Taha made sure we get the most out of our stay. I was a bit skeptical when I saw only 4 reviews with an average of 5.0 but it's completely justified, as everything is just perfect with the house, the location and the hospitality of Taha.

Absolutely beautiful villa! Both the owner and manager were wonderful and friendly! The villa had an amazing view, was pristine and perfectly located for a relaxing vacation but within driving distance of some great attractions. The few times we had questions they were answered promptly and politely! The kitchen was well stocked with enough food to provide us with meals when we first arrived after a long day of travel from the US. The owner and manager were both very attentive! We highly recommend this location and if we travel to Greece again will definitely stay there! We also really enjoyed the region due to it being very welcoming to tourists but not what I would call a real touristy destination. In other words just perfect. Enough restaurants and shops to get what you need but no high end retail stores or tacky souvenir shops. If I had to guess this is what travel probably looked like years ago. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, it’s exactly what we were looking for.

The pictures perfectly show the house and surroundings! We love a small town with enough restaurants to eat out when we want to and this was perfect! The host has a detailed listing of surrounding area with recommendations. The house was clean and well cared for. Any question we had was answered promptly. A great stay!!

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

More than excellent!!! Both facilities and location are top. Antony (host) was really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend it. A lot of extra things were offered such as coffee capsules, plenty of mineral water bottles etc. We asked for 2 crimps for our kids and facility offered apart from the crimps a lot of extra things showing the high level of hospitality. Extra kid services included items such as children fairytale books, safety socket etc.

Anastasios's home was comfortable, with exquisite views, safe parking, a short drive to Gythio town and a range of sights and restaurants, but also walking distance to 2 great tavernas in the local village. His restaurant recommendations and suggestions for things to do were excellent. We would definitely love to visit again.

Dimopoulos was a great host, helped us with all sorts of tips for restaurants and locations to visit. Very attentive. The house was very modern and high tech, very comfortable. The furniture was a bit worn down, but covered with nice covers it was ok. Outdoor erea was great. Lot's of reasons to come back.

I've been to my shares of Airbnb through my travels, and this is by far, the best experience I've had. Dimitris and Frosso are exceptional hosts. Made sure we had supplies upon arrival, and are exceptional at communicating. Dimitris gave fantastic local recommendations, provided insightful tips, and even helped arranged my 50th birthday dinner on a holiday when most restaurants were closed. We ended up hanging out with them every morning and had incredibly interesting chats. Wished we got to stay longer and hope to be back again in the future!

We spent a couple of days in Athas beautiful home in Peleponesse. The house is georgeous, the area i packed with mycenae sites and the beaches are well with in walking distance. Athas house is really beautiful with all amenities and the terrasse is shaded from noon and on wards.

Panos is a fantastic host, from the fresh figs and delicious orange cake waiting in the fridge for us on our arrival, to organising a local lady to come and do some cooking for us ( a great way to taste really delicious Greek food) to being on the phone when our car broke down and acting as a translator plus lots more. The villa is a real get away from it all location and just 8 mins drive from the local buzz of the local town. It was so good that we just didn’t want to leave. The views are fantastic and better than the photos in real life. There is lots to do around and about ,lovely little beaches, great restaurants and the boat taxi to Spetse is close by as well. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back again.

Amazing place - Kevin was an exceptional host

Brilliant place very highly recommended and as described. We had a great time at the villa. The photos do not do it justice. Minor points would be slow WiFi, don’t plan on watching movies! Kitchen was good, however, Washing powder, rubbish bags and dishwasher tablets would be a nice touch, especially for a short stay.

We loved our time in Villa Leonidas!! The main house and guest house were the perfect setting for our big Greek family vacation. The view was stunning and the host immensely attentive and helpful. There was plenty of room for our two families - including 4 teenagers. The kitchen was equipped with all the essentials and then some! There were games, videos, and lots of recommendations for things to do. We highly recommend renting the SUP boards to take full advantage of the beach fun around Kardamyli. The roads around Kardamyli were easy to navigate and accommodate our larger car. This is an undiscovered gem with breathtaking views; we hope to return again soon.

