En suite prívate cottage stay at an Organic Farm

ElizabethRating, 5 stars7 months ago
If you are looking for a place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of life you’ll find it here. The area is quiet & peaceful, although the kitchen is shared space we mostly had it to ourselves. It was a nice space to interact with new people if you wish. The parking was a bit tight with several cars making it a bit challenging to get out of the tight driveway.

Double Ensuite

PearseRating, 5 stars92 months ago
This does exactly what it says on the tin plus a little more. Breakfast was really good, with a nice fruit medley thrown in. Immediately across the road from the house is a car-free running/cycleway that leads for about 2 miles in towards the town of Clifden. For a runner like me that really set this place apart cos running with cars on Irish country roads is scary otherwise.

Lorraine went above and byond. She was super helpful and friendly, allowing me to leave my bags before check in time. The room was comfortable, quiet and safe, and her house was just a couple of blocks away from Eyre Square in Galway. She made homemade scones for breakfast, too!

The Lilac Room, Frenchville House

LeahRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a fantastic stay in Pam’s! We were lucky our room was available early to check-in, although early bag drop was available if not. The room was comfortable and clean with everything you could need for a stay including tea, coffees, and toiletries! The location is ideal overlooking the sea, less than 10 min walk to Galway city and a lovely 20 min stroll to Salthill promenade. The breakfast and friendly hospitality was the cherry on top with fresh scones, bread, jams and full Irish/French toast, we were spoiled! We were really happy with our stay, couldn’t recommend it enough!

We had an amazing stay at Brendan and Beatrice’s beautiful home. The house was impeccably clean, well-organized, and surrounded by a stunning garden filled with vibrant flowers. Both Brendan and Beatrice were incredibly friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any queries we had. They ensured our stay was peaceful, providing us with plenty of privacy. We were also offered breakfast, which was a lovely touch. Brendan went above and beyond by offering us a lift to the market and giving fantastic suggestions for places to visit in Galway. MeganRating, 5 stars19 months ago
Eimhin and Jonny’s place was incredible. While I only stayed one night, I felt right at home. The breakfast was complete with parfaits, toast, coffee, juice, cereal, and a cheese, quiche, and scone plate prepared for each guest. What a thoughtful addition! The recommendations and instructions were helpful and thorough, and Jonny even gave me a lift to the bus stop so I didn’t have to lug my bags. I honestly wished I could have stayed longer. If you’re looking to stay near the cliffs, look no further - this place was an absolute dream.

Stylish, modern 7 bed house with epic ocean views

ErinRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Sokha and Kevin’s place was extremely clean and well thought out. They even allowed us to drop our luggage off early. Kevin was very welcoming and gave us a tour so we would know where everything is. Any time we had a question their response was thoughtful and immediate. Breakfast was wonderful with the best scones, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, cereal and more. A really nice variety to start the day. The kitchen is available at any time to guests, which is rare and exceptionally helpful in the off and shoulder seasons. Coffee and tea is available for guests to make at any time. It took us about 16 minutes to walk to the center of town and about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest pub. Kilronan is downhill from the Inn. As others have noted, the walls are thin, but everyone is extremely respectful and it was not a problem. We enjoyed our stay look forward to staying here again.
