Townhome vacation rentals in Arapahoe County

Nick’s place was great for our weekend trip. Within maybe 10 minutes by car from sports arena and downtown where we spent most of our time. I would stay here again if revisiting in the future.

This was a gorgeous quiet home in a beautiful residential area but only 1-2 blocks to shopping, a park, movie theater, and restaurants. There are small decks or porches on three sides of the house so there was always an outdoor space to fit you whether you wanted sun or shade! It was very spacious with updated furnishings. We were there to respite and it was perfect. I will definitely stay here again. Loved loved loved the neighborhood and house!

Worth the price for the beauty, comfort and exceptional host! Our family of five enjoyed the space immensely - from the cozy couch to the comfortable beds and plenty of dining room seating. Great area in Cherry Creek, lovely gated front deck with comfy cushions / umbrellas, easy street parking. Melissa is such a friendly and accommodating host that has put TLC into her home that guests get to enjoy. Exceptionally clean with supplies like coffee readily available. Easy commute in and out of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed for 7 days with our son and it was perfect. House was bright, relaxing and very clean. Kitchen was well equipped, we made a few meals there. Being able to use the garage was extremely convenient since we saw a lot of snow the first couple of days. Location was ideal, close to everything. We made many trips to Sloan Lake to use the beautiful path along the lake. Close to all sports arenas as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Traffic was never too bad in the area, there are parks within walking distance, and even though you are in a townhouse complex, the noise level was low and privacy was adequate. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with necessities, the Wi-Fi was good, And the host/co-host responsiveness to inquiries was quick and thorough. The unit had a very home-like feel to it.

Shawn was very responsive, helpful and flexible. Beautiful home, clean, kitchen had everything needed and was just what we were looking for. Roof top patio was delightful and having a garage to park in was a bonus. Thank you

I spent all of August at Maxine's place and loved every minute of my stay. It's in a historic building I've long admired, with breathtaking curb appeal. Inside the condo, which is spacious and nicely laid out, I had the best work space (Jordan's office) I'd every experienced at an Airbnb accommodation. I needed to work on some unexpected projects and the office was sheer perfection. The living spaces, including the living and dining rooms and the two bedrooms are very special: they're eclectically furnished and feature striking artwork. I met some neighbors living in other condos in the building and felt like I was part of a community of interesting people. Best of all was Maxine, who gave helpful, precise instructions, stayed in touch throughout the visit and answered any questions I have instantly. Rereading what I've written, I realize that I haven't underscored how special this place is. The pics don't do it justice. Oh, and it's a walker's paradise. Highly recommended.

This house was ideal for what we needed. It is beautiful new construction of a 3-story modern design and the entire house was very clean. The pictures are very accurate. The Thermador appliances were top-notch and, as we cooked a Thanksgiving dinner, this was very helpful. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking and serving items. The location was great for the Sloan's Lake neighborhood where we spent most of our time, but was also a short jaunt to downtown and only 25 minutes to Red Rock Amphitheatre. When I had a quick question about the TV, I received a very fast response. And the hosts were proactive in making sure our arrival had gone smoothly. We would definitely highly recommend it and would stay here again on our next visit.

Great location, walkable to Sloans Lake and a few minutes by road to all the best neighborhoods of Denver. The check-in experience was smooth, and Li was was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. The apartment very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Denver.

Davids place was very welcoming. The massive garage was nice to be able to park safety. Inside, very spacious. Theres a 7-11 within 40’ of the stay. Makes for a great last minute grab. 4min drive to a great eatery, zigzag, excellent cocktails, amazing chicken parm bites. David had recommended some great sight seeing areas. All together very positive

We had a great stay here for Thanksgiving week. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal in the beautiful kitchen, although I had brought some of the utensils and pans needed. Love the gas stove, and oven even has convection mode. We had our sons, who live in Denver, over to eat dinner each night, which was so fun. We took some beautiful walks around Sloan Lake which is a couple blocks walk. Overall, we had a great visit.

I recently stayed at Kristin's cozy apartment in Denver, and it was an absolute delight. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The apartment is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect—situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet conveniently close to downtown Denver and the major highways. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for local restaurants. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Some of my favorite amenities were the home office and the outside yard for our doggies. The thoughtful touches, such as complimentary coffee, Williams Sonoma hand soap, lots of fresh and soft towels made the stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely be staying here again during my next visit
