The place was very nice It would be the best place to stay for smokers But there are too many red ants. I struggled for a few days because my whole body was bitten from the bed to the floor.

Highly recommended. Great location. Great in communication. Close to everything. Condo unit is well kept! Will check in again in the future. The only problem was the securities were not helpful. They were looking for a Guest Pass. Coming from abroad unaware, with no internet connection. Securities did not want to call the front desk to veirfy. It was really hot and told us we can’t go in. I had to pay for the wifi in order for me to get the guest pass from the site. Like I said, I was unaware of the policies and securities could have been more helpful.

Good location in Clark, Pampanga. Very near some famous food spots in Korea Town and it’s also just a few minutes away from SM Clark and Aqua Planet. It’s a good place to stay and it’s very affordable as well. Hosts were also very responsive.

Highly recommended for a large group. We booked the place for our team's year end get together. The place had ample space for parking up to 6 SUVs. We booked the 2 villas and the main casa. We love that it had a lot of lounge areas, a lot of space, huge enough pool for a large group, a lot of beds and bedrooms (including extra matresses and pillows), and lots of toilet and bath (which is typically a challenge for large groups). The rooms, toilet and bath, and beddings were clean. The facilities and amenities were all working. The host was very responsive and the care taker was friendly and respectful. One small suggestion is to place hooks or shelves in the rooms and bathrooms in the main casa where guests can hang clothes and other sundry items. We definitely have enjoyed our stay!

The place was exactly how it was described and looked like in the photos. Sir Ian was very easy to talk to, even accomodating my request for rescheduling. The caretaker was very helpful, always ready to lend a hand. Would love to come back and try the pool and barbecue area of the place.

Ms. Edel was an exceptional host. Her warm hospitality and attentiveness made us feel right at home. She was always available to assist with our needs, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cozy and inviting atmosphere of the place added to our overall positive experience. We can't wait to return!

Highly Recommend!! The owner was nice, the place was clean and the amenities were superb. Me and my family enjoyed the trip so much and the owner was lenient with the check out time. Will definitely come back.

This is our second time in RML Haven. The caretaker even recognizes us and was happy that we are back. Similar to last year, we had a great time celebrating our team's Christmas party. We are already familiar with the place, hence we had more time chilling and partying. They have managed to maintain the place, and everything is complete. It was nice that there is a price off from last year's amount and we are able to book them again. We are hoping to have this place our yearly Christmas party location if our budget and schedule permits. :p
