Romantic and cozy Apartment with amazing view

My cozy apartment is located in Cathedral’s Square (Piata Catedralei) and it is the best location in Arad to stay and enjoy the newly built pedestrian area. If you visit in winter, you will enjoy the full spirit of the Christmas market which is in front of the building. My place has all the necessary amenities for a beautiful stay: smart tv, wifi, air conditioning, electrical heating fireplace, washing machine, refrigerator, water boiler, toaster, coffee machine, balcony with a view.

Bine ați venit. Apartamentul este situat în Micalaca Arad, la doar 10 minute de centrul orașului, la populara clădire ARED. Comerțul și masa sunt chiar afară, iar parcarea este foarte ușor de găsit. Comfortable apartment located next to Vasile Golis Faculty. Next to the apartment you have Penny Market. The apartment is freshly renovated with the climate. Bus station, Atrium Mail, County Hospital, City Hall is between 8~10 minutes by car. The apartment has a room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It is on the ground floor. Parking is street in front of the building.

We really enjoyed our week long stay here! The entire apartment was clean, furnished, cozy, and stylish! Location was exactly where we were looking to stay and it was easy to get in/out of the property at a moment's notice. The host was super friendly and accommodating with any questions we had during our stay. We especially loved the bathroom which looked modern and amazing. The tv had streaming services already logged in, which was a very nice touch which we don't see often while staying somewhere. The amenities were perfect and we never felt like it was missing anything. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this property for any solo/couple travelling to Romania.

Our second stay at Nicusor’s place has been great as well. To be honest, we were looking forward to it because we knew what to expect: a clean, modern place, with everything you need: nice bathroom with a tub, comfy couch and bed, TVs in both rooms, and a nicely equipped kitchen. Very nice place to stay in if you want to, but close to the city center if you choose to go out.
