The place is amazing!!! The lake view and access to lake is awesome. Although if you are not sporty like me, you will find it difficult to do water activities. It’s one of the best places with great view and super peaceful, Please take your own vehicle. The food by Barkha bhai and his wife is finger licking they make the food as per your choices. I would visit again for sure.

This place is excellent for those looking out for a sundowner experience, a villa on a hillock. the interiors were beautiful. You need to connect with the caretaker at least two days in advance if you have any specific food requirements as this place is far from the market area. The villa exterior looks very old , I think for the price paid this should be taken care of. we loved the gazebo area which is the best place just to sit and lie down on the charpai (beadstead/cot) , and enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoon, followed by sunset. The caretaker was very good and ensured amazing food service, simple, yet very tasty, they gave us both konkan and Rajasthani cuisine. Overall a great place with minor things to be taken care of by the host.

We went at Parmar Farms for our Staff Retreat! The place is beautiful and serene. So close to Mumbai yet exactly opposite. There is a beautiful river flowing right beside the property. The owner is helpful and is always in touch from the time of booking till your stay. The caretaker and staff is helpful and the food is definitely worth it all! The homemade food and the love and smile they serve you with is brilliant. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for peaceful stay.. Highly recommend the property..

I recently vacationed in Beze, Nasik with my family, and it was fantastic! The food, prepared by Bhimraj, was delicious, and his hospitality was amazing. The views were breathtaking, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The place was very pet-friendly, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The place is perfect for a private family getaway. it's away from the hustle-bustle of Lonavala, but not too far. Restaurants deliver to this place, indoor activities, lap pool was good, extremely quite neighborhood, and a very responsive Mr. Gupta. Loved the place and will visit again.

It was a peaceful, beautiful and a warm hospitable place for a family to live. Green - very well maintained, beautiful views of sunset and sunrise. Walk to the lake was a nice one and a boat ride was a bonus in the morning. Sula, York Soma are also closely. Govind the caretaker is reliable and very helpful making it very comfortable. . Food was very good and localized to our needs. Being the hot summer months, we felt the living room a little too hot without cooler or AC. The 3 bedrooms had AC has good AC. But we cannot be with the other members of the family if we reside in the bedrooms, which is the purpose of such reunion family trips. Quantity of food was more than we could eat and priced a little on the higher side for what we consumed. The cheese and soap varieties were definitely an added attraction and we liked the artisanal cheese connection and also purchased some for ourselves. We will recommend and also come again during winters maybe. Thank you.

Stumbled upon this place while browsing through AirBnB and I thank my stars for that. It was the perfect getaway from all the bright city light and chaotic roads. Quinta De Santana is a lovely property with extremely lush surroundings that instantly put you in a state of calm. Rani, the caretaker was extremely helpful and assisted us with everything that we needed. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for some peace and quiet in South Goa!!!

The stay at MDK was absolutely one of the best decisions ever. Right from the beginning, Amit was always available to answer any questions and was super accommodating. Our caretaker at the villa -Krishna, was very humble and kind. The food, ambience, hospitality, was super. I’d recommend this place to everyone I know. Stayed at Neesha's place for 2 nights with family, definitely a relaxing and peaceful escape, lovely place, basic, simple yet beautiful farmhouse with good refreshing vibes all around. Care taker family, Balu and Janabai, they are very nice people. The host, Neesha, definitely ensured a smooth stay experience. Most importantly the place including kitchen, washroom, patio, blankets and sheets and the outdoors everything was neat and clean. Its a place to sit, relax, enjoy time with nature, go hiking around, trekking, cooking n chill. Best time to visit would be monsoon and winter. Carry a mosquito repellant for evening time. Thank you Neesha for a wonderful stay experience.

all went extreemly well. Little problem with water but was quickly sorted out

First of all, thank you Trupti for being such a wonderful host :). Everything at Srinivas Farms was excellent!! We spent a great time over there. Right from the booking time, till we left the place, Trupti was there to help with all queries. My husband needs a wheel chair but even for him, everything was quite okay. Food provided by a local family was yummy!! and again Trupti was to prompt in helping with sharing the menu, guiding for quantity.. everything . I loved the way she called me up just to check if we are okay or we need any help. The caretaker - Vikram, was also very helpful and in fact he went an extra mile to get some medicine urgently as soon as we reached. The kitchen has all basic stuff like tea, coffee, milk and required utensils. Everything clean and good quality. The rooms are spacious, toilets big enough and clean and the whole house is extremely well designed and well furnished. very quiet place, pet friendly, an excellent place to spend a weekend!!

Vikrant and Ana are wonderful hosts. They have a beautiful stay at a scenic location. Stay: Comfortable, Cozy and Private. Service: Full of Amenities, Quick response Food: Micheal is a talented chef. Everything that we had was very fresh and delicious especially their beetroot hummus bowl. Initially we had planned to dine out but opted to stay at the room and have our meals at Terra. We didn't get a chance to try their activity room but will surely the next time. We shall surely keep visiting them for our future stays.

I stayed at this property for 5 nights with my friends and we had a fantastic experience. Jancy the host was incredibly friendly and even accommodated an early check-in at the last minute which made things much easier for us. The house was clean comfortable and had everything we needed. Inderjeet the steward was very helpful throughout our stay ensuring we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place!

Spacious place … plenty of area to play … sit n relax … great place to go with family n friends … there is animals n a quad bike the kids can enjoy … the vibes are immaculate… definitely worth the money paid…. 100% going back 😍😍 The place is only accessible using an SUV … there is abt a 5 minute off road trail from the location given here…

Anil and his team, Mainul and Shahin were fantastic hosts. They were always available, super resourceful and extremely accommodating. They helped us with early and comfortable check-ins and had numbers of local cabs. They ensured they fulfilled each and every need of ours, without a single complaint. They were easily accessible, extremely friendly and very thorough. The place is lovely, and we had a particularly great time at the private pool. The house is accessible and close to good beaches and party spots. The place is exactly as advertised, very clean and super comfortable. Our stay was worth every penny! Special shoutout to Mainul and Shahin for being absolutely flawless!

Every thing went smooth & fine . Host has all local information data so you can add some sightseeing spots extra . Peaceful surrounding , amenities provided were excellent . Full filled kitchen & mouth- watering local food provided was excellent quality. Caretaker Mr Patil is always helpful to enjoy trip . Overall a quality experience who wants peace with homely atmosphere can come here , no doubt . If possible , we will come here again in rainy season to enjoy Sindhudurg.

Just go...! Experience pure love and pristine nature, be pampered and be delighted. Sandhyaji is an incredibly amazing host, she and her family would go out of the way to make your stay truly memorable. And yes please do indulge in farm fresh chickoos, mangoes, bananas, java apples, star fruits and a variety of vegetables. In case you are into ayurveda, explore the medicinal plants. And then there are pickle and honey - organic and natural. Walk up to the beaches, roam around in the villages or just sit back and chill in the garden lawn. Go for it....!

A lovely villa stacked away in Panchgani with comfortable access to surrounding places. A peaceful and serene surrounding added to the aesthetic appeal of the villa. Mr. Ramesh, the caretaker, was the star of the entire experience. He was proactive and ensured all our needs were met. His wife and he went out of their way to ensure we had delectable food whenever we ordered. The house keeping service was also impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The host went above and beyond by adding special decorations by the pool for our anniversary, which made the experience even more memorable. The house is fantastic—spacious, clean, and perfect for a group of 4-5 people. The pool was spotless, and our friends thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Do note that there are some mosquitoes at night, so bringing mosquito repellent is a good idea. We loved the house so much that we ended up extending our stay by another day!