Tranquility around a seaside villa with a garden and pool. What a gem. This was our third visit. Already planning next year’s dates.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. The view over the town and sea was amazing, the pool was wonderful and the house was really comfortable. Katerina went out of her way to be helpful with transfers for us and our luggage to/from the port, and helping us hire a quad bike. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Spetses.

We all had a wonderful stay at the villa. The scenery is stunning and we enjoyed the pool area with the incredible views. Aegina town is lovely; lots of restaurants and local craft shops. Our visit to Moni island was fantastic too. The water is crystal clear. Beautiful. Nikos and his family are great hosts and we would love to return to the villa again.

The house is deluxe. Very large living area. Balcony overlooking Kalmata with table for breakfast. Large terrace with covered seating area, porch swing and good loungers. The pool is very large, clean with ocean views. All rooms very clean. Beds and bathroom good. The kitchen is more than fully equipped. Nespresso, coffee maker, sandwich maker and more. All pots in very good condition. Lots of dishes so the dishwasher doesn't always run. Basic equipment with spices, coffee filters, beer, wine, pizza on arrival, detergent, shower gels, etc. everything available. Maria takes care lovingly and comes with small gifts. It doesn't get any better than that. The pool is cleaned daily. Bed/towel change as desired. We have rented many houses in Greece but this was by far the best. There is simply nothing negative. You definitely need a car. A Lidl is a 5-minute drive away and other supermarkets are 10 minutes away. Beach and beach restaurant in 10 minutes.

As a family of three, we had a tastefully furnished terraced house with an airy living room and very spacious terrace. We very much liked using the private and non-visible pool area, but the volume of a pump probably belonging to the pool bothered us, especially in the evening on the terrace. The bathrooms are very small and the water pressure fluctuates greatly. The kitchen is nice and functional, but with two hotplates (and without suitable cookware to use both hotplates) it is not practical to cook every day. In addition, a dishwasher is missing. Unusual is the outstanding service - the care is more like that of a hotel than a vacation home. The house is cleaned daily (on request) and provided with new towels, the dishes are also washed. The reception was very accommodating and helpful. Even if not everything was perfect, we can absolutely recommend the house, we felt very comfortable!

As this is the 71st five star rating, it is already very obvious: This is a fantastic place. If you think about spending nice days on the Peleponnes, think no further and book this if it is available. The view and the rooms are even much nicer in reality then on the pictures. All the rooms have a superb view. This includes the kitchen with a very large window. The window almost feels like a painting. The house is in a very good state and offers you everything you need. The TV even has a Netflix option which was nice for a few times to use. Even though the pool is not heated, it was warm enough for us at the end of October with air temperatures around 22-25 degrees. The house is super quiet even though there is a street nearby. The most you might hear are the little birds in the garden. Again, fantastic place and we would have loved to stay longer if we would have had more time.

Great view and very nice apartment. Easy communication amd highly flexible check-in and check-out. The area is quite and perfect for some relaxing days and doing day-trips to close landmarks.

We visited this beautiful villa as a group of 8 adults and 2 infants, and had the most wonderful time. The space is perfect with plenty of room, the pool was lovely, and the views across the hills fantastic. Really brilliantly situated between Nafplio and Tolo, both were easily accessible with all there was to explore, including Epidavros a short drive away, whilst two local restaurants in walking distance provided the authentic Greek dining experience in the local village. Nok and Ejnar were perfect hosts, not only making our stay as comfortable as possible, but also giving advice when one of the infants was unwell, recommending a local paediatrician who was great. Couldn’t recommend their Villa, or themselves as hosts, highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. The communication from Stratos and the personal welcome were 10/10. We were a family of four (1 and 3 year old) and a Grandma. The house was perfect for us, the attention to detail was amazing and the house includes everything you would ever need. The optional safety fence round the pool was amazing and really allowed the kids freedom to explore. The setting is stunning and I would definitely stay again.
