Suite Doña Beatriz has a decoration that is a mixture of colonial style, which predominates in the city of Antigua, and contemporary. Everything is very finely selected for a relaxed atmosphere. The units are equipped with everything you need, and if there's something you need that isn't there, we can get it for you. All units at El Marques de Antigua are around the private parking lot, which is inside a guardhouse. The location is very close to everything and you can walk anywhere.

We had a wonderful time in Becky’s home! The garden area in the center was so peaceful. Coffee and breakfast at the large outdoor table was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was within walking distance to endless Antigua amenities! Becky was always proactive and able to meet our needs before we even asked! We will definitely be staying here again!

Leonardo’s place is beautiful and spacious! It’s so close to Caoba Farms and very peaceful as it’s on the edge of Antigua. It’s better if you have a car as the walk is not as nice with the dirt road in front but it’s still relatively close (about a 20 min walk to the central park). We will be back! Thank you.

We enjoyed our short stay here. We booked it last minute after traveling around Guatemala and found it to be a great place just off the busy areas. Lots to do within walking distance but not too touristy. Having the washer and lines outside to do our laundry was one of the things that we looked forward to at the end of a two week trip! The kitchen is a bit dated but functional and we really enjoyed our time here. Thank you!

Loved this little cozy apartment at the heart of Antigua Guatemala. Lots of great places around and felt right at home. Wifi works great if you’re looking for a remote place to work. I’d say if stairs are hot you’re thing … don’t go for it. The terrace space is smaller than what pictures look like but still great views!

Rick was gracious, helpful and beyond accommodating. The House surpassed our expectations and the morning chef and staff were warm and responsive. The time our group of 8 spent relaxing on the roof top terrace was a distinct highlight of our 9day trip to Guatemala. The location was ideal - easy walk to the Arch, town center, and all of the great restaurants ( great pizza at Romeo and Juliette across the street and a 5star French dining experience at Tartines). Thank you, Rick for all you provided in your beautiful home and for your kind accommodating flexibility. I rate this house 5+ shining 🌟 stars!
