Townhome vacation rentals in Arlington

Our family of four plus two grandmothers stayed for a college graduation weekend. Tara’s place is exactly as the photos and we felt right at home. It is on a busy street so we told Ubers to pick up at the back entrance. We felt there was very minimal traffic noise and slept very well in the EXTREMELY comfortable beds. Note it is a tri-level living situation so if there are mobility issues consider the stairs. That said, we had two grandmothers (in their 80s) and they were fine. The kitchen was easy to navigate and had all the essentials to make breakfast in the mornings. The location was good for us to sight see and also attend the graduation. I would highly recommend Tara’s home!

Courtney was the most present and generous and communicative host and her place is utterly magic. The location is in a quiet little street within blocks of coffee shops and restaurants. And her decor and design and quality of the entire home is exquisite. We so look forward to being back.

Hosts were very accommodating, and the room was clean and pleasant to stay in.

The house is clean and nicely designed and decorated. The beds are comfortable and linens soft. The location is great on a quiet residential street in Georgetown, around a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The only downsides were that there's only one full bathroom/shower, the WiFi wasn't great, and, because the family actually lives in the home, we opted not to unpack suitcases and use the dressers or closet. Overall, I'd recommend it.

Once again I had a fantastic stay at Martin's place in DC. I always love staying there, and this time was no exception. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay in Mark’s apartment, the house has everything, and the bed is so comfortable! Very short walk can arrive Adam’s Morgan and DuPont circle station, it is a quiet and nice neighborhood, highly recommended!

Great location for things to do. Walkable restaurants. Great outdoor space for relaxing. Very clean. Modern appliances. Comfortable beds. Quiet area. Host was easy to contact and response was very quick. Would stay here again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Pernilla was on top of everything and her communication was proactive. The space and location was perfect for us. It is located just minutes away from Washington DC. We actually walked to DC our first day because we love to walk but transportation is much more convenient. My daughter can’t wait to stay here again. We all loved it but my daughter especially loved the 3rd floor nook. Thank you!

We enjoyed our way, Parking was a little frustrating at times but we always found a place to park, walkable to the Metro and there was a bus stop right out front. We would definitely recommend and would use again if we were to visit the area again😊

Enjoyed the stay. The apartment was close to bus stops and metro that made it easy to get to places. We had four in our group and the space accommodated us well. We ate out for most meals so did not cook anything. Kitchen was nice but four of us eating a sit down meal would have been a little crowded. Parking is on the street and you need a permit. Red Awning helped us get that and while we left the car most of our stay getting a spot was pretty easy. Street cleaning happens on Monday and Tuesday so will need to move the car (if you have one) one of those days. Ideal place for those flying in. Can take the metro in and be good to go. Definitely enjoyed the space and the neighborhood and would check availability if we head back to the DC area.

Ed was an excellent host for six weeks. His space was a perfect family setting for us, our two kids, and our pets to stay in Alexandria. The neighborhood is perfectly located to old Town Alexandria. Our only regret is his space is booked the next time we will be in DC, otherwise we would use it again. You should definently take advantage of this location!

I had a great experience staying here! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was in a great location, and not for from D.C at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I really appreciated their quick communication. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We stayed with our young kids and felt very comfortable! Kayla was helpful and easy to reach!

We had a great stay at Kate’s beautiful home. The location was central with plenty of restaurants close by. We enjoyed the large property which is hard to come by in the DC area. Parking was easy and the hosts were incredible with communication and provided lots of great recommendations.

We came as group of 4 adults and 4 kids and this place is still very spacious. We extremely love how 4.5 bathrooms meet our kids’ need at the same time. Lots of parking spaces and very convenient to travel to DC and good restaurants around!

Caro’s place was excellent. Exactly as described and shown in the photos. Neighborhood is lovely and very safe. There are several good restaurants right up the street within walking distance. 7-11 is a 7 min walk away approximately. Grocery stores, target, very close as well. Also, old town Alexandria is not too far away. Caro’s place was very convenient to some of the best dining we’ve had, Julias, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, Andy’s Pizza, and Hard Times in Old Town Alexandria. Downtown DC was approximately a 25-30 minute drive in the morning. Arlington cemetary and the changing of the guard is very close, and Mt. Vernon and Georgetown are a 20 minute drive away. The house was freshly remodeled, the beds were practically brand new, and we enjoyed the firepit, using it almost every night. It was perfect, and Caro was great at taking care of anything that popped up. We would definitely stay again in the future !!

No complaints, great place. Opening and locking the front gate is tricky though.

We were looking for a place in Georgetown to stay during our DC visit. This was my wife's first trip to DC as an adult (I lived in the area for 10 years) so I wanted to be in a location that was walkable with great places to eat and easy to get to all of the attractions that DC has to offer. Burcu's house did not disappoint! Super easy to get to, great location. Burcu was a great host. Super responsive and gave us lots of great recommendations. We had a great time!

home was absolutely gorgeous!! very clean and felt just like home. she is very responsive to any questions I may of had. for the space and amenities available its Definitely worth the price!

If you are wanting to go to DC and avoid the hassle of a vehicle, stay here. Close enough to walk to the station or use the free bus system to get to the metro. Plenty of places to sleep tired bodies at the end of the day.
