Apartment in Torvaianica
4.78 out of 5 average rating, 9 reviewsHouse with garden facing the sea
Lorenzo and Alessandra are great hosts, the apartment is easy to find, the garden is fantastic and there is everything you might need. It is clean and warm in the winter, next to the beach, relaxed, we will stay again next time we come. Thank you for everything ❤️
Apartment in Monte Sacro Alto
4.98 out of 5 average rating, 45 reviewsExclusive apartment in a new Green-Building
We are so grateful to have found Stefania’s place! The space was comfortable, clean and exactly what we needed. Being a ground floor apartment was perfect for us, no need to carry luggage up flights of stairs. We loved being in a peaceful neighborhood and felt very safe. We enjoyed the luxurious private hot tub on the balcony and comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and super clean! We also appreciated the free parking lots available to the apartment, have to search for a space (depending on the time of day) but that is expected in Rome. Also, neighborhood was lovely to walk around in. Stefania was an incredible host! She answered all of our questions promptly and gave us great recommendations for food. We LOVED Pizza Capitale, delicious pizza and walkable from the apartment. We would certainly come again, grazie Stefania 🤗
Apartment in Flaminio
4.67 out of 5 average rating, 6 reviewsImbriani Suite Red with Patio
Everything was the same as in the photos. And matched expectations. The biggest advantage of the place is independent (from the checkin-checkout) access to the storage area, allowing you to leave your luggage while you explore the city. Located close to everything (metro station, path to the main attractions, lovely Prati area just across the river.
Apartment in Nomentano
4.97 out of 5 average rating, 31 reviewsLuxury flat with garden
This was a lovely apartment for our 6 days in Rome. The location was ideal—outside the tourist areas, offering an authentic Roman neighborhood feel, yet well-connected with both bus and metro options nearby. The area itself was lively, with plenty of breakfast bars and excellent restaurants just around the corner. The flat was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The double bed was extremely comfortable, and for our boys, there was a bunk bed setup. We did have to figure out the clever pull-out design with a hidden step after the first night, but once we did, it worked perfectly. Towels were provided in abundance, and the windows were very well insulated, which helped block out the noise from the busy streets of Rome. The host was always available for any questions we had and replied very quickly. We highly recommend this place!

Apartment in Appio Latino
4.89 out of 5 average rating, 28 reviewsApt with balcony historic area
We really enjoyed our stay at Ambra's place! The apartment is lovely—modern and nicely furnished—and Ambra really cared about our comfort during the stay. The only minor things to mention are that there was some construction affecting the metro, so the connection to the center wasn't ideal (though likely just temporary), and the water pressure/temperature was a bit inconsistent.
Apartment in Marina di Ardea

We spent some nice time in the house. We did appreciate to be able to have our meal on the balcony, the quality of the bed and the cleanliness of the place. Many thanks Annamaria for your help and your kindness.

4.9 out of 5 average rating, 10 reviewsHoliday Home - I PAOLI - Giardino e quiete
We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Paolo is a great host! He is very responsive and checked in with us regularly to make sure that we have hot water and sufficient heating, especially since it was the winter period. He paid attention to our requests and always acted quickly, e.g. when we asked to adjust the timings for the heating to be switched on. We are very thankful for Paolo’s flexibility and help 🙏 We felt comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It is a very peaceful and serene neighborhood, and the neighbours are friendly. There are also some cats in the area which is great as I love cats. Although it may be slightly far from city centre, the travel is not too bad. This place is close to Tivoli which we did a day trip to and we loved it there! There is a washing machine and drying racks for laundry which was a great help. The place is close to a LIDL and fruit stand, which is convenient for us to do our grocery shopping. There is everything we need here 👍🏼

Condo in Parione
4.89 out of 5 average rating, 208 reviewsParadise Penthouse Suite Amazing View
Claudio responded to every request to assist as needed. The apartment is well described and meets the needs of a couple Includes accessories and kitchen utensils without any shortages. Super comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, air conditioning and even a heating radiator. Great area - feels very safe, quiet, supermarket a minute's walk away, restaurants, sites, etc. Expectations coordination - required to go up to the top floor (4 floors as I recall) as the stairs become narrower. Cannot carry more than a medium/large suitcase at a time. However, this is only encountered at check-in and check-out :) Two additional issues to consider: 1 - Natural light comes in beyond what the curtains/blinds can block, so it may be disturbing for those who are light sleepers. 2 - Even though the windows were tightly closed at night, you can still hear the squawking of seagulls and police/ambulance sirens.

Condo in Anzio
5 out of 5 average rating, 41 reviewsCharming penthouse with large terrace
This was one of the best experiences over many years of extensive traveling. We liked the wide spaces inside the attic apartment and on the huge terrace from where you can see the sea in the distance. We liked also to be able to park our car in a car pot inside the beautiful courtyard. Valentina and her family are really special. They made us feel right at home without being intrusive. We often took the train from Anzio Colonia to go to ROME and we found it very convenient.
Condo in Monti
4.91 out of 5 average rating, 158 reviewsDomus Marina Vacanze Romane-Colosseo
Domus Marina is a beautiful, spacious well kept property in a great location with views of the Colosseum directly from the windows! With a Metro stop a short walk away (400m) it’s ideal for seeing all the sights in Rome. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and well kept. Kitchen will equipped with everything you need. As it’s an older building (expected in Rome with its history) I would advise ear plugs for street noise and there is a family upstairs with young children so you could hear noise from 6am. Lucas was very responsive and was at the property waiting for us when we arrived (even though it was a late flight). Lucas covered all aspects of the property and gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation that we visited twice and was only 50m from the property!! There is also a 24hr supermarket express directly across from the apartment. I would highly recommend the property and it was the perfect base for your enjoyable and memorable trip to Rome. Grazie Luca & Cristina

I stayed at Antonella’s for over a week while visiting my family in Roma. I felt at home right away. Antonella goes above and beyond to take care of her guests and is wonderfully responsive and caring. The apartment was spotless, the bed and linens were luxurious, and I enjoyed making coffee and doing laundry when I just wanted to chill. Sound carries from outside the building and the apartment is situated in an active part of the building, so earplugs are a must for light sleepers. I can’t wait to stay here again!

The appartment was perfect for me. I liked the style, I just felt good there. The balcony is spacious and such a plus to be able to go out and sit there. The appartment is situated away from the street and therefore very quiet. Very friendly and quick response from the team.
Condo in Trevi
4.93 out of 5 average rating, 104 reviewsPremium apartment with terraces
Even better than the pictures! Beautifully decorated, tons of room for a family, and super clean. Located right across the street from the President’s Palace so very safe area, and also near other embassies. This area doesn’t have a ton of restaurants or stores except for local cafes or minimarts, but is very close to the Monti area where there are more stores/restaurants. Only a 15 minute walk to Villa Borghese, 20 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain, 25 minute walk to the Coleseum. Would absolutely recommend this property and highly enjoyed staying there.

Highly recommended. Coqueto apartment and terrace with a lot of charm and beautiful views of the neighborhood. Very central, with restaurants and all the services nearby. In addition, the host was very attentive and very kind. I would repeat if I came back without any hesitation.
