Nalin’s place became our home away from home for a long weekend with family living in the area who experienced a tragic loss. It was a perfect location and so comfortable with all the amenities we could want. Special note for especially comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen, overstuffed sofas and cleanliness. The beautiful yard was an added bonus in nice weather. Communication was excellent and Nalin both cordial and responsive.

We had an amazing week staying at this cozy beachside home over Thanksgiving! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach, with gorgeous sunsets and easy access to everything in town. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it a great base for exploring my old college town and creating new memories 🌊

if your looking for a place to easily fit in, this is the place. location was a plus for us, very accessible to other locations, e.g., Levi's stadium, mall, downtown. also, Joey was very accommodating with certain request. very helpful!

I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Janet’s place, Pura vida was just that! Pure quaint and serene like fe of living…. The location was just a brisk walk to the beach, with plenty of space for the six of us that stayed over the weekend… Janet’s place was clean, cozy, and accommodating; we were able to shop and cook our own meals in the spacious and well equipped kitchen… Will definitely have another holiday here in Janet’s place nestled close to the beach in Santa Cruz !

Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

EJ and Nancy have such a lovely property. We easily felt we had our own space. You can tell that they've been doing this for years, and have a great way of making everything comfortable for guests. Our two kids had space to spread out, the playground is not directly next to the front door of the apartment, but you can see it through the yard's trees & hear them more or less within ear shot. Kitchen was amply supplied and set up, & there are plenty of storage spaces and creature comforts to make the stay feel like home. Beds were comfortable & clean, super comfortable pillows. The unit itself doesn't get a ton of natural light, but to be expected in redwoods. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, we had a nice time chatting with them. Wonderful hosts, they felt like family. Their little dog is so so sweet and friendly as well, my kids loved the dog. Great location, easy to get to surrounding areas and Santa Cruz proper. Would return!

My husband and I recently stayed at Zoey’s Airbnb, and it was one of the best stays we've ever had. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood, but it was still close to all the amenities we needed. The pool was the perfect place to relax after a long day, and the home was very warm and welcoming. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and then some. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The host was also very friendly and helpful, and she made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. She was incredibly responsive and flexible as our reservation needed to be extended multiple times. Overall, we had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

What a gem! We had a wonderful time at Steve’s house. The house is beautiful, functional and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The property itself was incredible - private and peaceful with many activities for kids (and adults). The house is also ideally located close to downtown Los Gatos. Quick and kind responses from our host. We will definitely try and stay here again.

a quiet and cozy neighborhood! easy drive to monterey and carmel-by-the-sea (~25min). Maria was very friendly, and our puppies got to play with each other for a bit :) Would stay again!

We loved staying at this home. It is perfect for our family in a location where we could walk to great restaurants and the stadium, and we hope to stay again.

We had group of five travelling for data center event in San Jose. We looked house with 5 bedrooms, good features and not too far from the San Jose Convention Center. The house met our expectations. Spacious, clean and very good communication. We were also able to get has tanks refilled in 30 mins when needed. House had good space for working together. Garden and poor area was so perfect that we invited some friends for BBQ dinner. I am definitely reconsidering when visiting in the future.

Tom's place is a gem - a comfortable space with nice amenities in a good neighborhood. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our family of four with teenagers. The kitchen included a nice baseline collection of staples like coffee, sugar and spices. Internet was fast and the AC was effective on a hot day. This location is close to San Jose amenities like Valley Fair mall, Santana Row and great Korean BBQ in Santa Clara.

The home is beautiful, the pictures are great but it's much better in person. The interior is beautifully decorated and you can tell it is very well taken care of. The views and gardens are so nice you can just spend a day just relaxing around the property. It's a short drive to a nice strip of shops and good restaurants on N Santa Cruz Ave with free public parking. We started our days at Los Gatos Cafe a few times, it is very good. The location also makes it easy to hop on the highways to get where you need to go. It was a great experience staying here and the host John made us feel very welcomed.

The sweetest cottage and the kindest hosts! I had a wonderful and easy time exploring Santa Cruz on foot from this great location, though it was hard to spend time away from such a delightful spot. I hope to return and/or recommend this gem to friends and family.

Ali and Morgan were great hosts. Directions were clear and easy to understand. Having a garage to park was great, and the Airbnb was easy to access. The kitchen was not as clean as it could have been when I arrived, but Ali was quick to fix the issue and offered professional cleaning services during my stay to mend the issue. Overall I would stay again!

Lin and Yao were great hosts! Their place is really nice and clean and they were incredibly responsive and willing to adjust. We thought we were having a last minute guest who ended up wanting their own hotel - and they were extremely willing to help us add a guest. When there was a mistake by Airbnb, they gladly worked to remedy it. Things happen and they handled it perfectly. They made the stay wonderful and we would stay there again!

This is our second stay! Very clean and great location. Has the perfect amenities for a get away. Love that it is dog friendly. We will be back. Thank you for a great stay!!
