This place is to go and get to know it, in the photos you can't appreciate the beautiful of the house, at least don't think about it to go ¡go!. Being there was like feeling at home, the memories, the history around the house is practically a heritage and knowing a little about the history of Maestro Carlos Julio Aranguren was impressive. As for Pueblito Boyacense, it is a very beautiful place to walk through it again and again, it is all Boyacá gathered in the same place, there are several restaurants, cafes and best of all, ice cream everywhere 🙂 the recommended flavors of cassava, papa creole and avocado. They also take advantage to eat cocido boyacense, ajiaco, tamal with wrapped and if they want to relax even more, they can enjoy the spa casilda zafra. Finally, I thank Mrs. Nancy very much for her kindness and attention, very helpful and very willing to 🙂help communicate with her was excellent.

I had a very quiet and comfortable stay to be with my family. The house is spacious, clean and well endowed, just as seen in the listing and photos. I recommend this place, good location in Paipa. The start was good and fast.

The house is even better than in the pictures. In addition to complying with what it promises is a place that makes you feel at home as it has a quiet atmosphere full of many amenities that make the stay something too pleasant. Mr. Camilo and Mrs. Emilse were very friendly and attentive to our well-being all the time.

I was for a family trip to tour part of the Boyacense territory. If there is particular transportation, the house is in a very good location to be "the base" of said tour.

When you arrive you find a magical place!! spacious, with many things to do...you feel right at home!! The place is very well cared for, it retains that colonial architecture that make this a very cozy hacienda...it is the 5th time my family and I stayed here and would return many more times...we love that every time we return there are improvements and new things to enjoy...congratulations José Antonio for always thinking about the comfort of your guests!!

excellent place ,recommended , everything as the photos and description. close to the lake and other tourist areas of Paipa ,in the lake there is a boat restaurant worth all the night it is practically next to the Airbnb,find out reservations. Excellent location on the street that leads to the Las Rockas restaurant and via Pantano de Vargas very tourist sites. In Paipa there are domiciles also that took us market "payaa"( googlear Airbnb does not allow sharing link). It is close to the hotel Hacienda el Salitre spectacular there is a massage and thermal restaurant. It was an excellent walk. communication with the hosts was excellent. it was very nice the place, full equipped, the only thing I wish they had a saccacorcho. but they had everything else blender, coffee maker , sandwich maker, pans , juice jugs etc they do not offer shampoo or conditioner but if toilet paper and soap . to keep in mind. for the price it is perfect EVERYTHING. thank you for allowing us to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Juan’s Airbnb in Paipa. The place was cozy and had a stunning view that made our morning extra special. It’s conveniently close to the termales, which was a major highlight of our trip. The people in the building were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the charm of the experience. Juan was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and always ready to help. We definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Paipa!

The apartment is very well located really. The deal with Mrs. Patricia (the intermediary who gave us the keys to the apartment) was excellent, she was very kind and was always attentive to what we could need. The treatment at reception was very good, they are very friendly, we must bear in mind that in addition to the price paid $5000 pesos more per person and do not receive cash, they do not receive cash for the other activities that can be done in the building; the cleaning of the pool of the building was not the best, but it is something that does not belong to the apartment evidently. In general, highly recommended, good location, price, and human quality.

It is a very nice house, as seen in the photo, even, in the photos it is seen as alone but is surrounded by other houses. It has a good environment. Laura is very attentive and clear with the instructions, she has hot water and some blankets perfect for the weather

The house is fantastic!! The most beautiful view! It has everything you need plus the hosts have different items available like wine, beer, snacks etc in case you forgot to bring it along.

Nice place for short stay....we were 10 people and the place has many cabins some with small group and we love the place as it has so many places within that to enjoy and play....only negative is the roof is some 6 feet and i had my head hit multiple times....but overall it was great feel

It is a comfortable and quiet cabin to spend time as a family, with an excellent view of the lagoon. Alejandra gave us very useful instructions on entry and recommendations on tourist places in the area.

It is a very peaceful place in the middle of the mountains to rest and stay in total disconnection from the city. In my case, I travel with my family to an MTB race and the truth is very nice. Everything was in order, the house has wood-burning kitchen options and stove, which gives it a very homey touch. In short, I liked it. Thank you very much Carlos for everything.
