Five stars all around! The hosts have put tremendous effort into this property. No place is that more clear than their extensive guidebook upon your arrival. The hosts are extremely responsive and helpful. They will give you the space you need, but if you need anything, they will respond quickly. The neighborhood in Holiday Beach is quiet and private. Nobody’s gonna be there unless they are staying there or already living there. The view of the bay and the canals are wonderful. The property seems far away from Rockport, but it isn’t. You can be in Rockport and all it has to offer in 10 minutes at the most. An added bonus for us was being close to the Our Lady of Schoenstatt Shrine. The shrine is a very peaceful and prayerful place. Highly recommend visiting. Please note, the neighborhood’s quiet and peaceful nature disappears on New Year’s Eve. 🤣 Also, you must be able to handle stairs to stay here. Thanks to Michael and his wife for a wonderful stay!

We visit Rockport often and this will be one of our favorite spots to stay! My son is autistic and very particular but he felt so at home immediately and was able to nap and feel comfortable and relax! We enjoyed the views, cooked on the grill some local shrimp and slept hard in comfortable king bed. Thank you for the a relaxing stay.

Paradise Point Kontiki ~ Water views/Boat Parking

We came to fish and had a boat. The boat ramp was less than 100 yards from the condo, boat slip right below our balcony and parking right below the front door. Could not have been more convenient. Well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated. Jenny was so kind to send over her husband to help us (we are not very tech savvy) get Sunday Night Football on the TV. They are great and would definitely stay again.

Great place for a family getaway! Everything on the photos was accurate. The fishing pier was great, the kayaks were wonderful, and the pool was clean and not crowded! My favorite location was the 2nd floor balcony great view and always had a breeze blowing! I would definitely recommend this paradise to anyone!

Salt Lake Family Retreat

This place was fantastic. quiet and peaceful, and not a ton of road traffic. The house was well kept and had all the furnishings for cooking, enjoying the bay, or simply hanging in the garage with friends having some drinks. Very kid and pet friendly (we didn't bring our dogs but after seeing the well fenced property and pet friendly set up we regretted not bringing them.) The family that owns it has all the things you need to enjoy your stay which is very kind of them to share. Our 2 boys loved the ping pong, darts and shuffle board. Hopefully people respect the items and property in years to come as this is an amazing amenity for them to share. Overall, the property is great, well kept and we would absolutely stay again!

Howdy Bay House - Water Frontage, pool and fishing

Had a great stay at Howdy Bay! The host was extremely responsive to any concerns. The location was great for fishing, home was beautiful inside… very clean and smelled great! They even provided things that often times get forgotten like toiletries and pantry items for cooking. The deck and fish cleaning station were very handy since we came down to do some bay fishing. We will definitely be back! 5 stars all the way around. Wonderful place to stay… highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this property in Port Aransas! The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. The location was super close to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean and sand whenever we wanted. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning!

Cute & Relaxing Place! Owner's were very Responsive, and Helpful when we had any questions, or requests. Upstairs is Adorable, and like New. Well stocked. Beds & pillows are Super Comforatble. Downstairs is a little more outdated, but...super relaxing, and the downstairs bedroom was immaculately clean & comfortable. Nice little Family GetAway! You can bring your Boat!

Isla Blanca - A Coastal Retreat

We stayed at Isla Blanca for an anniversary trip. The house is spacious and comfortable. It is very well equipped and overall comfortable. We had a chance to meet Benjamin in person as he had to stop by and he was super helpful and friendly. Mid way through our trip we had a family emergency and had to leave early. Benjamin was understanding and made sure to make us know given the situation they would help us with picking up the house in case we couldn’t complete the checkout list. Overall the experience was great, the house comfortable and the accommodations worth the money. We will recommend Isla Blanca to friends and anyone interested in visiting Rockport.

My group and I really enjoyed this place! Plenty of room for a large group and all the amenities you need. The entire property and house was very clean. Another plus was Estes flats is right out the back door. I Would recommend this house to everyone!

Beautiful waterfront condo! Lucky #7! My family enjoyed 4 nights at Michael’s place. Clean and equipped with everything you needed for a good time with family. Beautiful unit inside and out I really loved the decor and beach feel. There was no stone untouched there where life jackets, paddle board, ping pong table, beach chairs even a crabbing cage. I have stayed at a lot of Airbnb and this one had the most bang for your buck. I would recommend and return! My children noticed how nice and equipped everything was. Only 7 minutes to everything which was nice as well.

What a beautiful slice of Rockport. The property fit our RV and truck inside the gate with no issues. Fishing from the dock was calm and beautiful. The neighbor across the way was super nice and the other neighbors were very quiet. The property is easy to get to. Although the property is not right next to downtown Rockport, it was quick and easy to get to anything we wanted to do. Mr. Gus is very communicative which we appreciated very much. Thank you Mr. Gus for a fabulous spot for our rv.

Scott's is an amazing host. Scott is quick to respond to any questions and gave the best instructions on how to get there and how to get inside the location. This Coastal home is very roomy, clean, with plenty of space to feel comfortable to relax. The outside decks have great views. The furniture is also well kept and comfortable. We were amazed at the price we got it for. We would highly recommend this Coastal home to anyone wanting a fully equipped, quiet location, that's just minutes away from the restraunts, convenient stores, and the BEACH.

Had a great time At this house, I was communicating with Roxana, we arrived a little earlier and she let us right in, we had a little issue but she corrected it immediately to my satisfaction! She was very helpful and attentive checking in on us each morning! The house was as described and looked like the pictures posted! We had our whole family there 12 adults and 2 kids we had plenty of space! We absolutely enjoyed the weekend and we are already trying to plan our next trip to rock port with the whole family again and we will definitely be renting one of there properties next time!

We had a few hiccups that were highly unexpected and uncontrollable on Christiana’s part. She managed to stay on top of all of issues and rectify the situations. She’s an incredible host that provides a wonderful home. She strived to go above and beyond for her guests. My family had a wonderful time. :)

Fish On! Waterfront Home on the Canal

Our Spring Break vacation included high expectations, as our group had multiple generations with different vacation plans. Some wanted to fish, others wanted to shop and explore, while others wanted to simply relax with pets at a canal house. Sherri’s property checked all the boxes! It has a great location, lots of easy fish to catch, and a beautiful, peaceful home right on the canal. We will definitely come back!
