The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

Great place with a wonderful location. The views from the terrace were breathtaking. Jbr walk is right there with all the amazing restaurants. I really loved spending my evenings with my friend and family at the terrace. The rooms were nice and clean. Just a little drawback was that only one of the rooms had an attached bathroom but which was not a big problem. Overall a great place would love to stay there again. Highly recommended. 👍🏻❤️

Really enjoyed our one day stay at Dipti’s apartment. It is very tastefully decorated and furnished with very high quality stuff. Will recommend this highly for anyone who has a taste for finer things. Thanks Dipti for everything.! 👍🏻

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

The place was a home away from home. We were able to walk to the beach with ease. Our family visited us and we stayed at THE PEARL for the duration of the stay. We loved it.

Homely environment and friendly host. Location is fantastic. There's a bunch of great restaurants, clubs and cafes in walking distance (2-15 mins). Took us 30 mins by car to get to Fontinhas, and 35 mins to get to Ashvem Beach (one of the quietest, least crowded beaches in North Goa). Host is connected to cab drivers, scooter rentals and car rentals. Eased the burden of finishing reliable transport. There's enough parking space available at the residence. There's an aquaguard for water, shower heating and ACs are good, and rooms are decent. Kitchen could be better equipped with a pan, bowls and a microwave. Only issue was the pea sized (practically useless) dustbin in the washroom. None in the kitchen/room.

Beautiful place, looked exactly like in photos. Nishtha was an amazing host as well, was always just a text away for any difficulties we faced and arranged for cleaning services consistently. Definitely recommending this place!

A very nice flat to stay at. Ali was an amazing host, extremely responsive and always happy to help. I made a suggestion to him one day that the place would benefit from having an extra indirect lighting in the living room, not much after he messaged me saying that he has a standing lighting for us and he was on his way to drop it off.. that was really impressive. Checking in and out was so easy and the place itself had everything we needed, we felt right at home, we were even cooking at the flat daily, doing our laundry and everything. Your home away from home. definitely recommend it

I stayed at the flat hosted by Sunil during my Mumbai visit. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and had all the amenities. Checkin and checkout was really smooth. It is safe place if you are coming with family. Will definitely choose this place if I have to visit Mumbai again.

Hi everyone looking for Airbnb in DUBAI don’t know where to stay confused this is the place Al khali gate no 1 has all the bus access that takes you directly to Marina and jumehra area . 5 mins walk has a mini mall supermarket pharne everything . Now abot the host he is the sweetest person I have come across we had to leave to India little early due to medical emergency but Michael was the sweetest guy he helped us so much . He is a great guy due to bad weather our flight was delayed he stayed up all night so we don’t have a difficulty checking in . Who does that ????? Best place and great host I highly recommend everyone to book this place ❤️

It was my first time traveling to India to attend my friends' wedding. Staying at Sumeet's place was one of the best decisions and highlight of my trip. My partner and I were mostly tired every day because of all the wedding activities, and Sumeet's place provided that peaceful rest and quiet that we need. Sumeet was very responsive even before I arrived at the Airbnb. It was also very nice to meet him and his partner in person when they visited when we were already checked in. He recommended where the good places are at when we asked. I have so many good things to say about the place but I'm afraid this would get super long. I want to say that for any foreigners visiting Pune, consider booking Sumeet's place. He's an absolute delight. The airbnb is complete with anything you'd need (water heating, a/c, natural light, towels, etc.) and it is so close to the road that Ubers can easily pick you up/drop you off. If I would ever get another chance to go to Pune, I'll stay here again!

We had a great stay at Santy’s place. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location. A kitchen with all the items you’d need in the house. Restaurants and take away shops all within walking distance. One of the very few pet friendly Airbnb in Pune and I am sure it is the best too. Rex made this stay more enjoyable for us ..especially for my daughter.. Santy was great at communicating with us and checked we were OK during our stay. also guided us with local eateries and surroundings Highly recommended ! Thanks Santy

Arrived early morning and greeted by host Shantanu. After a few hiccups which were very quickly rectified we settled in nicely. The apartment is in a very quiet area of Candolim but within comfortable walking distance of lovely beach and numerous restaurants. Communication with host was good and any issues were rectified immediately. Sadly we didn’t get to meet Tanya . Would have no hesitation in using apartment again. Would recommend. Added bonus there is a lift available.

Was nervous while booking and before the check in as its was my first air bnb experience…. The first tour of the bnb me n the friends where so carzyyyy … as it was just upto the mark n hospitality from small stuffs like ice cubes to toothbrush… like just wowww the hygiene was just wowwwwww…. Never had second thoughts before using any of the stuffs … all over the experience was greattttt….. 🫧🫧🫧🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🫶🏻

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.

All in all a very pleasant stay, location is prime, walkable distances to great restaurants, staff was very helpful. there was a miscommunication regarding cleaning the second day though. will definitely recommend.

Our stay at Oscar Ji’s place was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pristine pool, which was clearly well-maintained and refreshing. Oscar Ji himself was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our visit. When we encountered a minor issue with the AC not cooling properly, he promptly arranged for a technician to come and resolve the problem. Within just two hours, the AC was back to working perfectly. Overall, our experience was delightful, and we would definitely choose to stay at Oscar Ji’s place again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality and excellent service!

A lovely apartment that is easy to walk to the beach and all the restaurants. I loved the view over the coconut trees and it was peaceful and Dr Shiyad is a great host.
