Overall, it was a good place to stay. The owner was responsive to all inquiries including when we needed more paper products. They needed to send maintenence over to check on something and when we requested assistance with something else he was friendly and quick to help. When our keypad stopped working in the evening a friendly lady called us back within 5 minutes and assisted us with another way to get into our unit. The pictures were accurate and the unit was exactly as described. The unit was clean and the kitchen was stocked with basic cooking tools. I would happily stay there again.

The Village Inn owners spent time and attention on making our stay very pleasant. We felt warmly welcomed. There were some nice recent upgrades made to the older complex. The beds were very comfy. The location is perfect, right across the street from the public beach, Maritime Museum, and very close to shopping amd eating in downtown. We would most definitely recommend staying here, and obviously stay here again ourselves. Perfect for the price. Thank you Village Inn!

It was a beautiful place to stay! It was nice to have the restaurant next door. We ate breakfast one time and a dinner one night! It was nice to sit out on the front porch. Nice view of the water. We would stay here again!

This spot was PERFECT for our small group of 6 adults and 2 kiddos! The rooms we beautiful, super easy access to the beach, very well maintained grounds with great amenities like a clean pool, basketball and tennis court, playground all right outside the front door. Very quiet, and surprisingly plenty of space for all of us. Avantstay was very responsive when requesting an early check in (at an additional cost) and we had everything we needed from towels to chairs, to a fully stocked kitchen. Loved the decor also! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Had a wonderful stay! Greg was so helpful! Let us borrow some beach chairs! Filled us in on questions we had about Rockport. The house was just as described. Was close to everything we needed!

Quiet and peaceful.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! This was our first stay in Rockport as we normally stay in Port Aransas. Greg was very helpful and the condo was gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again and look forward to our return visit! The house is a pictured! There was a handwritten thank you card and a ton of snacks when we arrived! It was such a nice touch! The house was clean and right next door to Greg’s restaurant, Yarbarita’s where we received 25% off our total bill! Greg was responsive, friendly, and helpful. I can’t say enough positive things about our stay here!

Very happy with the location, close to the marina, restaurants and beach. The space was perfect for our small family. Everything was clean and tidy. We even saw dolphins from the dock on the property. Would stay there again!

We had the best time! The pool as so peaceful, and it was right outside our front door. Pictures don't do the place justice. We had an amazing time!

The place was clean and close to the beach . I do wish they would have communicated when we booked about the pet deposit. But other than that the stay was very nice.

We had a group pf 4 guys with a mission to fish, relax, and just do nothing and we had such a wonderful time. The pier was perfect for fishing, BBQ pit was great, pool was clean and the perfect temperature, and grounds were secure and clean. The condo was super clean, well equiped, plenty of towels and blankets, and the beds were EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE! We slept in instead of fishing! I would certainly love to stay here again in the future. Thanks for hosting us!

Great location, and clean. House was clean and accommodating

Great house!! Lots of stairs so keep the grandparents on the bottom floor master. Very close to the beach and close to restaurants and gas stations!!

Erinn is very friendly and communicates well. We reserved the upstairs house. The decor is beautiful and comfortable. I lol forward to booking with Erinn in the future.

This was our second time staying here. Great host and place. Quiet, peaceful, home with canal access. Loved it again!!

The condo was very cozy with a very comfortable king sized bed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony observing our unobstructed gulf view while feeling the sea breeze. Our favorite restaurant, The Venetian Hot Plate, was in walking distance.

This was our second stay at this property. The rooftop hot tub is probably our favorite amenity but the entire space is perfect for my family. The owner leaves clear instructions for everything and very responsive touching base almost immediately after booking. We definitely look forward to future stays at this property.
