Very cozy house, the location is perfect, right next to the pueblito Boyacense. Ruth is an excellent host, she is very kind and willing to collaborate in everything that is needed. We will be staying at this beautiful home again as soon as we can!

My experience in this charming country home was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we received an atmosphere of serenity. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The spaces available to enjoy are very comfortable and great for family time. Tejo, frog, board games, patio, etc. In addition, the house itself was very quiet and is perfect for getting out of routine and technology, with all the necessary amenities to get recharge. As for the price, it seems fair and in the best case one of the best in the area if you think about cost benefit. As an opportunity for improvement, I would try to make the entrance to the house wider.

Great place big and plenty of space only problem was the person who met us for check in and check out was not on time. We needed to leave early the next day and had to wait 30 minutes for them to arrive and check us out.

Sandra is an excellent host. The property is very nice, cozy, clean and with everything you need to spend a very pleasant time. It is very close to all the commerce, tourist sites and easy access roads. Very fluid communication and just as the house is described. My family and I were delighted and will definitely consider it for a future visit to Paipa. 💯

I was for a family trip to tour part of the Boyacense territory. If there is particular transportation, the house is in a very good location to be "the base" of said tour.

Amazing apartment to stay at. Very spacious and cozy, enough for a big family to stay at comfortably. Sandra Paola was very attentive, gave some nice recommendations for activities and also left some snacks for our check in. In general, everything was perfect and would definitely stay again at Sandra’s apartment when we visit Paipa again.

excellent place ,recommended , everything as the photos and description. close to the lake and other tourist areas of Paipa ,in the lake there is a boat restaurant worth all the night it is practically next to the Airbnb,find out reservations. Excellent location on the street that leads to the Las Rockas restaurant and via Pantano de Vargas very tourist sites. In Paipa there are domiciles also that took us market "payaa"( googlear Airbnb does not allow sharing link). It is close to the hotel Hacienda el Salitre spectacular there is a massage and thermal restaurant. It was an excellent walk. communication with the hosts was excellent. it was very nice the place, full equipped, the only thing I wish they had a saccacorcho. but they had everything else blender, coffee maker , sandwich maker, pans , juice jugs etc they do not offer shampoo or conditioner but if toilet paper and soap . to keep in mind. for the price it is perfect EVERYTHING. thank you for allowing us to stay.

Everything in the apartment is very new. It is spacious, clean and well located. The host is very attentive. There are many tourist plans nearby.

The apartment is beautiful, the view of Lake Sochagota from the balcony is incredible, everything is very clean and new, the beds are very comfortable, it is very close to the airport. I'll definitely be back the other year with my family. Thanks to hosts for the attention.

It was a spectacular stay. The apartment was in perfect condition, clean, with many amenities and very comfortable. The instructions were accurate and numerous. I want to highlight the friendly reception from Natalia who gave us a lot of information about the place and guided us. The pueblito boyacense is beautiful and I highly recommend this place to stay inside it.

Ivan and his wife were amazing. So attentive to our needs. We traveled with our dog and they were very open to us bringing her, even when she was uncomfortable with being In a new space. the view of Paipa from Refugio Passiflora toward Sochagota Lagoon was something I could not love.

We really liked staying at Rodolfo’s place. The apartment is really nice and has everything you need for some days. The location is great. It’s near the lake and also near the town. We found many good restaurants within walkable distance and overall we like it a lot! You have to pay $5.000/person to access the building and other $5.000/person to use the pool or sauna. Also you gotta reserve in advance those amenities. They were clean and really enjoyable. We would definitely come back.
