless and as described. The unit is on a low level but the walls provide natural light and there’s privacy. The neighborhood is walkable, leafy, and a very central location. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very comfortable place to stay. There's a large main room with a kitchen and living area, as well as a separate bedroom and bath. The place is not cluttered, and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need. The off-street parking was invaluable. The hosts were very responsive and we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Host allowed us early check in and greeted us outside when we arrived. Place was immaculate but what impressed me the most was the amenities that was provide that i never saw anywhere else. Keurig coffee, creamer, sugar, ramen, oatmeal, soda, water, spices, cooking oil, toiletries like toothbrush/toothpaste, floss,, shaving cream and razor, and even Listerine. It was like staying at Auntie's for a few days. Glad I didn't stay downtown and dela with high rent, no parking, and homeless people. Was only 20 minutes away so well worth the time to drive there. Glad I took the advice of the other guests and would definitely stay again on the future. Thanks Edith!

I would absolutely stay here again if/when I make it back to Seattle. The unit was spacious and perfectly clean with comfortable furniture. We never had trouble finding parking right outside of the front door. Alki Beach is all the best of a beach town with the convenience of being a 15-min drive into the city. It is a beautiful and quiet area, with plenty of safe sidewalks and paths along the water. Jay recommended lots of great restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away, and there were multiple grocery stores within a 5 min drive. Jay was a great host! Provided clear instructions for accessing the unit, great local recommendations, and was super responsive. Thank you for having us!

Location. Location. Location. We wanted easy, walkable access to Pike's Market and the waterfront and this location delivered. It is a one bedroom unit PLUS there is also an actual king bed in the living room. For two women traveling together, it worked perfectly because we each had a comfortable bed. The arrangement may not be ideal if all guests want a private bedroom. The unit was clean and well-appointed and the hosts were very flexible and accommodating. Definitely recommend if you want to be right on the waterfront!
