Our third year to stay here—what our 6yo calls “our beach house!” We love it!! Thank you for another amazing week!

Carol was the ultimate host! She was very responsive to my questions, and I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Rockport! I will definitely use this air bnb again anytime I visit Rockport!

Had a great time At this house, I was communicating with Roxana, we arrived a little earlier and she let us right in, we had a little issue but she corrected it immediately to my satisfaction! She was very helpful and attentive checking in on us each morning! The house was as described and looked like the pictures posted! We had our whole family there 12 adults and 2 kids we had plenty of space! We absolutely enjoyed the weekend and we are already trying to plan our next trip to rock port with the whole family again and we will definitely be renting one of there properties next time!

I loved it! Great location, perfect amount of beds, fully stocked kitchen, beach accessories, and allowed pets. The only thing I would say that could’ve been better is the price - pretty steep for just two days after you account for all of the fees.

Our third time staying at this condo! We love the Mayan Princess for its pools, easy beach access and location on the island. Courtney was quick to respond when we had an issue. She’s always been quick to reply. Coming during the week was nice as not many other guests on the property. Out of the property’s control, but I’ve never seen so many mosquitoes in 33 years of going to Port A. We will be back!

Great place to stay for a long weekend at the beach! Kids loved the bunk beds and playing at the pool.

Great place to stay for the price. Right next to the deep sea fishing charters, restaurants and night life. It can get a little noisy from the live entertainment from the nearby venue in one of the top bedrooms, but it didn't bother me, personally as the music was good! JB worked with us to drop our bags early before our charter. Highly recommend.

My family had an amazing time at this Airbnb! My kids enjoyed the pool with slide. Everything was super clean and the beds were comfy. We would definitely visit again.

Beautiful community. We visited in December and despite it being chilly and windy we enjoyed our time! There were very few guests but we were still able to do everything- rent a golf cart, eat at the restaurants, speak to the front desk. It was great stay!

This is my favorite place stay in Rockport! The location & view are fabulous. Has everything you need for your to stay, especially if enjoy to cooking.

Everything was as described and I loved that the kitchen was fully loaded with everything. Beds comfortable and the fenced yard an extra plus for the furr baby.

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!

Lauren’s place was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. The Blue Roost had ample space and activities for our family of 5 adults and 2 teens. We quickly discovered that we packed too much kitchen cookware, serving utensils, and spices, as all were available. The Blue Roost's dream oven has many options, including non-conventional settings, which cooked our homemade pumpkin pies and Thanksgiving turkey to perfection! YAY! The location and amenities of this beach home are exceptional! The enjoyable 1–3-minute walk to the beach allowed us the freedom and sense of safety to visit the beach anytime, solo or with another person and was a definite highlight of our trip. We enjoyed a glimpse of living in a beach community: gathering various shells, enjoying a beachside fire, and family time. Another perk is a small room FULL of beach toys, boards, chairs, and kites! Our family highly recommends the Blue Roost. Lauren was always cheerfully available should we ever need assistance.

It felt very homey and inviting. We also loved the fact that we could just walk to the beach or walk to one of the restaurants to eat in or get it to go. We would book again in this area and this place if we travel back to Port A.

This was a much needed getaway for me and my family. The place was remarkable and exactly the way the pictures depicted. The best spot for fishing and an extremely peaceful location. Our host made check-in and check-out super easy. There were clear instructions left for us to follow and we had no issues with the home. We would recommend this place! Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A perfect place to stay while in Port A! We had two families, and it accommodated us well. Clean inside and out and very well maintained…right across from the pool was a huge bonus! 7 minute walk to beach - we rented a golf cart which was so worth it.

We had a great time. Location was perfect, only five minutes from door to feet in the gulf. William was very responsive and helpful. Tried two of his restaurant recommendations.

If you want to get away this is the perfect place. We would wake up in the mornings , open the screen and sit outside .. So so peaceful … We were even blessed to see the dolphins on the bay.. Kitchen was fully stocked .. Bathrooms are good sized . I would suggest brining extra towels… It will fit a family of 5 with no problem… The pool is within walking distance..as is their pier. Pool is saltwater… We did catch a few baby trout and the famous Hardhead .. This would definitely be a place to get away from it all.. Thanks, Troy

We enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful home! Very clean with everything you could possibly need. The pool was great and we loved fishing off the private dock. I definitely recommend this place.

Our stay was great from booking to checking out. Everyone around was so friendly and welcoming. It was a great turnout! I would definitely recommend and would totally stay here again! 😊 Definitely home away from home!

Stayed at these condominiums as a kid so it was great to bring my kids and enjoy the experience with them. Love that you can walk to the beach. The pool is great and the game room is very entertaining. This host has everything you could need and can provide you with more if requested. Overall we enjoyed it and would recommend it.
