Welcome to Moab Oasis! Our special cabin is close to everything while being on a quiet, “not a through” street two blocks off Main Street & the exact center of Moab. Restaurants, shops, trails & anything else you need is just steps away making this location extremely walkable & a peaceful place to make your Moab HQs. Incredible indoor/outdoor spaces around the property. Plenty of toy/rig parking on our expansive, wooded lot with even a pickle-ball court, cornhole game & ping pong table to enjoy!

One-room camping cabins can accommodate up to 6 guests. You can enjoy the weather from the screened-in porch, which includes a table and chairs, or outside with the provided picnic table and fire pit. Each unit comes with two twin-over-full bunk beds. Unit also includes all bedding, a mini refrigerator, a coffee maker, TV, heat and A/C. Please note that these cabins are DRY cabins and do not have bathrooms. Bathrooms and showers are conveniently located for easy access. Units are pet friendly

They come with a queen in the primary bedroom, a twin-over-full bunk in the second bedroom, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep up to 5 adults. The kitchen provides full appliances. RVs and Camping Trailers are not permitted to park at vacation rental parking at any time. Utility trailers hauling toys will require booking a second site due to extremely limited, to no overflow parking.

This 1 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen cottage is located at Ballard RV Park, a small quiet park located off I-70 at exit 187, 35 miles from Moab. There is an Exxon/7-11 right at the exit. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. We are 10 miles north of some of the best & well preserved Dinosaur tracks in the world and close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Our houses have accumulated over 700 5 star reviews. Come enjoy some of the best that nature has to offer.

The cabin sits at 7356 elevation on the LaSal Mountains. A log cabin with wrap around deck and views of canyonlands, LaSal mountain, Slick Rock, Arches. Firepit, meadow to park trailers, and RVs. Restriction Notice. All off-road vehicles including motorcycles need to be trailered into the property and trailered out of the property. No off-road use within the parameters of the half-mile lane into the cabin.
